Surface-induced Microstructure and Performance Changes in P3HT Ultrathin Films

In this work,poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)ultrathin films(P3HT-T)were prepared by spin-coating a dilute P3HT solution(in a toluene:o-dichlorobenzene(Tol:ODCB)blend with a volume ratio of 80:20)with ultrasonication and the addition of the nucleating agent bicycle[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid disodium salt(HPN-68L)on glass,Si wafers and indium tin oxide(ITO)*** electrical and mechanical properties of the P3HT-T ultrathin films were investigated,and it was found that the conductivity and crack onset strain(COS)were simultaneously improved in comparison with those of the corresponding pristine P3HT film(P3HT-0,without ultrasonication and nucleating agent)on the same substrate,regardless of what substrate was ***,the conductivity of P3HT-T ultrathin films on different substrates was similar(varying from 3.7 S·cm^(-1)to 4.4 S·cm^(-1)),yet the COS increased from 97%to 138%by varying the substrate from a Si wafer to *** grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray diffraction(GIXRD),UV-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM),we found that the solid order and crystallinity of the P3HT-T ultrathin film on the Si wafer are highest,followed by those on glass,and much lower on ***,the surface energy and roughness of three substrates were investigated,and it was found that the polar component of the surface energyγp plays a critical role in determining the crystalline microstructures of P3HT ultrathin films on different *** work indicates that the P3HT ultrathin film can obviously improve the stretchability and simultaneously retain similar electrical performance when a suitable substrate is *** findings offer a new direction for research on stretchable CP ultrathin films to facilitate future practical applications.

Hydrolysis of TiCl_(4)solution is capable of preparing microscale TiO_(2)*** research studied the synthesis of microscale spherical TiO_(2)powders and the hydrolysis *** effects of the flow field generated by different agitators and baffles in the crystallizer,the initial free acid concentration,the initial equivalent TiO_(2)concentration,and the temperature on the hydrolysis progress and powder morphology were systematically *** results show that the flow field in a crystallizer can significantly affect the morphology and particle size of the powders,and the axial flow can improve the sphericity of the *** increased free HCl and equivalent TiO_(2)concentrations in the pregnant solution inhibit the forward hydrolysis reaction,prolong the time to reach equilibrium,and reduce the *** appropriate temperature matching the compositions of the pregnant solution is crucial for the powder morphology and *** with sizes ranging from around 5 um-40μm can be tuned under controlled flow field,solution compositions,and temperature *** addition,the Cheng and Wunderlich modified Avrami equation was used for the crystallization kinetic *** effects of the free HCl concentration,equivalent TiO_(2)concentration,and hydrolysis temperature are reflected in the reaction rate constant and active nuclei reduction *** the free HCl and equivalent TiO_(2)concentrations will reduce the reaction rate constant and accelerate the deactivation of the active nuclei,thus increasing the final powder size,while increasing the temperature will lead to the opposite results.

In this paper,we consider the following perturbed fractional Hamiltonian systems{tD_(∞)^(α)(_(-∞)D_(t)^(α)u(t))+L(t)u(t)=■_(u)W(t,u(t))+■(u)G(t,u(t)),t∈R,u∈H^(α)(R,R^(N)),whereα∈(1/2,1],L∈C(R,R^(N×N))is symmetric and not necessarily required to be positive definite,W∈C1(R×R^(N,R))is locally subquadratic and locally even near the origin,and perturbed term G∈C1(R×R^(N,R))maybe has no parity in *** the perturbed method improved by the authors,a sequence of nontrivial homo clinic solutions is obtained,which generalizes previous results.

As an emerging network paradigm,the software-defined network(SDN)finds extensive application in areas such as smart grids,the Internet of Things(IoT),and edge *** forwarding layer in software-defined networks is susceptible to eavesdropping *** hopping is amoving target defense(MTD)technology that is frequently employed to resist eavesdropping *** the traditional route hopping technology,both request and reply packets use the same hopping *** an eavesdropping attacker monitors the nodes along this path,the risk of 100%data leakage becomes *** this paper,we present an effective route hopping approach,called two-day different path(TDP),that turns communication paths into untraceable moving *** technology minimizes the probability of data leakage by transmitting request data and reply data through different ***,a brief introduction to the network model and attack model involved in this paper is ***,the algorithm and processingmethod of the TDP are ***,the paper proposes three differentmetrics tomeasure the effectiveness of the proposed ***,theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the TDP can effectively reduce the percentage of data exposure,decrease eavesdropping attack success probability,and improve the unpredictability of the path.

A deoxidation thermodynamic model for 304 stainless steel considering multiple-components coupled reactions

A thermodynamic model for predicting the equilibrium oxygens of 304 stainless steel was developed based on the theory of slag-steel equilibrium,the law of mass conservation,and the ion and molecule coexistence *** the developed model,the Fe-Cr-Mn-Si-Al-S-O-melts reaction system and CaO-MgO-CaF_(2)-FeO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr2O_(3)slags were *** oxygen contents calculated by the model are in good agreement with experimental results and reference *** equilibrium oxygen contents in 304 stainless steel mainly decrease with increasing binary basicity(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)),where w(i)is the mass percentage of component i)and decreasing *** binary basicity at 2.0 while maintaining temperatures lower than 1823 K will keep the oxygen contents in the 304 stainless steel lower than 15×10^(-6).The equilibrium oxygen contents may also be decreased with increasing content of MgO in slags,which is more significant at lower binary ***,a small amount of FeO,MnO,and Al_(2)O_(3)(about 0-2.5 wt.%)in slags has little effect on equilibrium oxygen ***,it is found that the[C]-[O]reaction may occur during refining process but will not significantly affect the equilibrium oxygen contents.

Hydrothermal stability is crucial for the practical application of deNO_(x)catalyst on diesel vehicles,for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR).SnO_(2)-based materials possess superior hydrothermal stability,which is attractive for the development of NH_(3)-SCR *** this work,a series of Ce-Nb/SnO_(2)catalysts,with Ce and Nb loading on SnO_(2)support,were prepared by impregnation *** was found that,the NH_(3)-SCR activities and hydrothermal stabilities of the Ce-Nb/SnO_(2)catalysts significantly varied with the impregnation sequences,and the Ce-Nb(f)/SnO_(2) catalyst that firstly impregnated Nb and then impregnated Ce exhibited the best *** characterization results revealed that CeNb(f)/SnO_(2)possessed appropriate acidity and redox ***,the strong synergistic effect between Nb and Sn species stabilized the structure and maintained the dispersion of acid *** study may provide a new understanding for the effect of impregnation sequence on activity and hydrothermal stability and a new environmental-friendly NH_(3)-SCR catalyst with potential applications for NO_(x)removal from diesel and hydrogenfueled engines.

Kidney fibrosis is an inevitable result of various chronic kidney diseases(CKDs)and significantly contributes to end-stage renal ***,there is no specific treatment available for renal ***13(amino acid sequence:RRCMPLHSRVPFP)is a conserved region of ELABELA in all vertebrates;however,its biological activity has been very little *** the present study,we evaluated the therapeutic effect of ELA13 on transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)-treated NRK-52E cells and unilateral ureteral occlusion(UUO)*** results demonstrated that ELA13 could improve renal function by reducing creatinine and urea nitrogen content in serum,and reduce the expression of fibrosis biomarkers confirmed by Masson staining,immunohistochemistry,real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and western *** biomarkers were increased after UUO and decreased by administration of ***,we found that the levels of essential molecules in the mothers against decapentaplegic(Smad)and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)pathways were reduced by ELA13 treatment in vivo and in *** conclusion,ELA13 protected against kidney fibrosis through inhibiting the Smad and ERK signaling pathways and could thus be a promising candidate for anti-renal fibrosis treatment.

A quantitative study of disruptive technology policy texts: An example of China's artificial intelligence policy

Purpose The transformative impact of disruptive technologies on the restructuring of the times has attracted widespread global attention. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of China's artificial intelligence (AI) disruptive technology policy, and to put forward suggestions for optimizing China's AI disruptive technology ***/methodology/approach Develop a three-dimensional analytical framework for "policy tools-policy actors-policy themes" and apply policy tools, social network analysis, and LDA topic model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the utilization of policy tools, cooperative relationships among policy actors, and the trends in policy theme settings within China's innovative AI technology *** We find that the collaborative relationship among the policy actors of AI disruptive technology in China is insufficiently close. Marginal subjects exhibit low participation in the cooperation network and overly rely on central subjects, forming a "center-periphery" network structure. Policy tool usage is predominantly focused on supply and environmental types, with a severe inadequacy in demand-side policy tool utilization. Policy themes are diverse, encompassing topics such as "Intelligent Services" "Talent Cultivation" "Information Security" and "Technological Innovation", which will remain focal points. Under the themes of "Intelligent Services" and "Intelligent Governance", policy tool usage is relatively balanced, with close collaboration among policy entities.
