The therapeutic potentials of probiotics in autism spectrum disorder(ASD)remains controversial,with the only existing systematic review on this topic published in *** from new trials have become available in recent *** therefore conducted an updated systematic review,to assess the efficacy of probiotics in relieving behavioral symptoms of ASD and gastrointestinal *** review includes two randomized controlled trials,which showed improvement of ASD behaviors,and three open trials,all which exhibited a trend of *** of these trials concluded from subjective measures that gastrointestinal function indices showed a trend of improvement with probiotic *** rigorous trials are needed to evaluate the effects of probiotic supplements in ASD.

AIM:To characterize effect of astaxanthin(ASX)in Aspergillus fumigatus(***)induced keratitis in mouse ***:In vivo,fungal keratitis mouse model was established in C57BL/6 mice using ***,followed by ASX or dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)*** responses were evaluated by clinical score and myeloperoxidase(MPO)*** cytokines were assessed by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),Western blot,immunofluorescence,and enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS:In animal model,ASX improved corneal transparency and clinical response,suppressed the expression of inflammatory cytokine like IL-1β,TNF-α,and *** levels have been shown to decrease in ASX-treated cornea by immunofluorescence and ***2 and TLR4 levels were lower in ASX-treated group than ***:ASX can suppress inflammatory response and reduce inflammatory cytokine production in mice model with *** keratitis.

Due to the typical intercalation-deintercalation mechanism, TiO 2 holds great promise as a sustainable anode for next-generation lithium -ion batteries (LIBs). However, commercial TiO 2 (C-TiO 2 ) is granular and shows slow ionic conductivity, which greatly hinders its development due to sluggish kinetics, leading to low reversible capacity and inferior rate capability. In this study, a two-dimensional layered TiO 2 (L-TiO 2 ) anode is prepared via a one-step calcination process, which can effectively shorten the lithium ions diffusion path and improve its lithium ions conductivity. We elucidated the enhanced electrochemical performance of L-TiO 2 as an anode in LIBs through pseudocapacitive acceleration of lithium ions intercalation and deintercalation using various characterization techniques, including different scan rate cyclic voltammetry tests, in situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, in situ Raman spectroscopy, and in situ X-ray diffraction. In comparison to C-TiO 2 material, L-TiO 2 material showcases remarkable electrochemical performance, achieving a capacity of 166 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 0.1 C. Additionally, the lithium -ion diffusion coef ficient calculated for the L-TiO 2 is two orders of magnitude greater, underscoring its potential as a negative electrode material for LIBs. Four rare earth inorganic-organic hybrid compounds based on Keggin-type polyoxometalate {SiW_(12)}with general formula [{RE(DMF)_(4)(H_(2)O)_4RE(DMF)_(6)}_(2){SiW_(12)O_(40)}_(3)](RE = La(1),Pr(2),Sm(3),Eu(4),DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide) were synthesized by the conventional solution *** analyses indicate that four compounds are isostructural and are all built from three [SiW_(12)O_(40)]^(4-) polyoxoanions and DMF ligands linked by RE^(3+).Compounds 1-4 are extremely sensitive to UV light and present excellent photochromic properties,in which the coloring and fading time of samples are both no more than 2 min,and the reversible coloring-fading process can be repeated for at least 10 cycles with little fatigue,suggesting that compounds 1-4 can be a series of fast-responsive and durable photochromic ***,the solid-state photoluminescence spectra of compounds 3(Sm) and 4(Eu)display strong characteristic emissions of rare earth ions based on f-f ***,compound4(Eu) has a longer fluorescence lifetime up to 566.74 μ***,co mpounds 3(Sm) and 4(Eu) exhibit the switchable luminescence behavior induced by photochromism,which allows them to be used as potential molecular switches.

Aggregation of species with similar ecological properties is one of the effective methods to simplify food web ***,species aggregation will affect not only the complexity of modeling process but also the accuracy of models’*** of aggregation methods and the number of trophospecies are the keys to study the simplification of food *** this study,three aggregation methods,including taxonomic aggregation(TA),structural equivalence aggregation(SEA),and self-organizing maps(SOM),were analyzed and compared with the linear inverse model–Markov Chain Monte Carlo(LIM-MCMC)*** of aggregation methods and trophospecies number on food webs were evaluated based on the robustness and unitless of ecological net-work *** showed that aggregation method of SEA performed better than the other two methods in estimating food web structure and function *** effects of aggregation methods were driven by the differences in species aggregation principles,which will alter food web structure and function through the redistribution of energy *** to the results of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)which can be applied to evaluate the accuracy of the model,we found that MAPE in food web indices will increase with the reducing trophospecies number,and MAPE in food web function indices were smaller and more stable than those in food web structure ***,trade-off between simplifying food webs and reflecting the status of ecosystem should be con-sidered in food web *** findings highlight the importance of aggregation methods and trophospecies number in the analy-sis of food web *** study provided a framework to explore the extent to which food web models are affected by dif-ferent species aggregation,and will provide scientific basis for the construction of food webs.

In this study,a novel iron-based catalyst system,Fe(acac)3/(isocyanoimino)triptenylphosphorane(IITP)/AlR3,was employed for the synthesis of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in *** catalyst system exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity,achieving a polymerization activity of 762 kgpolymer·molcatalyst^(-1)·h^(-1)at 50℃with a[BD]/[Fe]molar ratio of ***,living polymerization characteristic were observed during the investigation of the polymerization kinetics of 1,3-butadiene *** characteristics were well demonstrated by a narrow molecular weight distribution(PDI≈2.0)of the resulting polybutadiene and a linear relationship between-ln(1-c)and polymerization time as well as number average molecular weight and polymer *** resultant polymer showed a 1,2-selectivity of approximately 76%and stereoregularity ranging from 62%to 73%(rrrr).Additionally,through kinetic studies on polymerization reaction,an apparent activation energy Ea value of this catalytic system was calculated to be 84.98 kJ·mol^(-1),which suggests that high polymerization temperature favors efficient polymerization.
