Planar Na ion micro-supercapacitors(NIMSCs) that offer both high energy density and power density are deemed to a promising class of miniaturized power sources for wearable and portable microelectron-ics. Nevertheless, the development of NIMSCs are hugely impeded by the low capacity and sluggish Na ion kinetics in the negative electrode.Herein, we demonstrate a novel carbon-coated Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with a hierarchical structure composed of vertically intercrossed and porous nanosheets, boosting Na ion storage performance. The unique structural merits, including uniform carbon coating, ultrathin nanosheets and abun-dant pores, endow the Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with highly reversible Na ion storage capacity of 245 mAh g^(-1) at 0.25 C and excellent rate capability.Benefiting from high capacity and fast charging of Nb_(2)O_5 microflower, the planar NIMSCs consisted of Nb_(2)O_5 negative electrode and activated car-bon positive electrode deliver high areal energy density of 60.7 μWh cm^(-2),considerable voltage window of 3.5 V and extraordinary cyclability. Therefore, this work exploits a structural design strategy towards electrode materials for application in NIMSCs, holding great promise for flexible microelectronics.

The study of tumor nanovaccines(NVs)has gained interest because they specifically recognize and eliminate tumor cells.However,the poor recognition and internalization by dendritic cells(DCs)and insufficient immunogenicity restricted the vaccine efficacy.Herein,we extracted two molecular-weight Astragalus polysaccharides(APS,12.19 k D;APSHMw,135.67 k D)from Radix Astragali and made them self-assemble with OVA257–264directly forming OVA/APS integrated nanocomplexes through the microfluidic method.The nanocomplexes were wrapped with a sheddable calcium phosphate layer to improve stability.APS in the formed nanocomplexes served as drug carriers and immune adjuvants for potent tumor immunotherapy.The optimal APS-NVs were approximately 160 nm with uniform size distribution and could remain stable in physiological saline solution.The FITC-OVA in APS-NVs could be effectively taken up by DCs,and APS-NVs could stimulate the maturation of DCs,improving the antigen cross-presentation efficiency in vitro.The possible mechanism was that APS can induce DC activation via multiple receptors such as dectin-1 and Toll-like receptors 2 and 4.Enhanced accumulation of APS-NVs both in draining and distal lymph nodes were observed following s.***.injection.Smaller APS-NVs could easily access the lymph nodes.Furthermore,APS-NVs could markedly promote antigen delivery efficiency to DCs and activate cytotoxic T cells.In addition,APS-NVs achieve a better antitumor effect in established B16-OVA melanoma tumors compared with the OVA+Alum treatment group.The antitumor mechanism correlated with the increase in cytotoxic T cells in the tumor region.Subsequently,the poor tumor inhibitory effect of APS-NVs on the nude mouse model of melanoma also confirmed the participation of antitumor adaptive immune response induced by NVs.Therefore,this study developed a promising APS-based tumor NV that is an efficient tumor immunotherapy without systemic side effects.

Role of microbiota-gut-brain axis in neurodegenerative diseases and the potential of microbiome-targeted d ietary strategies: A review of current evidence and future perspective

Neurodegenerative diseases (NDs)， mainly including Alzheimer’s disease， Parkinson’s disease， and Multiple sclerosis， represent a major public health challenge with the steady increase of aging population worldwide. Emerging evidence has revealed the key role of the microbiota-gut-brain axis in the pathogenesis of NDs. Diet is one of the most important environmental factors shaping the structure and function of gut microbiota. Manipulating the gut microbiota through specific diet patterns may represent a promising approach for NDs prevention. In this review， we highlight gut microbiota variations in NDs， outline several crucial signaling pathways of the gut-brain communication， and discuss the interplay of nutrients-microbes and biological effect of diet-derived microbial metabolites on neural physiology. In particular， we summarized the current knowledge about the application of dietary patterns in NDs to prevent disease progression via the modulation of the gut microbiota. Our study provides novel insights on the diet-microbiota-gut-brain axis in neurodegenerative disorders and highlights the potential of developing microbiome-targeted personalized dietary intervention for NDs management.

This paper considers the nonstandard renewal risk model in which a part of surplus is invested into a Black-Scholes market whose price process is modelled by a geometric Brownian motion, claim sizes form a sequence of not necessarily identically distributed and pairwise quasi-asymptotically independent random variables with dominatedly-varying tails.The authors obtain a weakly asymptotic formula for the finite-time and infinite-time ruin probabilities.In particular,if the claims are identically distributed and consistently-varying tailed,then an asymptotic formula is presented.

区域综合能源系统(regional integrated energy system,RIES)通过对多元灵活资源的整合与协调,在本地多能源供需平衡的基础上优化可调节能力,进而通过共享可调节量实现跨区域能量互济,有望提升能源利用效率,在深入挖掘海量用户可调节潜力,充分发挥系统灵活性价值方面发挥着重要作用。该文首先系统分析多元灵活资源聚合下构建RIES的驱动力和瓶颈,对现有研究概况进行综述。基于当前研究路径,从RIES主动调节能力时空动态演变规律深度挖掘、复杂非线性动态RIES主动调节能力优化、多RIES集群分布式最优协调3个方面,分析RIES研究过程中的关键问题。在此基础上,从RIES“主动调节能力评估、自治协调优化、集群协同控制”3个共同影响系统经济稳定运行的重点问题提出多元灵活资源聚合下RIES的研究架构,并对关键研究内容进行分析和阐述。

为了提高轴向柱塞泵配流副承载性能、抗摩擦磨性能及容积效率,以某型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵配流盘为原型开展研究。首先,依据正交实验理论采用CFD方法研究椭圆开口偏置抛物线微织构(Elliptic opening offset parabola micro texture, EOOPT)形状参数对轴向柱塞泵配流副承载压强、摩擦因数的影响规律,并联合运用神经网络和遗传算法对EOOPT的形状参数进行优化设计。其次,运用响应面分析方法研究EOOPT分布参数对配流副承载压强、摩擦因数和泄漏量的影响规律,并对形状参数进行优化设计。最后对最优特征参数EOOPT织构化的柱塞泵配流副和未织构的相关性能进行对比分析,结果表明,前者的承载压强较后者提高11.23%,摩擦因数和泄漏量分别减低16.67%和2.96%。

In this article,we study a nonstandard bivariate renewal risk model with dependent claim sizes,where two kinds of claim sizes constitute a sequence of independent and identically distributed random vectors satisfying a certain dependence structure,two claim-number processes are not necessarily independent.When the marginal distributions of the random vectors belong to the intersection of the class of long-tailed distributions and the class of the dominated variation distributions,we obtain joint tail asymptotic formulas of discounted total claims.The result shows that the dependence between two kinds of claims has an effect on the joint asymptotic tail probability of discounted total claims.

处理三维激光扫描仪获取的城市竣工测绘点云场景数据的传统方法存在较多局限性,无法适应信息化社会对产品高效处理的需求。基于此,本文分析了城市竣工测绘点云场景分类需求,研究了利用深度学习网络模型对点云场景进行自动化处理的方法。首先,对输入的城市竣工测绘数据进行预处理,以实现点云降采样、去噪、地面点与非地面点分割;然后,人工标注5个区域场景数据毫米级标签,进行数据增强;最后,测试PointNet++网络在城市竣工测绘点云场景下的语义分割性能和效果。测试结果表明,在少量样本下,PointNet++网络可以较好地实现城市竣工测绘点云场景的激光点云语义分割,总体mIoU达73.06%,能够满足城市竣工测绘点云语义自动化分割需求,为城市竣工测绘点云数据处理提供了新思路。

Carabid beetles,predatory insects,are abundant in forests and sensitive to environmental changes.The distribution patterns and diversity of carabid beetles in several natural forests were studied to provide a basis for evaluating the importance of a forest in the protection of carabid beetle diversity.Carabids were captured by pitfall traps during their seasonal activity from 2012 to 2013 in a poplar-birch forest,ash-walnut forest and broad-leaved Korean pine forest.A total of 5252 individuals,representing 21 species,were collected.Carabid abundance was highest in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest and lowest in the ash-walnut forest.Carabus billbergi Mannerheim and Pterostichus pertinax(Tschitscherine)were the dominant beetle species in each stand.Carabus canaliculatus Adams was dominant in the poplar-birch and ash-walnut forests,and Leistus niger Gebler was dominant in the ash-walnut forest.The carabids were affected differently by stand factors.C.billbergi and P.pertinax was positively correlated with mean DBH.C.canaliculatus and L.niger were not positively correlated with any stand factors.The broad-leaved Korean pine forest with greater age,large DBH and thick leaf litter fostered a high diversity of carabid species.The main yearly activity period for most carabids was during July.Different carabid species responded differently to seasonality,and the activity period of several species was relatively late(August)in the year.

为掌握江苏省高粱病毒病的发生情况,从江苏淮安采集高粱疑似病毒病样品20份,进行了分子检测与鉴定。结果发现,使用玉米黄花叶病毒(maize yellow mosaic virus,MaYMV)引物可扩增出与目的片段一致的条带,检出率为80%。利用MaYMV外壳蛋白(CP)基因引物,以阳性样本RNA为模板进行扩增、克隆、酶切验证和测序分析,并构建进化树发现,淮安分离物CP基因与江苏分离物CP基因的进化关系较近。这些结果表明江苏淮安高粱受到了MaYMV侵染,这是该病毒在我国高粱上的首次报道。
