IndRT-GCNets: Knowledge Reasoning with Independent Recurrent Temporal Graph Convolutional Representations

Due to the structural dependencies among concurrent events in the knowledge graph and the substantial amount of sequential correlation information carried by temporally adjacent events,we propose an Independent Recurrent Temporal Graph Convolution Networks(IndRT-GCNets)framework to efficiently and accurately capture event attribute *** framework models the knowledge graph sequences to learn the evolutionary represen-tations of entities and relations within each ***,by utilizing the temporal graph convolution module in the evolutionary representation unit,the framework captures the structural dependency relationships within the knowledge graph in each ***,to achieve better event representation and establish effective correlations,an independent recurrent neural network is employed to implement auto-regressive ***,static attributes of entities in the entity-relation events are constrained andmerged using a static graph constraint to obtain optimal entity ***,the evolution of entity and relation representations is utilized to predict events in the next subsequent *** multiple real-world datasets such as Freebase13(FB13),Freebase 15k(FB15K),WordNet11(WN11),WordNet18(WN18),FB15K-237,WN18RR,YAGO3-10,and Nell-995,the results of multiple evaluation indicators show that our proposed IndRT-GCNets framework outperforms most existing models on knowledge reasoning tasks,which validates the effectiveness and robustness.

目的了解广西某高等医学院校护理学与临床医学专业学生跨专业合作实训技能培训掌握现状和需求,为高等医学院校教育工作者未来实施跨专业教育提供理论参考。方法采用自设调查问卷,对广西壮族自治区某高等医学院校处于实习前期和实习期的473名护理学与临床医学专业学生进行调查,通过单因素分析和多元线性回归分析方法对两个专业学生的跨专业合作实训技能培训现状和需求进行统计分析。结果护理学与临床医学专业学生对临床综合技能掌握程度得分分别为3.49±0.46分、3.60±0.73分,两者对临床基本技能、临床专科技能和临床综合技能掌握程度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),后者优于前者。实习前期需求得分为2.97±0.19分,实习期需求得分为4.90±0.30分,实习阶段为护理学与临床医学跨专业合作实训技能培训的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理学与临床医学专业学生对跨专业合作认知度较低,临床医学专业学生临床基本技能、临床专科技能、临床综合技能的掌握现状优于护理学专业学生,跨专业合作实训技能培训需求对于护理学和临床医学专业学生可能会有不同的影响,实习阶段为跨专业合作实训技能培训的影响因素,高等医学院校应重视跨专业合作实训技能培训体系,为开展多样化教学实践提供方向。

Pan-sharpening is a method of integrating low-resolution multispectral images with corresponding high-resolution panchromatic images to obtain multispectral images with high spectral and spatial resolution. A novel variational model for pan-sharpening is proposed in this paper. The model is mainly based on three hypotheses: 1) the pan-shaipened image can be linearly represented by the corresponding panchromatic image;2) the low-resolution multispectral image is down-sampled from the high-resolution multispectral image through the down-sampling operator;and 3) the satellite image has the low-rank property. Three energy components corresponding to these assumptions are integrated into a variational framework to obtain a total energy function. We adopt the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) to optimize the total energy function. The experimental results show that the proposed method performs better than other mainstream methods in spectral and spatial information preserving aspect.

Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a chronic inflammatory liver disease that threatens human health *** aim of this study was to detect the protective effect of a fermented Lentinus edodes extract containingα-glucan(FLA),in a concanavalin A(Con A)-induced AIH mouse model and to determine the underlying liver-protective *** results showed that compared with the model group,the level of proinflammatory cytokines in serum of FLA pretreated mice was significantly decreased,and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in liver,thymus and spleen was significantly *** polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and Western blotting showed that FLA pre-treatment inhibited the Con A-induced apoptosis of hepatocytes by down-regulating the expression of BAX and up-regulating the expression of *** research found that FLA may improve liver injury in mice by activating NRF2 signaling pathway and inhibiting TRAF6/NF-κB signaling ***,FLA may improve liver injury in mice by shifting gut microbial composition to reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines in the serum and prevent the necrosis of ***-regulation of NRF2 signaling pathway,down-regulation of TRAF6/NF-κB signaling pathway,and an increase in the relative abundance of Lactobacillus_johnsonii and Ligilactobacillus_murinus play a protective role in liver.

Infectious diseases severely threaten public health and global *** addition to transmission through the air,pathogenic microorganisms have also been detected in environmental liquid samples,such as sewage *** biochemical detection methodologies are time-consuming and cost-ineffective,and their detection limits hinder early *** the present study,ultrafine plasmonic fiber probes with a diameter of 125μm are fabricated for clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated protein(CRISPR/Cas)-12a-mediated sensing of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Single-stranded DNA exposed on the fiber surface is trans-cleaved by the Cas12a enzyme to release gold nanoparticles that are immobilized onto the fiber surface,causing a sharp reduction in the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)*** proposed fiber probe is virus-specific with the limit of detection of~2,300 copies/ml,and genomic copy numbers can be reflected as shifts in wavelengths.A total of 21 sewage water samples have been examined,and the data obtained are consistent with those of quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).In addition,the Omicron variant and its mutation sites have been fast detected using S gene-specific *** study provides an accurate and convenient approach for the real-time surveillance of microbial contamination in sewage water.

Water is the key factor limiting dryland wheat grain *** affects crop yield and yield components by affecting soil *** research is needed to determine the relationships between yield components and soil moisture with yield,and to identify the most important factor affecting grain yield under various mulching measures.A long-term 9-yearifeld experiment in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China was carried out with three treatments:no mulch (CK),plastic mulch (M_(P)) and straw mulch (M_(S)).Yield factors and soil moisture were measured,and the relationships between them were explored by correlation analysis,structural equation modeling and significance *** results showed that compared with CK,the average grain yields of M_(P) and M_(S) increased by 13.0and 10.6%,*** average annual grain yield of the M_(P) treatment was 134 kg ha^(–1) higher than the M_(S) *** were no significant differences in yield components among the three treatments (P<0.05).Soil water storage of the M_(S) treatment was greater than the M_(P) treatment,although the differences were not statistically *** water storage during the summer fallow period (SWSSF) and soil water storage before sowing (SWSS) of M_(S) were significantly higher than in CK,which increased by 38.5 and 13.6%,*** relationship between M_(P) and CK was not statistically significant for SWSSF,but the SWSS in M_(P) was significantly higher than in *** terms of soil water storage after harvest (SWSH) and water consumption in the growth period(ET),there were no signi?cant differences among the three *** on the three analysis methods,we found that spike number and ET were positively correlated with grain ***,the relative importance of spike number to yield was the greatest in the M_(P )and M_(S) treatments,while that of ET was the greatest in *** SWSSF could indirectly increase spike number and ET in the three treatments.B

The catalysts of copper oxide supported on cerium dioxide were prepared by different methods for methane catalytic combustion. The effects of copper content in the catalysis and calcination temperatures of the catalysts on the catalytic activity are investigated. Results show that the complex oxide catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity for methane combustion due to the synergistic effect of CuO and CeO2. The catalyst prepared by impregnation is more active than that prepared by controlled coprecipitation even if CuO content is the same. When W(CuO) < 13% , the light-off temperature and full conversion temperature for the CH4 reaction decrease with the increasing of CuO content in the catalysts. However, when the copper content is above 13% , the excess CuO has a negative effect on the catalytic activity owing to the formation of bulk CuO particles. A proper calcinations temperature of 650℃ can lead to a high dispersion of CuO and accordingly can enhance the catalytic activity of the composites.

Pan-sharpening is a process of obtaining a high spatial and spectral multispectral image(HMS)by combining a low-resolution multispectral image(LMS)with a high-resolution panchromatic image(PAN).In this paper,a pan-sharpening method called PAIHS is proposed,which is based on adaptive intensity-hue-saturation(AIHS)transformation,variational pan-sharpening framework and the two fidelity *** suitable objective function is established and optimized by adopting particle swarm optimization(PSO)to obtain the optimal control parameters and minimum *** value corresponds to the best pan-sharpening *** experimental results show that the proposed method has high efficiency and reliability,and the obtained performance index is superior to the four mainstream pan-sharpening methods.

The study of tumor nanovaccines(NVs)has gained interest because they specifically recognize and eliminate tumor ***,the poor recognition and internalization by dendritic cells(DCs)and insufficient immunogenicity restricted the vaccine ***,we extracted two molecular-weight Astragalus polysaccharides(APS,12.19 k D;APSHMw,135.67 k D)from Radix Astragali and made them self-assemble with OVA257–264directly forming OVA/APS integrated nanocomplexes through the microfluidic *** nanocomplexes were wrapped with a sheddable calcium phosphate layer to improve *** in the formed nanocomplexes served as drug carriers and immune adjuvants for potent tumor *** optimal APS-NVs were approximately 160 nm with uniform size distribution and could remain stable in physiological saline *** FITC-OVA in APS-NVs could be effectively taken up by DCs,and APS-NVs could stimulate the maturation of DCs,improving the antigen cross-presentation efficiency in *** possible mechanism was that APS can induce DC activation via multiple receptors such as dectin-1 and Toll-like receptors 2 and *** accumulation of APS-NVs both in draining and distal lymph nodes were observed following *** APS-NVs could easily access the lymph ***,APS-NVs could markedly promote antigen delivery efficiency to DCs and activate cytotoxic T *** addition,APS-NVs achieve a better antitumor effect in established B16-OVA melanoma tumors compared with the OVA+Alum treatment *** antitumor mechanism correlated with the increase in cytotoxic T cells in the tumor ***,the poor tumor inhibitory effect of APS-NVs on the nude mouse model of melanoma also confirmed the participation of antitumor adaptive immune response induced by ***,this study developed a promising APS-based tumor NV that is an efficient tumor immunotherapy without systemic side effects.
