古代中医医德思想是以先秦儒家仁学思想为核心的价值系统。在先秦儒家仁学“仁者爱人”“以生为德”“克己复礼”等思想的涵养和规约下,古代中医学逐步形成了“济世活人”的医德理想、“生命至重”的医德目标、“推己及人”的待患情感。以古鉴今,通过榜样教育培养医务人员“救人济世”的职业情感;利用隐性教育引导医患双方敬佑生命,进而营造医患互相尊重的社会氛围和借助载体教育以倡导推己及人的医患交流等路径,将古代中医医德思想的精髓融摄于当代医德建设,以冀克服当今医学发展中的生命被技术化、医疗服务被物化的医德失范问题,让当代医德思想符合当今医学发展需求,让医学发展回归仁学,促进医学健康发展。

Thallium has been used geochemical exploration of gold deposits. However, as an indicator element in searching for hydrothermal the T1 minerals and mineralization are rare in nature. Lorandite T1AsS2, a relatively uncommon mineral, has been dominantly discovered in some Carlin gold deposits, and minor Sb- Hg, U and Pb-Zn-Ag deposits.

Ratiometric fluorescent probes hold great promise for in vivo imaging;however,stimuli-activatable ratiometric probes with fluorescence emissions in near-infrared(NIR)region are still very ***,we report a hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)-activatable ratiometric NIR fluorescent probe(1-SPN)by integrating a H_2S-responsive NIR fluorescent probe 1 into a H_2S-inert poly[2,6-(4,4-bis-(2-ethylhexyl)-4 H-cyclopenta[2,1-b;3,4-b′]dithiophene)-alt-4,7(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)](PCPDTBT)-based NIR semiconducting polymer nanoparticle(SPN).1-SPN shows"always on"PCPDTBT fluorescence at 830 nm and weak probe 1 fluorescence at 725 nm under excitation at 680 *** ratio of NIR fluorescence intensities between 725 and 830 nm(I_(725)/I_(830))is *** interaction with H_2S,the fluorescence at 725 nm is rapidly switched on,resulting in a large enhancement of I_(725)/I_(830),which is allowed for sensitive visualization and quantification of H_2S concentrations in living *** advantage of enhanced tissue penetration depth of NIR fluorescence,1-SPN is also applied for real-time ratiometric fluorescence imaging of hepatic and tumor H_2S in living *** study demonstrates that activatable ratiometric NIR fluorescent probes hold great potential for in vivo imaging.

Previous studies have indicated that ERp44 inhibits inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate(IP3)-induced Ca2+release(IICR)via IP3R1,but the mechanism remains largely *** extracellular ATP to induce intracellular calcium transient as an IICR model,Ca2+image,pull down assay,and Western blotting experiments were carried out in the present *** found that extracellular ATP induced calcium transient via IP3Rs(IICR)and the IICR were markedly decreased in ERp44 overexpressed Hela *** inhibitory effect of C160S/C212S but not C29S/T396A/ΔT(331–377)mutants of ERp44 on IICR were significantly decreased compared with ***,the binding capacity of ERp44 to L3V domain of IP3R1(1L3V)was enhanced by ERp44 C160S/C212S *** together,these results suggest that the mutants of ERp44,C160/C212,can more tightly bind to IP3R1 but exhibit a weak inhibition of IP3R1 channel activity in Hela cells.

Cu and Fe skarns are the world's most abundant and largest skarn type deposits,especially in China,and Au-rich skarn deposits have received much attention in the past two decades and yet there are few papers focused on schematic mineral deposit models of Cu-Fe-Au skarn *** types of Au-rich deposits are recognized in the Edongnan region,Middle-Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt:~140 Ma Cu-Au and Au-Cu skarn deposits and distal Au-Tl deposits.137-148 Ma Cu-Fe and 130-133 Ma Fe skarn deposits are recognized in the Edongnan *** Cu-Fe skarn deposits have a greater contribution of mantle components than the Fe skarn deposits,and the hydrothermal fluids responsible for formation of the Fe skarn deposits involved a greater contribution from evaporitic sedimentary rocks compared to Cu-Fe skarn *** carbonate-hosted Au-Tl deposits in the Edongnan region are interpreted as distal products of Cu-Au skarn mineralization.A new schematic mineral deposit model of the Cu-Fe-Au skarn system is proposed to illustrate the relationship between the Cu-Fe-Au skarn mineralization,the evaporitic sedimentary rocks,and distal Au-Tl *** model has important implications for the exploration for carbonate-hosted Au-Tl deposits in the more distal parts of Cu-Au skarn systems,and Fe skarn deposits with the occurrence of gypsum-bearing host sedimentary rocks in the MLYRB,and possibly elsewhere.

富营养化高原浅水湖泊持续多年生态修复工程效果分析——以滇池大泊口为例

大泊口位于滇池草海南部,水域面积0.52 km^(2),平均水深约2 m,作为滇池草海重富营养化水域生态修复示范区,大泊口分别于2015和2019年开展了两期生态修复工程,经过近年来的系统治理,大泊口水生态治理效果初步显现。为分析探究成功修复湖区水质改善、生态系统企稳向好的原因,本研究选择2015年2月—2021年12月共7年的连续监测数据,根据工程开展情况以及水生态状况将大泊口水域划分为4个部分(A1~A4水域),首先分析4个区域内主要的水质指标(悬浮物(SS)、化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)和叶绿素a(Chl.a))的变化趋势和相关性,其次探究不同类型生态工程的修复效果,最后与草海和外海水域进行对比,分析大泊口的治理效果。结果表明,治理后大泊口A1~A4水域的COD_(Cr)、TP和Chl.a稳定下降,COD_(Cr)分别降低18.65、27.96、25.26、40.92 mg/L,TP分别降低0.11、0.10、0.11、0.14mg/L,Chl.a分别降低0.037、0.068、0.067、0.106 mg/L,SS具有较强的季节性波动,TN仅有东南部A4水域表现出持续下降的趋势,平均下降0.68 mg/L。通过相关性分析得出,COD_(Cr)、TP与Chl.a的相关性最强,COD_(Cr)和TP可能是影响大泊口藻类生长的关键环境因子;大泊口开展的引水换水工程和微滤净化(除藻)工程,降低了营养盐浓度、加速了水体交换,进而降低了藻类生物量以及发生藻源性污染的风险,再通过沉水植物修复工程进一步净化水质,为形成稳定的草型湖泊提供条件,并且认为沉水植物修复工程是上述工程中最为直接、经济和长效的手段措施;最后将大泊口典型水域的水质和草海、外海水质进行比较,可以认为在相同的地理及气候条件下,大泊口东南水域的生态修复取得了一定的成功。大泊口部分湖区可作为重度富营养化藻型湖区成功修复的案例,其生态修复经验对于持续推进大泊口、草海甚至整个滇池的生态环境修复具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。
