BACKGROUND Esophageal stricture ranks among the most significant complications following endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Excessive fibrotic repair is a typical pathological feature leading to stenosis after *** To examine the effectiveness and underlying mechanism of Kangfuxin solution(KFX)in mitigating excessive fibrotic repair of the esophagus *** Pigs received KFX at 0.74 mL/kg/d for 21 days after esophageal full circumferential *** examinations occurred on days 7 and 21 *** vitro,recombinant transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1(5 ng/mL)induced a fibrotic microenvironment in primary esophageal fibroblasts(pEsF).After 24 hours of KFX treatment(at 1.5%,1%,and 0.5%),expression ofα-smooth muscle actin-2(ACTA2),fibronectin(FN),and type collagen I was *** signaling was analyzed,including TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and phosphor-smad2/3(p-Smad2/3).RESULTS Compared to the Control group,the groups treated with KFX and prednisolone exhibited reduced esophageal stenosis,lower weight loss rates,and improved food tolerance 21 d after *** treatment,Masson staining revealed thinner and less dense collagen fibers in the submucosal ***,the expression of fibrotic effector molecules was notably ***,KFX downregulated the transduction levels of fibrotic functional molecules such as TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and p-Smad2/*** vitro,pEsF exposed to TGF-β1-induced fibrotic microenvironment displayed increased fibrotic activity,which was reversed by KFX treatment,leading to reduced activation of ACTA2,FN,and collagen *** 1.5%KFX treatment group showed decreased expression of p-Smad 2/3 in TGF-β1-activated *** KFX showed promise as a therapeutic option for post-full circumferential esophageal ESD strictures,potentially by suppressing fibroblast fibrotic activity through modulation of the TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway.

Pentaploid hybrids produced from crosses between hexaploid and tetraploid wheats combine the genetic variation of both parents. Crossing a synthetic hexaploid wheat LM/AT23 with its AB-genome donor, the durum wheat LM, and selfing the pentaploid hybrids to the F7 generation yielded mostly euploid tetraploids and a few hexaploids. Two special derivatives of tetraploid were isolated, including a 4D(4B) substitution line with large panicles and high resistance to stripe rust and a 2DS.2AL translocation line with non-waxy epidermis. The discovery of small D-genome introgressions in the A and B genomes suggested that pentaploidization can be used to induce homoeologous recombination. The introgression of D genome from Aegilops tauschii to the AB genomes might promote the development of super tetraploid wheat with hexaploid biological characteristics (especially stress resistance) and quality functions and the functional study of the introduced chromosomes or fragments. © 2025 Crop Science Society of China and Institute of Crop Science, CAAS

AIM:To investigate the clinical profile of patients with acquired lacrimal sac mucocele(ALSM)and evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(En-DCR)for this ***:En-DCRs were performed on 141 patients with ALSM patients from January 2016 to March *** clinical baseline information and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images were recorded and *** assess the effectiveness of En-DCR therapy,both anatomical and functional success rate was assessed during a 12mo ***:A total of 141 patients,with a mean age of 57.70±14.11y,were enrolled in this *** of the patients were female(n=91;64.54%)and all had unilateral *** patients had a previous history of epiphora and purulent secretion,and the duration from lacrimal duct obstruction to mucocele formation ranged from 6 to *** findings consistently revealed an enlarged sac diameter,fluid accumulation separated by a thin rim from adjacent tissues,which is indicative of lacrimal sac ***-DCR was performed with an anatomical success rate of 93.62%and a functional success rate of 81.56%.CONCLUSION:ALSM is more commonly seen in females and *** is essentially a complication of lacrimal duct *** characteristics can be used for precise clinical diagnosis,while En-DCR emerges as an optimal therapy for this *** results provide a comprehensive reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ALSM.

Objective: To examine the effectiveness of Chinese medicine(CM) Lianhua Qingwen Granule(LHQW) and jingyin Gubiao Prescription(JYGB) in asymptomatic or mild patients with Omicron infection in the shelter hospital. Methods: This single-center retrospective cohort study was conducted in the largest shelter hospital in Shanghai, China, from April 10, 2022 to May 30, 2022. A total of 56,244 asymptomatic and mild Omicron cases were included and divided into 4 groups, i.e., non-administration group(23,702 cases), LHQW group(11,576 cases), JYGB group(12,112 cases), and dual combination of LHQW and JYGB group(8,854 cases). The length of stay(LOS) in the hospital was used to assess the effectiveness of LHQW and JYGB treatment on Omicron infection. Results: Patients aged 41–60 years, with nadir cycle threshold(CT) value of N gene <25, or those fully vaccinated preferred to receive CM therapy. Before or after propensity score matching(PSM), the multiple linear regression showed that LHQW and JYGB treatment were independent influence factors of LOS(both P<0.001). After PSM, there were significant differences in LOS between the LHQW/JYGB combination and the other groups(P<0.01). The results of factorial design ANOVA proved that the LHQW/JYGB combination therapy synergistically shortened LOS(P=0.032). Conclusions: Patients with a nadir CT value <25were more likely to accept CM. The LHQW/JYGB combination therapy could shorten the LOS of Omicron-infected individuals in an isolated environment.

目的观察浮针疗法对早期强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效及其对肿瘤坏死因子-?(TNF-?)、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将80例符合纳入标准的早期强直性脊柱炎患者采用随机卡法按1:1分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予单纯浮针治疗,对照组予塞来昔布胶囊、甲氨蝶呤片、柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片常规治疗,共治疗24星期。观察两组治疗前后Bath AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、Bath AS功能指数(BASFI)、腰痛指数、中医证候评分及TNF-?、IL-1、IL-6等指标的变化情况。结果两组治疗后BASDAI、BASFI、腰痛指数、中医证候评分及TNF-?、IL-1、IL-6水平较同组治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后BASDAI、BASFI、腰痛指数、中医证候评分及TNF-?、IL-1、IL-6水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浮针疗法能缓解早期强直性脊柱炎患者临床症状,改善脊柱关节功能且安全性良好,其机制可能与降低炎性细胞因子TNF-?、IL-1、IL-6的水平相关。

为探究不同时空尺度下不同湖泊类型土地利用对水质的影响差异,以四川省自贡市富顺西湖(河成湖)和云南省腾冲市青海湖(火山湖)为研究对象,提取6个空间尺度(50、60、70、80、90、100 m湖岸带缓冲区)的景观格局指数,结合雨季(2022年7月)和旱季(2023年4月)湖泊水质参数,采用冗余分析法定量探究不同时空尺度下土地利用对两类湖泊水质影响的差异性。结果表明:(1)富顺西湖与腾冲青海湖水质参数季节性差异显著,雨季水质优于旱季,两个湖泊水环境质量存在显著差异,腾冲青海湖水环境质量优于富顺西湖,腾冲青海湖符合地表水环境Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类水质标准,富顺西湖达到Ⅳ类、Ⅴ类水质标准。(2)富顺西湖在旱季和50~60 m湖岸带缓冲区尺度下土地利用参数对水质变量的解释率最大,腾冲青海湖在雨季和60 m湖岸带缓冲区尺度下土地利用参数对水质变量的解释率最大。(3)土地利用指数对两类湖泊水质的影响各不相同。富顺西湖流域内斑块密度、景观形状指数和聚合度指数与多数水质指标呈正相关,“源”景观聚集程度和破碎化程度高会加剧对水质的威胁。腾冲青海湖流域内林地面积占比和聚合度指数对水质具有正效应,能够改善水环境质量;斑块指数和景观形状指数值的增加会加剧斑块破碎化,导致水质恶化。本研究基于不同时空尺度对土地利用与两类湖泊水质关系的差异性进行深入探讨,指导不同类型湖泊的区域规划与管理,为湖泊环境质量评价及保护和制定针对性的湖泊缓冲带设置、生态修复等策略提供科学依据,进而促进湖泊水质安全和水资源可持续利用。

内生真菌浸种对燕麦生长和根部内生真菌群落的影响

内生真菌在促进植物生长、增强抗逆性、改变植物根部微生物群落结构等方面有着重大的研究和开发价值。本研究采用内生真菌(木霉菌ADK和黄绿卷毛菇AF)浸种燕麦的方法开展田间试验,通过测定燕麦生长指标、生理生化指标、根际土壤理化指标,评价内生真菌浸种对燕麦的促生效果,并利用高通量测序技术研究内生真菌浸种对燕麦根部内生真菌群落组成的影响。结果表明:2种内生真菌均能促进燕麦株高生长,增加根长、干重、鲜重等,其中,ADK对燕麦生长性状影响最显著(P<0.05),AF对燕麦产量增加最显著(P<0.05)。内生真菌对燕麦生理也有显著影响(P<0.05),ADK和AF组过氧化物酶(POD)活性和维生素C(Vc)含量较CK分别增加87.53、86.03%%和5.56%、58.11%,脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量分别减少64.62%、72.85%和54.82%、63.85%。此外,ADK和AF能够提高土壤全磷含量,且AF显著(P<0.05)提高土壤有机碳含量。Illumina高通量测序结果表明内生真菌浸种增加了燕麦根部内生真菌的Shannon指数、Pielou指数以及特有OTU的数量,改变了燕麦根部内生真菌群落结构。主成分分析(PCA)结果显示ADK促进了燕麦生长,增加了燕麦根部内生真菌多样性;AF提高了燕麦产量,增强了燕麦抗逆性。本研究揭示出内生真菌浸种对燕麦有显著的促生效果,并能增强燕麦的抗逆性及改变燕麦根部内生真菌群落结构,为后期开发植物促生菌剂提供了菌种资源,也有助于开发木霉菌及黄绿卷毛菇在生物菌肥方面的潜能。
