Sufficient survey data are required to describe the stochastic behaviors of live ***,due to manual and on-site operation required by traditional survey methods,traditional surveys face challenges like occupant resistance,high costs,and long implementation *** study proposes a new survey method to access live load data online and *** samples are acquired from multi-source,open-access and dynamically updated data on the *** change intervals,geometrical dimensions and object quantities are obtained from transaction information,building attributes and virtual reality models on real estate websites,*** object weights are collected from commodity information on e-commerce *** integration of the aforementioned data allows for the extraction of necessary statistics to describe a live load *** proposed method is applied to a live load survey in China,covering 20040 m^(2),with around 90000 samples acquired for object weights and load *** survey results reveal that about 70%−80%of the amplitude statistics are attributable to 1/6 of the total object types.

We compile a blue AGN sample from SDSS and investigate how the ratio of hard X-ray to bolometric luminosity depends on the Eddington ratio and black hole mass. Our sample comprises 240 radio-quiet Seyfert 1 galaxies and QSOs. We find that the fraction of hard X-ray luminosity （log（L2-10keV/L bol）） decreases with an increase of the Eddington ratio. We also find that the fraction of hard X-ray luminosity is independent of the black hole mass for radio-quiet AGNs. The relation of log（L2-10 keV/Lbol） decreasing with increasing Eddington ratio indicates that X-ray bolometric correction is not a constant, from a larger sample supporting the results of Vasudevan ＆ Fabian. We interpret our results by the disk corona evaporation/condensation model. In the frame work of this model, Compton cooling becomes efficient in cooling the corona at high accretion rates （in units of Eddington rate）, leading to condensation of coronal gas to the disk. Consequently, the relative strength of the corona to the disk becomes weaker at higher Eddington ratios. Therefore, the fraction of hard X-ray emission to disk emission and hence to the bolometric emission is smaller at higher Eddington ratios. The independence of the fraction of hard X-ray luminosity with respect to the mass of the black hole can also be explained by the disk corona model since the coronal structure and luminosity （in units of Eddington luminosity） are independent of the mass of black holes.

Geosynthetic-reinforced retaining （GRR） walls have been increasingly used to support roadways and bridge abutments in highway projects. In recent years, advances have been made in construction and design of GRR walls for highway applications. For example, piles have been installed inside GRR walls to support bridge abutments and sound barrier walls. Geosynthetic layers at closer spacing are used in GRR walls to form a composite mass to support an integrated bridge system. This system is referred to as a geosynthetic-reinforced soil （GRS）-integrated bridge systems （IBS） or GRS-IBS. In addition, short geosynthetic layers have been used as secondary reinforcement in a GRR wall to form a hybrid GRR wall （HGRR wall） and reduce tension in primary reinforcement and facing deflections. These new technologies have improved performance of GRR walls and created more economic solutions; however, they have also created more complicated problems for analysis and design. This paper reviews recent studies on these new GRR wall systems, summarizes key results and findings including but not limited to vertical and lateral earth pressures, wall facing deflections, and strains in geosynthetic layers, discusses design aspects, and presents field applications for these new GRR wall systems.

BACKGROUND Choledocholithiasis is a common clinical bile duct disease,laparoscopic choledocholithotomy is the main clinical treatment method for ***,the recurrence of postoperative stones is a big challenge for patients and *** To explore the related risk factors of gallstone recurrence after laparoscopic choledocholithotomy,establish and evaluate a clinical prediction *** A total of 254 patients who underwent laparoscopic choledocholithotomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research *** data of the patients were collected,and the recurrence of gallstones was recorded based on the postope-rative *** results were analyzed and a clinical prediction model was *** Postoperative stone recurrence rate was 10.23%(26 patients).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that cholangitis,the diameter of the common bile duct,the diameter of the stone,number of stones,lithotripsy,preoperative total bilirubin,and T tube were risk factors associated with postoperative recurrence(P<0.05).The clinical prediction model was ln(p/1-p)=-6.853+1.347×cholangitis+1.535×choledochal diameter+2.176×stone diameter+1.784×stone number+2.242×lithotripsy+0.021×preoperative total bilirubin+2.185×T *** Cholangitis,the diameter of the common bile duct,the diameter of the stone,number of stones,lithotripsy,preoperative total bilirubin,and T tube are the associated risk factors for postoperative recurrence of *** prediction model in this study has a good prediction effect,which has a certain reference value for recurrence of gallstone after laparoscopic choledocholi-thotomy.

Subcellular localization of proteins can provide key hints to infer their functions and structures in cells. With the breakthrough of recent molecule imaging techniques, the usage of 2D bioimages has become increasingly popular in automatically analyzing the protein subcellular location pat- terns. Compared with the widely used protein 1D amino acid sequence data, the images of protein distribution are more intuitive and interpretable, making the images a better choice at many applications for revealing the dynamic char- acteristics of proteins, such as detecting protein translocation and quantification of proteins. In this paper, we systemati- cally reviewed the recent progresses in the field of automated image-based protein subcellular location prediction, and clas- sified them into four categories including growing of bioim- age databases, description of subcellular location distribution patterns, classification methods, and applications of the pre- diction systems. Besides, we also discussed some potential directions in this field.

Traditionally,hyaluronic acid has been widely used for drug delivery,but the current application bottleneck is that hyaluronic acid is hydrophilic and electronegative,which makes it difficult to carry hydrophobic drugs and small interfering RNA(siRNA)with the same *** on previous studies,we designed and synthesized hyaluronic acid nanocarriers HA-spermine/N,N,N-trimethylcystamine/DOX-TPP(HSTD)for loading siRNA to overcome the problem of siRNA release caused by strong electrostatic ***,N,N,Ntrimethylcystamine in the carrier can be degraded by intracellular glutathione to completely and rapidly release siRNA,thus promoting ***,when codelivered with the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin(DOX),this novel nanocarrier showed promising synergy in inhibiting tumor growth.

As is well known,the quantum evolution speed of quantum state can never be accelerated in the Markovian regime without any operators on the *** Hamiltonian corrections induced by the action of coherent driving forces are often used to fight dissipative and decoherence mechanisms in *** this reason,considering three noisy channels(the phase-flip channel,the amplitude damping channel and the depolarizing channel),we propose a scheme of speedup evolution of an open system by controlling an external unitary coherent driving operator on the *** is shown that,in the presence of the coherent driving,no-speedup evolution can be transformed into quantum speedup evolution in the Markovian dynamics ***,under the fixed coherent driving strength in the above three noisy channels,the best way to achieve the most degree of quantum speedup for the system has been acquired by rotating the system with appropriate driving direction angles,***,we conclude that the reason for this acceleration is not the nonMarkovian dynamical behavior of the system but due to the oscillation of geometric distance between the initial state and the target final state.

A polyethylene oxide （PEO）-coated polyimide （PI） membrane was prepared by electrospinning method followed by a dip-coating and drying process for high-performance lithium-ion batteries （LIB）. 8emicrystal PEO was covered on the surface of the fibers and partially enmeshed in PI matrix, which formed unique porous structures. The pores with an average size of 4.1 μm and a porosity of 90% served as ion transport channels. Compared with the cell with Celgard 2400 membrane, the half-cell using PEO-coated P1 membrane as a separator exhibits excellent electrochemical performance both at room temperature and at low temperature. The electrolyte uptaking rate of PEO-coated PI membrane was 170% and the ionic conductivity was 3.83 × 10^-3 S cm^-1. PEO-coated PI membrane possessed 5.3 V electrochemical window. The electrode-electrolyte interfacial resistance was 62.4 Ω. The capacity retention ratios with PEO- coated PI membrane were 86.4% at 5 C and 73.5% at 10 C at 25 ℃ and 75% at 5 C at 0 ℃. Furthermore, the cell using the separator demonstrates excellent capacity retention over cycling. These advanced characteristics would boost the application of the PEO-coated PI membrane for high-power lithium ion battery.

Background Transvenous lead placement is the standard approach for left ventricular （LV） pacing in cardiac resynchronization ther- apy （CRT）, while the open chest access epicardial lead placement is currently the most frequently used second choice. Our study aimed to compare the ventricular electromechanical synchronicity in patients with heart failure after CRT with these two different LV pacing tech- niques. Methods We enrolled 33 consecutive patients with refractory heart failure secondly to dilated cardiomyopathy who were eligible for CRT in this study. Nineteen patients received transvenous （TV group） while 14 received open chest （OP group） LV lead pacing. Intraand inter-ventricular electromechanical synchronicity was assessed by tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） before and one year after CRT procedure. Results Before CRT procedure, the mean QRS-duration, maximum time difference to systolic peak velocity among 12 left ventricle segments （LV Ts-12）, standard deviation of time difference to systolic peak velocity of 12 left ventricle segments （LV Ts-SD）, and inter-ventficular mechanical delay （IVMD） in OP and TV group were 166 ± 17 ms and 170 ± 21 ms, 391 ±42 ms and 397 ± 36 ms, 144 ± 30 ms and 148 ± 22 ms, 58 ± 25 ms and 60 ± 36 ms, respectively （all P 〉 0.05）. At one year after the CRT, the mean QRS-duration, LV Ts-12, LV Ts-SD, and IVMD in TV and OP group were 128 ± 14 ms and 141 ± 22 ms （P = 0.031）, 136 ± 37 ms and 294 ± 119 ms （P = 0.023）, 50± 22 ms and 96 ± 34 ms （P = 0.015）, 27 ± 11 ms and 27 ± 26 ms （P = 0.86）, respectively. The LV lead implantation procedure time was 53.4±16.3 rain for OP group and 136 ± 35.1 min for TV group （P = 0.016）. The mean LV pacing threshold increased significantly from 1.7 ± 0.6 V/0.5 ms to 2.3 ± 1.6 V/0.5 ms （P 〈 0.05） in TV group while it remained stable in the OP group.
