This study investigates the influence of fintech on developments in China’s financial sector across 290 cities and 31 provinces between 2011 and *** a two-stage least squares instrumental variable regression approach and correcting for cross-sectional dependency,simultaneity,and endogeneity of regressors,the results establish a positive link between fintech and financial *** findings show that fintech supports financial sector development by enhancing access(loans),depth(deposits),and savings within China’s financial *** also show that the emergence of fintech in the area of financial regulation(regulatory technology:regtech)can significantly improve financial development ***,it is imperative for regulators to pursue policies that balance growth in the fintech sector while mitigating the associated *** addition,we use the difference-in-differences approach to show that policy measures such as interest rates liberalization also positively impacted finan-cial development during the analysis *** our conclusion,we suggest a policy framework for balanced fintech sector growth in developing countries.

A high-pressure laser ignition and combustion system with adjustable oxidizer gas atmosphere is established to investigate the ignition and combustion characteristics of boron-magnesium(BM)com-posite *** ignition and combustion model of BM powders is established and validated in the present *** results show that increasing water content,O_(2) content and Mg content all result in shorter ignition delay time of BM powders,among which the effect of water content is the most ***,ignition delay time increases as pressure *** combustion time decreases with increasing Mg content and ambient pressure but increases with water *** the increase of O_(2) content,combustion time of BM powders first increases and then decreases,which means a critical O_(2) content exists above which combustion time *** results show that there exists a trade-off between ignition and combustion performance of BM composite powders.

“产业趋同-产业协同-产业集群”是长三角地区高质量发展的重要路径。分析长三角地区相似的禀赋结构所形成的产业趋同现状,制造业内部结构相似但也存在具有专业化比较优势的细分产业,产业趋同现状下的产业协同是打造世界级产业集群的基础;运用新结构经济学的研究方法,提出基于动态要素禀赋优势在长三角地区进行跨地区产业协同的“新型综合雁阵”;利用27个城市2010—2019年的面板数据,对产业集群进行实证检验。研究发现:制造业高级化与同构化存在“倒U形”结构;在要素禀赋约束下,过度的制造业高级化会抑制经济增长,而同构化以及带来的产业协同有利于城市的经济增长;长三角城市群的经济发展和制造业同构化存在空间溢出效应,但该效应受制于信息化水平。

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides have been extensively studied due to their fascinating physical properties for constructing high-performance ***,their relatively low responsivities,current on/off ratios and response speeds have hindered their widespread ***,we fabricated a high-performance photodetector based on few-layer MoTe_(2) and CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) flake *** photodetector exhibited a high responsivity of 7221 A/W,a large current on/off ratio of 1.73×10^(4),a fast response speed of 90/120μs,external quantum efficiency(EQE)reaching up to 1.52×10^(6)%and detectivity(D*)reaching up to 1.67×10^(15) *** excellent performance of the heterojunction photodetector was analyzed by a photocurrent mapping test and first-principle ***,the visible light imaging function was successfully attained on the MoTe_(2)/CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) photodetectors,indicating that the device had practical imaging application *** findings provide a reference for the design of ultrahighperformance MoTe_(2)-based photodetectors.

资源型城市作为支撑国民工业经济起步的经济租源动力,现阶段却陷入了市场乏力、产业结构单一、气候灾害频繁、空气质量恶化的发展困境。大气污染防治行动作为国家改善城市空气污染的强有力政策手段,在一定程度上会对资源型城市的空气质量产生影响作用。通过收集2004—2018年109个资源型城市的经验数据,构建双重差分模型来分析探讨《大气污染防治行动计划》对资源型城市空气质量改善的政策效应。研究发现:大气污染防治行动对重点资源型城市的空气质量有显著的改善作用,该结论在一系列稳健性检验下成立。影响机制分析得出:大气污染防治行动在产业结构合理化和产业结构高度化这两个调节变量的作用下,能够有效促进对重点资源型城市空气污染的规制作用,并且现阶段产业结构合理化的调节效果相对较好。在异质性分析中,时间异质性分析论证了大气污染防治行动在其他非政策实施时间节点进行冲击时,对重点资源型城市的政策效应不易被观察到;地区异质性分析说明了大气污染防治行动对成长型城市、成熟型城市、衰退型城市的空气质量有较为显著的改善效果,而对再生型资源型城市的政策效果不明显。

This study investigates the heat dissipation mechanism of the insulation layer and other plane insulation layers in the polar drilling rig *** the basic theory of heat transfer with the environmental requirements of polar drilling operations and the characteristics of polar drilling processes,we analyze the factors that affect the insulation effect of the drilling rig *** factors include the thermal conductivity of the insulation material,the thickness of the insulation layer,ambient temperature,and wind *** optimize the thermal insulation material of the polar drilling rig system using a steady-state method to measure solid thermal *** analyzing the distribution of temperature in space after heating,we optimize the distribution and air outlet angle of the heater using Fluent hydrodynamics *** results demonstrate that under polar conditions,polyisocyanurate with stable thermodynamic properties is selected as the thermal insulation *** selection of thermal insulation material and thickness significantly affects the thermal insulation effect of the system but has little effect on its heating ***,when the air outlet angle of the heater is set to 32.5°,the heating efficiency of the system can be effectively *** to heat transfer equations and heat balance theory,we determine that the heating power required for the system to reach 5°C is close to numerical simulation.

大力发展普惠金融是中国全面建成小康社会的必然要求,可以促进社会公平,推动共同富裕。为分析数字普惠金融发展对共同富裕的影响,该研究采用2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),从物质层面富裕与精神层面富裕构建家庭共同富裕指数。研究显示,数字普惠金融显著提高了家庭共同富裕水平,促进了居民物质富裕与精神富裕,并且对物质层面的共同富裕促进效果更为显著;数字普惠金融能够通过促进家庭消费升级、提高经济活力,进而推动居民共同富裕,而数字鸿沟的存在削弱了数字普惠金融对共同富裕的传导机制;从新结构经济学视角出发,发现数字普惠金融的发展与共同富裕呈现正U型关系,并且提高数字普惠金融的普及程度能在经济欠发达、教育薄弱地区取得更好效果。

Developing highly robust and efficient electrode materials is of critical importance to promoting the energy density of current supercapacitors for ***,we report an efficient catalyst with monodispersed Mn single-atoms embedded in carbon nanotubes(Mn-CNTs)for enhancing the electrode performance of supercapacitors.A high specific capacitance(1523.6 F·g^(-1) at 1.0 A·g^(-1))can be achieved,which is about twice as high as the specific capacitance of the electrode material without the introduction of Mn ***,the asymmetric electrochemical capacitor created with Mn-CNT and activated carbon exhibits a high energy density of 180.8 Wh·kg^(-1) at a power density of 1.4 kW·kg^(-1),much higher than most reported *** study shows that the integration of Mn atoms into the CNT can enhance the charge transport capacity and the number of polar active sites of Mn-CNT and then facilitate chemical interactions between Mn-CNT and OH-.This work provides a novel strategy to enable high-energy storage in supercapacitors by introducing single-atoms into carbon nanotubes to improve electrodes’energy density and cycle life.

金融是现代经济的核心,长三角高质量一体化发展对金融支持提出了新要求。论文首先从新结构经济学视角梳理了长三角高质量一体化的内涵与现状,其次分析了金融支持长三角高质量一体化的现状,进而通过构建“钻石模型”对金融支持长三角高质量一体化的路径进行分析。“钻石模型”呈现“4×1”的结构特征:“4”即以三省一市各具特色的四种金融模式为四个基点,构成钻石平面;“×1”是通过高质量区域金融合作,将四种模式集成为“1”种合力,构成钻石顶点。“钻石模型”基于要素禀赋结构,发挥各地金融模式的比较优势,同时打造区域金融合作的集成优势,支持长三角高质量一体化发展。最后,论文基于新结构经济学视角提出了金融支持长三角高质量一体化的政策建议。
