目的探讨糖皮质激素联合人工肝血浆滤过透析模式治疗乙肝所致肝衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月赣州市第五人民医院收治的84例乙肝所致肝衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以人工肝血浆滤过透析模式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗,2周后比较两组临床疗效,肝功能指标[天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)],凝血功能[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)],免疫功能[CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]及安全性。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合人工肝血浆滤过透析模式可提高乙肝所致肝衰竭治疗效果,减轻患者肝功能损害,纠正凝血及免疫紊乱,安全可靠。

目的探究肝脾硬度联合门静脉宽度与酒精性肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张严重程度的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月赣州市第五人民医院收治的240例酒精性肝硬化患者作为研究对象,根据食管胃底静脉曲张的程度分为A组(60例,轻度食管胃底静脉曲张)、B组(60例,中度食管胃底静脉曲张)、C组(60例,重度食管胃底静脉曲张)与D组(60例,无食管胃底静脉曲张)。检测及比较四组的肝脏硬度值、脾脏硬度值及门静脉宽度检测值及异常率、门静脉及脾静脉血流量和血流速,采用Spearman秩相关分析肝脏硬度值、脾脏硬度值、门静脉宽度、门静脉及脾静脉血流量和血流速与酒精性肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张严重程度的关系。结果A组、B组及C组的肝脏硬度值、脾脏硬度值及门静脉宽度检测值、脾静脉血流量和血流速高于D组,门静脉血流量和血流速低于D组,A组、B组及C组的肝脏硬度值、脾脏硬度值及门静脉宽度检测值、脾静脉血流量和血流速比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Spearman秩相关性分析显示,肝脏硬度值、脾脏硬度值、门静脉宽度、脾静脉血流量和血流速与酒精性肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张严重程度呈正相关(r_(s)=0.836,0.819,0.793,0.761,0.802,P<0.05)。结论肝脾硬度与门静脉宽度在酒精性肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者中呈现显著异常的状态,且与疾病的严重程度有密切的关系。

The Inorganic-organic Hybrid Junction with n-ZnO Nanorods/p-polyfluorene Structure Grown with Low-temperature Aqueous Chemical Growth Method

The inorganic-organic hybrid junction was synthesized on ITO glass substrate, which was consisted of an n-type ZnO nanorods （NRs） grown by low-temperature aqueous chemical growth method and a p-type polyfluorene （PF） organic film fabricated by spin-coating. The experimental results indicate that densely and uniformly distributed ZnO nanorods are successfully grown on the PF layer. The thickness of the PF layer plays a dominant role for the current-voltage （I-V） characteristic of the ZnO NRs/PF inorganic-organic hybrid junction device, and a p-n junction with obviously rectifying behavior is achieved with optimal PF layer thickness. The photoluminescence （PL） spectrum covering the broad visible range was obtained from the n-ZnO nanorods/p-polyfluorene （PF） structure, which was originated from the combination of the PF-related blue emission and the ZnO-related deep level emission.

ZnO Films on Transferable and Low Thermal Resistance Graphite Substrate Grown by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis

ZnO thin films were deposited on graphite substrates by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method with Zn（CH3COO）2·2H2O aqueous solution as precursor. The crystalline structure, morphology, and optical properties of the as-grown ZnO films were investigated systematically as a function of deposition temperature and growth time. Near-band edge ultraviolet （UV） emission was observed in room temperature photoluminescence spectra for the optimized samples, yet the usually observed defect related deep level emissions were nearly undetectable, indicating that high optical quality ZnO thin films could be achieved via this ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. Considering the features of transferable and low thermal resistance of the graphite substrates, the achievement will be of special interest for the development of high-power semiconductor devices with sufficient vower durability.

Lignocellulosic biomass is the largest renewable hydrocarbon resource on *** cellulose,one of the major components of lignocellulose,powered by solar energy is a promising way of providing lowcarbon-footprint energy chemicals such as H_(2),HCOOH,CO,and transportation ***-of-the-art biorefineries target the full use of biomass feedstocks as they have a maximum collection radius of 75-100 km,requesting efficient and selective photocatalysts that significantly influence the outcome of photocatalytic ***-performed photocatalysts can harvest a broad solar spectrum and are active in breaking the chemical bonds of cellulose,decreasing the capital investments of ***,photocatalysts should control the selectivity of cellulose conversion,originating target products to level down separation *** separation in photocatalysts and interfacial charge transfer between photocatalysts and cellulose affect the activity and selectivity of cellulose refineries to H2 and carbonaceous *** account for the challenges above,this review summarizes photocatalysts for the refineries of cellulose and downstream platform molecules based on the types of products,with the structure features of different types of photocatalysts discussed in relation to the targets of either improving the activity or product *** addition,this review also sheds light on the methods for designing and regulating photocatalyst structures to facilitate photocatalytic refineries of cellulose and platform molecules,meanwhile summarizing proposed future research challenges and opportunities for designing efficient photocatalysts.

The aromatic amino acids(AAAs)phenylalanine(Phe),tyrosine(Tyr),and tryptophan(Trp)are not only building blocks of proteins,but also precursors of numerous primary and specialized metabolites(Schenck and Maeda,2018).For instance,Trp is a precursor of the phytohormone auxin and the plant defense compounds indole glucosinolates,while Phe serves as a precursor of lignin,coumarin and *** plant natural products such as morphine and vitamin E are derived from Tyr,and have been employed in human medicine and nutrition(Schenck and Maeda,2018;Wu et al.,2022;Yokoyama et al.,2021).

Considering the stealthiness and persistence of Advanced Persistent Threats(APTs),system audit logs are leveraged in recent studies to construct system entity interaction provenance graphs to unveil threats in a ***-based provenance graph APT detection approaches require elaborate rules and cannot detect unknown attacks,and existing learning-based approaches are limited by the lack of available APT attack samples or generally only perform graph-level anomaly detection,which requires lots of manual efforts to locate attack *** paper proposes an APT-exploited process detection approach called ThreatSniffer,which constructs the benign provenance graph from attack-free audit logs,fits normal system entity interactions and then detects APT-exploited processes by predicting the rationality of entity ***,ThreatSniffer understands system entities in terms of their file paths,interaction sequences,and the number distribution of interaction types and uses the multi-head self-attention mechanism to fuse these ***,based on the insight that APT-exploited processes interact with system entities they should not invoke,ThreatSniffer performs negative sampling on the benign provenance graph to generate non-existent edges,thus characterizing irrational entity interactions without requiring APT attack *** last,it employs a heterogeneous graph neural network as the interaction prediction model to aggregate the contextual information of entity interactions,and locate processes exploited by attackers,thereby achieving fine-grained APT *** results demonstrate that anomaly-based detection enables ThreatSniffer to identify all attack *** to the node-level APT detection method APT-KGL,ThreatSniffer achieves a 6.1%precision improvement because of its comprehensive understanding of entity semantics.
