Variation of microbiological and small molecule metabolite profiles of Nuodeng ham during ripening by high-throughput sequencing and GC-TOF-MS

The internal microbial diversity and small molecular metabolites of Nuodeng ham in different processing years(the first,second and third year sample)were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology and gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrography(GC-TOF-MS)to study the effects of microorganisms and small molecular metabolites on the quality of ham in different processing years.The results showed that the dominant bacteria phyla of Nuodeng ham in different processing years were Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,the dominant fungi phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,while Staphylococcus and Aspergillus were the dominant bacteria and fungi of Nuodeng ham,respectively.Totally,252 kinds of small molecular metabolites were identified from Nuodeng ham in different processing years,and 12 different metabolites were screened through multivariate statistical analysis.Further metabolic pathway analysis showed that 23 metabolic pathways were related to ham fermentation,of which 8 metabolic pathways had significant effects on ham fermentation(Impact>0.01,P<0.05).The content of L-proline,phenyllactic acid,L-lysine,carnosine,taurine,D-proline,betaine and creatine were significantly positively correlated with the relative abundance of Staphylococcus and Serratia,but negatively correlated with the relative abundance of Halomonas,Aspergillus and Yamadazyma.

Metastasis and resistance are main causes to affect the outcome of the current anticancer therapies.Heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)as an ATP-dependent molecular chaperone takes important role in the tumor metastasis and resistance.Targeting Hsp90 and downregulating its expression show promising in inhibiting tumor metastasis and resistance.In this study,a redox-responsive dual-drug nanocarrier was constructed for the effective delivery of a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug PTX,and a COAmodified 4-arm PEG polymer(4PSC)was synthesized.COA,an active component in oleanolic acid that exerts strong antitumor activity by downregulating Hsp90 expression,was used as a structural and functional element to endow 4PSC with redox responsiveness and Hsp90 inhibitory activity.Our results showed that 4PSC/PTX nanomicelles efficiently delivered PTX and COA to tumor locations without inducing systemic toxicity.By blocking the Hsp90 signaling pathway,4PSC significantly enhanced the antitumor effect of PTX,inhibiting tumor proliferation and invasiveness as well as chemotherapy-induced resistance in vitro.Remarkable results were further confirmed in vivo with two preclinical tumor models.These findings demonstrate that the COA-modified 4PSC drug delivery nanosystem provides a potential platform for enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapies.

The rapid development of intelligent technology has led to its introduction into the field of electrical lighting in buildings.It provides more technical support for system design,use,and management,and creates a comfortable and safe living environment.The adoption of intelligent technology enables the creation of an intelligent management system,where controllers and sensors are used to adjust the light source within the building,monitor and manage the lighting system in real time,monitor the energy consumption and safety of the system,and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.This paper briefly discusses the application and significance of intelligent technology in electrical lighting and puts forward design ideas to optimize electrical lighting and measures for lighting system management.

Subgroup 4(Sg4)members of the R2R3-MYB are generally known as negative regulators of the phenylpropanoid pathway in plants.Our previous research showed that a R2R3-MYB Sg4 member from Camellia sinensis(CsMYB4a)inhibits expression of some genes in the phenylpropanoid pathway,but its physiological function in the tea plant remained unknown.Here,CsMYB4a was found to be highly expressed in anther and filaments,and participated in regulating filament growth.Transcriptome analysis and exogenous auxin treatment showed that the target of CsMYB4a might be the auxin signal pathway.Auxin/indole-3-acetic acid 4(AUX/IAA4),a repressor in auxin signal transduction,was detected from a yeast two-hybrid screen using CsMYB4a as bait.Gene silencing assays showed that both CsIAA4 and CsMYB4a regulate filament growth.Tobacco plants overexpressing CsIAA4 were insensitive to exogenous a-NAA,consistent with overexpression of CsMYB4a.Protein-protein interaction experiments revealed that CsMYB4a interacts with N-terminal of CsIAA4 to prevent CsIAA4 degradation.Knock out of the endogenous NtIAA4 gene,a CsIAA4 homolog,in tobacco alleviated filament growth inhibition and a-NAA insensitivity in plants overexpressing CsMYB4a.All results strongly suggest that CsMYB4a works synergistically with CsIAA4 and participates in regulation of the auxin pathway in stamen.

罕见病防治药械关涉人民生命健康,如何激励企业加大研发投入、确保产品安全有效可及,是全面推进健康中国建设面临的重要问题。中国积累了通过立法开展研发激励的有益经验,但存在激励措施单一、关键制度缺位、激励领域失衡、专门立法缺位、政策待法定化、规范之间存在冲突等问题。从保护患者权益、落实宪法条款、加强制度建设等角度出发,应当在法治轨道上以制度创新、制度合力提升产品可获得性。具体到研发激励法律保障机制建构上,应当遵循回应性立法与前瞻性立法并重、研发激励与全生命周期监管并重等理念;将研发激励立法融入一般法和专门法,聚焦监管环节布局下位法;以“上市前节约研发成本,上市中加快上市进程,上市后提高研发回报”为目标,明确各阶段制度建设重点、框定立法实质内容。

电力行业作为直接使用一次能源的最大部门,是落实我国碳减排目标的重点行业。为厘清电力行业碳排放的主要驱动或抑制来源,论文构建了LMDI模型,从国家及省域两个层面对2006—2020年电力行业碳排放的影响因素进行了分解。研究结果表明,从国家及省域两个层面来看,经济发展效应均为电力碳排放的主要促进因素,火电燃料转化效应和产业结构效应均为电力碳排放的抑制因素,电源结构效应、工业电耗强度效应在全国层面为电力碳排放的抑制因素,但在各省份中的影响效果及程度各有不同。论文以主要抑制因素为变量,利用系统聚类法将30个省份划分为六大区域,针对各区域影响因素的作用效果提出了因地制宜的减排政策。

Muscle Mass Is Associated with Depression in Adolescents and Young Adults

Background and Aims: The study aims to explore the association between body composition and depression in adolescents and young adults. Methods: A random cluster sampling method was used to select 41 age-matched indi-viduals (aged 11 - 30) as a non-depressive control group. The Department of Psychology at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Na-tionalities recruited 27 depressive patients within the same age range. Bioelec-trical impedance analysis measured body composition, while SCL-90, SAS, and SDS were employed for depression diagnosis. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between body composition and de-pression scores. Results: The Depression Group exhibited higher levels of fat mass (p Conclusion: Depression is associated with age, gender, and muscle mass in adolescents and young people. Proper exercise and a healthy diet can increase muscle mass, thereby reducing fat mass and, as a result, reducing the prevalence of depression.
