The exchanged hypercube EH（s, t）（where s ≥ 1 and t ≥ 1） is obtained by systematically reducing links from a regular hypercube Q,＋t＋l. One-step diagnosis of exchanged hypercubes which involves only one testing phase during which processors test each other is discussed. The diagnosabilities of exchanged hypercubes are studied by using the pessimistic one-step diagno- sis strategy under two kinds of diagnosis models： the PMC model and the MM model. The main results presented here are the two proofs that the degree of diagnosability of the EH（s, t） under pessimistic one-step tl/tl fault diagnosis strategy is 2s where I ≤ s ≤ t （respectively, 2t, where 1 ≤ t ≤ s） based on the PMC model and that it is also 2s where 1 ≤ s ≤ t （respectively, 2t, where 1 ≤ t ≤ s） based on the MM＊ model.

With the dramatic development of spatial data in- frastructure, CyberGIS has become significant for geospatial data sharing. Due to the large number of concurrent users and large volume of vector data, CyberGIS faces a great chal- lenge in how to improve performance. The real-time visual- ization of vector maps is the most common function in Cyber- GIS applications, and it is time-consuming especially when the data volume becomes large. So, how to improve the effi- ciency of visualization of large vector maps is still a signif- icant research direction for GIScience scientists. In this re- search, we review the existing three optimization strategies, and determine that the third category strategy （i.e., parallel optimization） is appropriate for the real-time visualization of large vector maps. One of the key issues of parallel optimiza- tion is how to decompose the real-time visualization tasks into balanced sub tasks while taking into consideration the spatial heterogeneous characteristics. We put forward some rules that the decomposition should conform to, and design a real-time visualization framework for large vector maps. We focus on a balanced decomposition approach that can assure efficiency and effectiveness. Considering the spatial hetero- geneous characteristic of vector data, we use a ＂horizontal grid, vertical multistage＂ approach to construct a spatial point distribution information grid. The load balancer analyzes the spatial characteristics of the map requests and decomposes the real-time viewshed into multiple balanced sub ***, all the sub viewsheds are distributed to multiple server nodes to be executed in parallel, so as to improve the real- time visualization efficiency of large vector maps. A group of experiments have been conducted by us. The analysis results demonstrate that the approach proposed in this research has the ability of balanced decomposition, and it is efficient and effective for all geometry types of vector data.

Cardiac arrest can lead to severe neurological impairment as a result of inflammation,mitochondrial dysfunction,and post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation neurological *** preconditioning has been shown to improve migration and survival of bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells and reduce pyroptosis after cardiac arrest,but the specific mechanisms by which hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells protect against brain injury after cardiac arrest are *** this end,we established an in vitro co-culture model of bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells and oxygen–glucose deprived primary neurons and found that hypoxic preconditioning enhanced the protective effect of bone marrow stromal stem cells against neuronal pyroptosis,possibly through inhibition of the MAPK and nuclear factor κB ***,we transplanted hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells into the lateral ventricle after the return of spontaneous circulation in an 8-minute cardiac arrest rat model induced by *** results showed that hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells significantly reduced cardiac arrest–induced neuronal pyroptosis,oxidative stress,and mitochondrial damage,whereas knockdown of the liver isoform of phosphofructokinase in bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells inhibited these *** conclude,hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells offer a promising therapeutic approach for neuronal injury following cardiac arrest,and their beneficial effects are potentially associated with increased expression of the liver isoform of phosphofructokinase following hypoxic preconditioning.

Carbon nanotube(CNT)/epoxy nanocomposites have a great potential of possessing many advanced ***,the homogenization of CNT dispersion is still a great challenge in the research field of *** study applied a novel dispersion agent,carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),to functionalize CNTs and improve CNT dispersion in *** effectiveness of the CMC functionalization was compared with mechanical mixing and a commonly used surfactant,sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(Na DDBS),regarding dispersion,mechanical and corrosion properties of CNT/epoxy nanocomposites with three different CNT concentrations(0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%).The experimental results of Raman spectroscopy,particle size analysis and transmission electron microscopy showed that CMC functionalized CNTs reduced CNT cluster sizes more efficiently than Na DDBS functionalized and mechanically mixed CNTs,indicating a better CNT *** peak particle size of CMC functionalized CNTs reduced as much as 54%(0.1%CNT concentration)and 16%(0.3%CNT concentration),compared to mechanical mixed and Na DDBS functionalized *** of the better dispersion,it was found by compressive tests that CNT/epoxy nanocomposites with CMC functionalization resulted in 189%and 66%higher compressive strength,224%and 50%higher modulus of elasticity than those with mechanical mixing and Na DDBS functionalization respectively(0.1%CNT cencentration).In addition,electrochemical corrosion tests also showed that CNT/epoxy nanocomposites with CMC functionalization achieved lowest corrosion rate(0.214 mpy),the highest corrosion resistance(201.031Ω·cm^(2)),and the lowest porosity density(0.011%).

designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,NiFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium（Rh@NiFe-MIL-53）,is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between NiFeOOH and NiFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containing intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity （240 mV） with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability (over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This work presents a new perspective on designing highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

Microplastics(MPs)have been one of the most concerned environmental issues since the 21st *** are plastic particles with diameters less than 5 mm,which are widely sourced in the aquatic *** being released into the aquatic environment,MPs would experience complicated physical,chemical and biological aging processes driven by mechanical forces,photooxidation,and biological degradation,which would result in changes in MPs’physicochemical properties,such as the particle size,specific surface area,hydrophobicity,crystallinity,*** this review,we have illustrated the current study status on MPs’environmental aging processes and pointed out the knowledge ***’aging processes would consequentially influence MPs’interaction with the co-existing organic and inorganic pollutants in the aquatic environment as well as lead to the leaching of chemical additives involved in plastic production,including plasticizers and flame retardants,which can trigger high ecotoxicity to the aquatic ***,aged MPs would cause ecotoxicity to aquatic organisms via bioaccumulation,biomagnification,and indirect carrier *** review would provide an in-depth overview of MPs’environmental aging processes and consequential ecotoxicity implications,as well as propose future research needs.

This paper reviews the development of valve- less piezoelectric pump with cone-shaped tube chrono- logically, which have widely potential application in biomedicine and micro-electro-mechanical systems because of its novel principles and deduces the research direction in the future. Firstly, the history of valveless piezoelectric pumps with cone-shaped tubes is reviewed and these pumps are classified into the following types： single pump with solid structure or plane structure, and combined pump with parallel structure or series structure. Furthermore, the function of each type of cone-shaped tubes and pump structures are analyzed, and new direc- tions of potential expansion of valveless piezoelectric pumps with cone-shaped tubes are summarized and deduced. The historical argument, which is provided by the literatures, that for a valveless piezoelectric pump with cone-shaped tubes, cone angle determines the flow resistance and the flow resistance determines the flow direction. The argument is discussed in the reviewed pumps one by one, and proved to be convincing. Finally, it is deduced that bionics is pivotal in the development of valveless piezoelectric pump with cone-shaped tubes fromthe perspective of evolution of biological structure. This paper summarizes the current valveless piezoelectric pumps with cone-shaped tubes and points out the future development, which may provide guidance for the research of piezoelectric actuators.
