A new metal-organic framework (MOF),{[Zn_7 (BPS)_4 (OH)_6 (H_2O)_2]·5 H_2O]_n}(1), (H_2 BPS=4,4′-bibenzoic acid-2,2′-sulfone), based on a wavy and infinite chain-shaped secondary building units, has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and further confirmed by PXRD, TGA and IR spectrum. The solid-state emission spectra reveal that compound 1 presents strong luminescence emission bands at room temperature. The fluorescent properties of compound 1 in diverse organic solvents indicated that 1 has palpable luminescent sense effects for DMF and DMAC.

In this article, two Ba（II） metal-organic frameworks（MOFs）, {[Ba（BPS）（H2O）2]＇H2O}n（1） and [Ba（BPS）（H2O）R]n（2）（H2BPS=4,4＇-bibenzoic acid-2,2＇-sulfone）, were synthesized and characterized. X-Ray crystal structural analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 have different structures, which is probably related to different coordination modes of ligand in compounds 1 and 2. It is remarkable that compounds 1 and 2 both show excellent thermal stability. The solid-state emission spectra reveal that compounds 1 and 2 both present strong luminescence emission bands at room temperature.

BACKGROUND： It has been proved that brain electrical activity mapping （BEAM） and transcranial Doppler （TCD） detection can reflect the function of brain cell and its diseased degree of infant patients with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. OBJECTIVE： To observe the abnormal results of HIE at different degrees detected with BEAM and TCD in infant patients, and compare the detection results at the same time point between BEAM, TCD and computer tomography （CT） examinations. DESIGN ： Contrast observation SETTING： Departments of Neuro-electrophysiology and Pediatrics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College. PARTICIPANTS： Totally 416 infant patients with HIE who received treatment in the Department of Newborn Infants, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College during January 2001 and December 2005. The infant patients, 278 male and 138 female, were at embryonic 37 to 42 weeks and weighing 2.0 to 4.1 kg, and they were diagnosed with CT and met the diagnostic criteria of HIE of newborn infants compiled by Department of Neonatology, Pediatric Academy, Chinese Medical Association. According to diagnostic criteria, 130 patients were mild abnormal, 196 moderate abnormal and 90 severe abnormal. The relatives of all the infant patients were informed of the experiment. METHOOS： BEAM and TCD examinations were performed in the involved 416 infant patients with HIE at different degrees with DYD2000 16-channel BEAM instrument and EME-2000 ultrasonograph before preliminary diagnosis treatment （within 1 month after birth） and 1,3,6,12 and 24 months after birth, and detected results were compared between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations. A new fluorescent coordination polymer(NKU-115) was constructed under solvothermal condition based on Tb^(3+)ion and H_2L(5-(4 H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl) benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid) ligand, featuring high solvent and water stability. Luminescent investigations revealed that NKU-115 shows fluorescence quenching response toward Fe^(3+)in aqueous solution and the mechanism of quenching was analyzed.

We investigate the zero dissipation limit problem of the one-dimensional compressible isentropic Navier-Stokes equations with Riemann initial data in the case of the composite wave of two shock waves. It is shown that the unique solution to the Navier-Stokes equations exists for all time, and converges to the Riemann solution to the corresponding Euler equations with the same Riemann initial data uniformly on the set away from the shocks, as the viscosity vanishes. In contrast to previous related works, where either the composite wave is absent or the effects of initial layers are ignored, this gives the first mathematical justification of this limit for the compressible isentropic Navier-Stokes equations in the presence of both composite wave and initial layers. Our method of proof consists of a scaling argument, the construction of the approximate solution and delicate energy estimates.

目的探讨一种改良式氧气呼吸器在Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年11月在入住山西医科大学第二医院Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,按照吸氧面罩的不同种类分为对照组和观察组共88例,对照组48例使用抗生素+普通面罩吸氧治疗,观察组40例使用抗生素+改良式氧气呼吸器治疗。比较2组患者脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))下降发生率、饮水呛咳发生率、腹胀发生率、患者满意度得分情况。结果2组患者SpO_(2)下降发生率和饮水呛咳发生率分别为21%、15%,差异均有统计学意义;与对照组相比,观察组患者满意度得分有所提升,为2.9分,差异有统计学意义;腹胀发生率降低了4%,差异无统计学意义。结论Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者应用改良式氧气呼吸器可降低因暂停吸氧造成的SpO_(2)下降发生率、饮水呛咳发生率,有助于提高患者满意度,患者获益大,可在临床广泛应用。

Background:Mangrove forests are a significant contributor to the global carbon cycle,and the accurate estimation of their gross primary productivity(GPP)is essential for understanding the carbon budget within blue carbon *** attention has been given to the investigation of spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations within mangrove ecosystems,as well as the quantitative analysis of the influence of geo-environmental factors on time-series estimations of mangrove ***:This study explored the spatiotemporal dynamics of mangrove GPP from 2000 to 2020 in Gaoqiao Mangrove Reserve,China.A leaf area index(LAI)-based light-use efficiency(LUE)model was combined with Landsat data on Google Earth Engine(GEE)to reveal the variations in mangrove GPP using the Mann-Kendall(MK)test and Theil-Sen median ***,the spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations in mangrove ecosystems across regions were explored using four landscape ***,the effects of six geo-environmental factors(species distribution,offshore distance,elevation,slope,planar curvature and profile curvature)on GPP were investigated using Geodetector and multi-scale geo-weighted regression(MGWR).Results:The results showed that the mangrove forest in the study area experienced an area loss from 766.26 ha in 2000 to 718.29 ha in 2020,mainly due to the conversion to farming,terrestrial forest and aquaculture *** patterns indicated high levels of vegetation aggregation near water bodies and aquaculture zones,and low levels of aggregation but high species diversity and distribution density near building *** mean value of mangrove GPP continuously increased from 6.35 g C⋅m^(-2)⋅d^(-1) in 2000 to 8.33 g C⋅m^(-2)⋅d^(-1) in 2020,with 23.21%of areas showing a highly and significantly increasing trend(trend value>0.50).The Geodetector and MGWR analyses showed that species distribution,offshore distance and elevation contributed most to the GPP variatio

21世纪是大数据的时代,数据、模型驱动下的科学研究新范式与知识发现成为当今科学领域的新态势。本文介绍了在“深时数字地球”(Deep-time Digital Earth,DDE)国际大科学计划框架下构建的DDE-岩浆岩数据库。该数据库以“数据+编图+研究”三位一体的建库思路,基于岩浆岩知识体系,构建了岩浆岩数据库,包括后台服务(云端)、网站(Web端)和科研工作平台(桌面端)。数据主要来源于公开发表的文献、研究团队测试、实验室测试数据等,涉及全球重要造山带、克拉通及部分海洋(大洋钻探数据)等。此外,还设立了22个地域性、学科性专题数据库。数据类型为岩浆岩岩石类型、产状、空间位置等基本信息,以及年代学、地球化学、(Sr-Nd-Hf-Pb-O)同位素及非传统(或新兴)同位素数据。与国际最常用的有关数据库相比,本数据库具有以下优势:(1)“数-图-文”三位一体的设计思路,拥有编图和研究平台;(2)以研究为导向,组织构建了22个专题数据库,更多一线专家参与数据库建设,在某些地域和领域(如中亚、非传统同位素等)形成优势;(3)对数据都尽可能挖掘和补充了年龄、经纬度等时空信息;(4)创建了学科专家可以依据新的发展和需求及时调整数据库结构的技术与功能,而不需要重新编程;(5)有强大的DDE平台支持,为与国际有关数据库互联互通提供了有利条件。最后,利用DDE-岩浆岩数据库的核心数据(年代学、同位素等),对复杂大陆拼合过程、地壳生长、地球深部物质组成架构与演化等重大地球科学问题进行了探索并取得了一些进展,说明该数据库将对推动数据驱动的岩浆岩研究具有重要意义。
