南疆地区4个鲜食枣品种(系)光合特性研究

【目的】探明南疆地区不同鲜食枣品种(系)夏季光合性能及差异,为鲜食枣品种(系)选育与推广栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以冬枣、蟠枣、XLCZ和伏脆蜜为试材,测定光合色素、光合日变化趋势及光合速率-光响应曲线特征参数,比较分析4个鲜食枣品种(系)光合特性。【结果】净光合速率(Pn)日均值分别为冬枣4.21µmol/(m^(2)•s)、蟠枣5.74µmol/(m^(2)•s)、XLCZ 6.02µmol/(m^(2)•s)、伏脆蜜3.41µmol/(m^(2)•s)。XLCZ和蟠枣净光合速率日变化均呈典型的单峰型曲线,无“午休”现象;冬枣和伏脆蜜呈明显的双峰型。4个鲜食枣品种(系)对光合有效辐射的响应曲线基本一致,净光合速率随着光合有效辐射升高而增加,当光照强度达饱和点后,净光合速率增长曲线变化趋于平缓。光补偿点为XLCZ>伏脆蜜>冬枣>蟠枣,光饱和点为XLCZ>伏脆蜜>蟠枣>冬枣。4个鲜食枣品种(系)水分利用率均表现为上午较下午高,且冬枣>伏脆蜜>蟠枣>XLCZ。【结论】冬枣、蟠枣、XLCZ和伏脆蜜4个鲜食枣品种(系)在阿克苏地区均具有较强的光适应能力,其中,冬枣和蟠枣耐阴性相对较好,能更好地利用弱光;伏脆蜜能更好地利用强光。

The unique characteristics of the tumor microenvironment(TME)could be exploited to develop antitumor nanomedicine ***,in many cases,the actual therapeutic effect is far from reaching our expectations due to the notable tumor *** the amplified characteristics of TME regulated by vascular disrupting agents(VDAs),nanomedicines may achieve unexpected improved ***,we fabricate platelet membrane-fusogenic liposomes(PML/DP&PPa),namely“platesomes”,which actively load the hypoxia-activated pro-prodrug DMG-PR104A(DP)and physically encapsulate the photosensitizer pyropheophorbide a(PPa).Considering the different stages of tumor vascular collapse and shutdown induced by a VDA combretastatin-A4 phosphate(CA4P),PML/DP&PPa is injected 3 h after intraperitoneal administration of ***,CA4P-mediated tumor hemorrhage amplifies the enhanced permeation and retention(EPR)effect,and the platesome-biological targeting further promotes the tumor accumulation of PML/DP&***,CA4P-induced vascular occlusion inhibits oxygen supply,followed by photodynamic therapy-caused acute tumor *** prolonged extreme hypoxia contributes to the complete activation of DP and then high inhibitory effect on tumor growth and ***,such a combining strategy of artificially-regulated TME and bio-inspired platesomes pronouncedly improves tumor drug delivery and boosts tumor hypoxia-selective activation,and provides a preferable solution to high-efficiency cancer therapy.

Nitrogen(N)fertilization is critical for spike and floret development,which affects the number of fertile florets per spike(NFFs).However,the physiological regulation of the floret development process by N fertilization is largely unknown.A high temporal-resolution investigation of floret primordia number and morphology,dry matter,and N availability was conducted under three N fertilization levels:0(N0),120(N1)and 240(N2)kg ha^(−1).Interestingly,fertile florets at anthesis stage were determined by those floret primordia with meiotic ability at booting stage:meiotic ability was a threshold that predicted whether a floret primordium became fertile or abortive *** the developmental rate of the 4th floret primordium in the central spikelet was accelerated and then they acquired meiotic ability,the NFFs increased gradually as N application increased,but the increase range decreased under *** were no differences in spike N concentration among treatments,but leaf N concentration was increased in the N1 and N2 ***,dry matter accumulation and N content of the leaf and spike in the N1 and N2 treatments was increased as compared to ***,optimal N fertilization increased leaf N availability and transport of assimilates to spikes,and allowed more floret primordia to acquire meiotic ability and become fertile florets,finally increasing *** was no difference in leaf N concentration between N1 and N2 treatment,whereas soil N concentration at 0–60 cm soil layers was higher in N2 than in N1 treatment,implying that there was still some N fertilization that remained ***,improving the leaf’s ability to further use N fertilizer is vital for greater NFFs.

Azilsartan(AZL), a poorly soluble drug, was considered to be fit for nanocrystals to improve its solubility. Our study intended to prepare AZL nanocrystals by means of bead milling method. Eight stabilizers or their binary combination and the milling time were set to be variable factors to optimize AZL nanosuspension formulation, and six types of freezedrying supports were investigated to reduce the aggregation of particles during the solidification. AZL nanocrystals with or without sodium deoxycholate(NaDC) as combined stabilizer with Poloxamer 188(F68) were prepared owning mean particle sizes of about 300 nm and 460 nm. During the screening processes, the formulation containing NaDC showed a smaller particle size and better stability during lyophilization. The irregular shape and crystal form changing in AZL nanocrystals were discovered by various characterizations. And with physical mixture as reference, nanocrystals showed its improvement about in-vitro dissolution and in-vivo bioavailability. In conclusion, the nanocrystals of AZL could be prepared well in our study. Additionally, our results suggested that NaDC was an appreciated excipient on the nanocrystals platform, which can exhibit the abilities of size-reduction and stabilitymaintaining on freeze-drying.

The purpose of this study was to cover the bitter taste of arbidol hydrochloride(ARB)and develop dry suspension with combination of solid dispersion and *** masking was successfully done by solid dispersion using octadecanol as the carrier by fusion *** agents,carriers and other excipients were *** scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were performed to identify the physicochemical interaction between drug and carrier,DSC analysis indicated that ARB was amorphous in the solid dispersion,FTIR spectroscopy showed no interaction between drug and *** masking was evaluated on six volunteers with a score of *** results demonstrated successful taste *** was used to study the in vitro dissolution performance of the three formulations of commercial tablet,capsule and self-made *** self-made suspension showed a lower and slower release,the insoluble carrier octadecanol blocked the drug dissolving from the solid *** was indicated from the primary stability study,the self-made suspensions were sensitive to high temperature,high humidity and strong light conditions,they should be stored in sealed containers away from heat,light and humidity.

The effect of cephalexin in influencing the pharmacokinetics of a novel drug–5’-valyl-cytarabine hydrochloride

The aim of this study is to investigate the pharmacokinetics of 5′-valyl-cytarabine hydrochloride(OPC) when co-administered with cephalexin, which are both the substrates of PepT *** drugs were administered orally by gavage. Blood samples were collected from the orbital plexus of the rats after oral administration of drug solutions. A new high-performance liquid chromatographic method was validated and used for determination of the two drugs. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using DAS 2.1.1 software with noncompartmental analysis. After oral administration of OPC and co-administration of OPC and cephalexin,there were significant differences in the main pharmacokinetic parameters. The main pharmacokinetic parameters for the OPC group and the co-administrative group were as follows:AUC0-10(18,168.7 ± 2561.4) ng·h/ml and(13,448.5 ± 2544.73) ng·h/ml, AUC0-∞(18,683.1 ± 3066.5)ng·h/ml and(13,721.1 ± 2683.0) ng·h/ml, Cmax(6654.8 ± 481.3) ng/ml and(4765.1 ± 928.9) ng/ml, respectively. The results showed that the bioavailability of OPC could be reduced when co-administered with cephalexin, suggesting that the efficacy of a novel drug might be reduced when it came to combination use of β-lactam antibiotics.

Winter wheat–summer maize cropping system in the North China Plain often experiences droughtinduced yield reduction in the wheat season and rainwater and nitrogen(N)fertilizer losses in the maize *** study aimed to identify an optimal interseasonal water-and N-management strategy to alleviate these *** ratios of allocation of 360 kg N ha^(-1)between the wheat and maize seasons under one-time presowing root-zone irrigation(W0)and additional jointing and anthesis irrigation(W2)in wheat and one irrigation after maize sowing were set as follows:N1(120:240),N2(180:180),N3(240:120)and N4(300:60).The results showed that under W0,the N3 treatment produced the highest annual yield,crop water productivity(WPC),and nitrogen partial factor productivity(PFPN).Increased N allocation in wheat under W0 improved wheat yield without affecting maize yield,as surplus nitrate after wheat harvest was retained in the topsoil layers and available for the subsequent *** W2,annual yield was largest in the N2 *** risk of nitrate leaching increased in W2 when N application rate in wheat exceeded that of the N2 treatment,especially in the wet *** to W2N2,the W0N3 maintained 95.2%grain yield over two *** WPCwas higher in the W0 treatment than in the W2 ***,following limited total N rate,an appropriate fertilizer N transfer from maize to wheat season had the potential of a“triple win”for high annual yield,WPCand PFPN in a water-limited wheat–maize cropping system.

According to the chroma distribution diversity (CDD) between lip color and skin color, the lip color area is segmented by the back propagation neural network (BPNN) with three typical color features. Isolated noisy points of the lip color area in binary image are eliminated by a proposed region connecting algorithm. An improved integral projection algorithm is presented to locate the lip boundary. Whether a driver is fatigued is recognized by the ratio of the frame number of the images with mouth opening continuously to the total image frame number in every 20 s. The experiments show that the proposed algorithm provides higher correct rate and reliability for fatigue driving detection, and is superior to the single color feature-based method in the lip color segmention. Besides, it improves obviously the accuracy and speed of the lip boundary location compared with the traditional integral projection algorithm. Copyright © by HIGH TECHNOLOGY LETTERS PRESS.

The objective of this study was to prepare tamsulosin hydrochloride-sustained release(TSH-SR)pellets which showed good release stability with frame-controlled *** was added to Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymers to form drug-loaded inner ***,enteric Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymer was modified on the surface of it to the final *** studies showed that TSH-SR pellets were more stable during the coating process,different curing temperatures and storage conditions compared with TSH pellets produced by film-controlled *** and glass transition temperatures(Tgs)of free films and surface morphologies observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of blank sustained release pellets prepared by different ratios of Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 further indicated that temperature and relative humidity(RH)were the key factors when Eudragit~?NE30D blended with Eudragit~?L30D-55 were applied to sustained/controlled release *** addition,SEM identified the surface morphologies of TSH-SR pellets before and after dissolution,which showed intact surface structure and great correlation with release curve respectively.
