Partridge tea (Mallotus fortians Muell-Arg)， an important and widely consumed substitute tea in Hainan， possessed multi-biological activities. This study investigated the composition and content of phenolics-rich extracts purified from partridge tea， and then explored the effect of partridge tea polyphenol extract (PTE) on glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) mice. The results showed that the dominant components in PTE included rutin (152.78 ± 2.93) mg/g， 3-chlorogenic acid (85.81 ± 3.48) mg/g， caffeic acid (63.78 ± 1.86) mg/g， catechin (12.10 ± 1.41) mg/g， gallic acid (5.24 ± 0.12) mg/g， kaempferitrin， ellagic acid， ferulic acid， caffeic acid methylester， and geraniin. After 6 weeks of PTE intervention， glucose tolerance， insulin resistance， and pancreatic β-cell function in T2DM mice have significantly improved. This improvement was corroborated by an increase in glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1); homeostasis model assessment of β-cell function (HOMA-β)， glycogen， insulin protein expression， and reduction of insulin， glycosylated serum protein (GSP)， homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR)， glucagon protein expression. The supplementation of PTE also seems to alleviate the inflammatory response， as evidenced by a decrease in endotoxin and inflammatory cytokine levels. Hyperglycemia-induced mitochondrial damage is alleviated by PTE intervention. Hematoxylin-eosin staining (H & E staining) and lipid profile analysis indicate that PTE intervention can help regulate lipid metabolism disorders. In addition， the integration of metabolomics and transcriptomic analysis indicates that PTE intervention could regulate glycolipid metabolism pathways related to T2DM， including insulin， AMPK， bile acid metabolism and glutathione metabolism signaling pathways. In the present work, a series of Pt-based catalysts, alloyed with a second metal, i.e., Re, Sn, Er, La, and Y, and supported on activated carbon, ordered mesoporous carbon, N-doped mesoporous carbon or reduced graphene oxide(rGO), have been developed for selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to cinnamylalcohol. Re and rGO were proved to be the most favorable metal dopant and catalyst support, respectively. Pt_(50) Re_(50)/rGO showed the highest cinnamylalcohol selectivity of 89% with 94% conversion of cinnamaldehyde at the reaction conditions of 120 °C, 2.0 MPaH_2 and 4 h.

In our previous work, graphene-supported Pd catalyst(Pd/rGO) exhibited higher activity and selectivity for the liquid phase selective hydrogenation of resorcinol to 1,3-cyclohexanedione compared with other catalysts. In the present study, further experimental and theoretical investigations were conducted to reveal the reaction mechanism and the catalytic mechanism of Pd/rGO for resorcinol hydrogenation. The effects of graphene nanosheet and the solvent on the reaction were investigated, and the pathway for resorcinol hydrogenation was proposed supported by density functional theory(DFT) calculations. The results showed that the excellent selectivity of Pd/rGO to 1,3-cyclohexanedione was attributed to the strong π–π and p–π interactions between the graphene nanosheet and the benzene ring as well as hydroxyl in resorcinol molecule, which was in agreement with our previous speculation. In weak polar aprotic solvents, solvation free energy had less impact to the π–π and p–π interactions mentioned above. In strong polar aprotic solvents and polar protic solvents,however, the influence of solvation free energy was much greater, which led to the decrease in the conversion of resorcinol and the selectivity to 1,3-cyclohexanedione.

Lithium-Sulfur (Li-S) batteries with high theoretical energy density are promising energy storage systems in the next decades, while the lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) shuttling caused by the sluggish sulfur redox reaction severely lowers the practical performance. The use of interlayer between the cathode and separator has been widely investigated to physically or chemically block the LiPSs, while the introduction of catalytic materials is a more effective strategy to accelerate the conversion of LiPSs. MXene with rich surface chemistry has shown its potential for facilitating the catalytic conversion, however, the aggregation of MXene sheets usually leads to the loss of the catalytic active sites. Herein, we report a diatomite/MXene (DE/MX) hybrid material as the bifunctional interlayer for improving the adsorption/conversion of LiPSs in Li-S batteries. The diatomite with porous structure and rich silica-hydroxyl functional groups could trap LiPSs effectively, while prevent the aggregation of MXene. The DE/MX based interlayer showed bifunctions of enhancing the chemical adsorption and promoting the conversion of LiPSs. The Li-S batteries with the DE/MX interlayer delivered an improved cycling stability with a low capacity decay of 0.059% per cycle over 1000 cycles at 1.0 C. Moreover, stable 200 cycles can be realized with a high sulfur loading electrode up to 6.0 mg cm^(−2). This work provides an effective strategy to construct bifunctional interlayers for hindering the shuttling of LiPSs and boosting the practical application of Li-S batteries.

This paper investigates the optimal evasive maneuver for a plane to avoid an incoming missile. To accurately model the system dynamics while improving computational efficiency, a simplified plane model based on flight quality is established. A missile model with proportional guidance is also formulated.The problem of determining the optimal evasion plane maneuver is formulated. The Gauss pseudospectral method(GPM) is proposed as a solution to find the optimal maneuver. The optimized maneuver is validated by testing it on a high-fidelity 6-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF) model, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed simplified plane model. The Monte Carlo method is employed to evaluate the capability of the plane to evade missiles in various scenarios and elucidate general principles for successful evasion.

目的分析广东省四会市肺结核病的流行特征,为肺结核病预防控制工作提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病报告信息管理系统,按新收治日期获取2018—2022年四会市分地区、年龄和人群的肺结核报告发病数据。采用Excel 2013和SPSS 18.0软件对2018—2022年四会市肺结核流行学特征进行分析,报告发病率和构成比的比较采用χ^(2)检验,变化趋势采用趋势χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果2018—2022年四会市报告肺结核病1086例,年均报告发病率为46.45/10万,报告发病率从2018年的45.70/10万下降至2022年的40.78/10万,年均递降率为2.81%,报告发病率5年间呈现下降趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=5.611,P=0.018)。男性年均报告发病率(66.89/10万)高于女性(24.26/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=228.308,P<0.001);年龄分布以25~34岁和45~69岁为主;职业分布以农民(33.43%)、家务及待业人群(23.85%)、工人(12.71%)为主,累计占全部发病例数的69.98%(760/1086)。各街道、镇年均报告发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=174.187,P<0.001),最高为东城街道(66.22/10万),其次为城中街道(61.56/10万);中心城区年均报告发病率(63.91/10万)高于农村镇(29.68/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=147.323,P<0.001)。结论近年来,四会市肺结核报告发病率总体呈下降趋势,今后仍需加强男性、青壮年、农民、家务及待业等重点人群以及中心城区的肺结核病防控工作。

以铜电解液为原料进行As、Sb、Bi杂质离子脱除试验的研究,考察了Na_(2)SO_(3)的滴加浓度对铜电解液AsH 3放出的影响,以及温度、时间等对As、Sb等离子脱除的影响。结果表明:Na_(2)SO_(3)的滴加浓度为0.75 g/L、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为120 min时,As^(5+)浓度在铜电解液中的存在量从11.35 g/L下降到10.68 g/L,说明As^(3+)与Sb^(5+)形成了沉淀阳极泥,有效减少了As、Sb杂质离子。
