目的:橙皮素拥有抗氧化、抗炎和降脂等多种生理活性,但由于其水溶性差、代谢快,导致其口服生物利用度很低。因此,本研究制备了橙皮素-维生素E聚乙二醇琥珀酸酯(TPGS)胶束和橙皮素-磷脂酰胆碱(PC)复合物,来提高橙皮素的水溶性、抗氧化活性和口服吸收率。创新点:本研究使用美国食品药品监督管理局(US FDA)批准的辅料制备了两种纳米制剂:橙皮素-TPGS胶束和橙皮素-PC复合物。不仅制备方法简单,而且能显著提高橙皮素的水溶性、抗氧化活性和口服吸收率。方法:本研究使用溶剂分散法制备纳米制剂。将橙皮素与分散剂溶于有机溶剂中,在40°C下搅拌30 min,然后旋转蒸发除去溶剂,用水复溶即得橙皮素-TPGS胶束和橙皮素-PC复合物。本研究使用差示扫描量热法表征纳米制剂的热效应;用动态光散射法测定纳米制剂的粒径;用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测纳米制剂的细胞毒性;用细胞抗氧化活性测定法对比纳米制剂与橙皮素本身的抗氧化活性;使用灌胃法评估纳米制剂的口服吸收效果。结论:研究结果发现:以质量比1:12制备的橙皮素-TPGS胶束和橙皮素-PC复合物,其粒径分别为26.19和219.15 nm,没有明显的细胞毒性,同时能够将橙皮素的水溶性分别提高到21.5和20.7倍,抗氧化活性分别提高到4.2和3.9倍,口服生物利用分别提高到16.2和18.0倍。因此,这两种纳米制剂在药剂和保健品制造方面具有重要的应用价值。

New method for multibody dynamics based on unknown constraint force

In order to solve the unstable or economical shortages of power grids and realize the coordinated optimization of distributed energy supply systems in different regions of virtual power plant（VPP）,a coordinated optimization scheduling model for multi-region building virtual power plants with wind-power and photovoltaic units is established.The VPP is made up of wind turbine,household photovoltaic,energy storage system（ESS） and electric vehicles（EV）.Through inter-regional comprehensive energy interconnection,multi-regional VPP power is complemented.In order to make the electric energy sharing within VPP reasonable,the optimal model with the objective function of reducing the transaction cost between VPP and distribution network,the maintenance cost of wind-power and photovoltaic units and the maintenance cost of EV was established.Finally,the validity of the proposed model is verified by a case study of a typical building VPP with a residential building and a commercial building.The simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the coordinated and optimal power scheduling of different regions and different types of aggregation units,and effectively reduce the net cost of VPP.

This paper presents a new method for the dynamics of multibody systems based on unknown constraint force. The method can uniformly solve multibody systems with typical configurations, including the system with rigid-flexible coupling, the system in tree topology, and the system with loop constraints. Unlike common methods, the proposed method can model the loop system without “cutting off” loop constraints, leading to the exact same modelling process as the tree-like system performs. Based on graph theory, a topological record matrix M_(rec) is proposed to capture the arbitrary system configuration. Moreover, constraint forces are selected as the key variables in semi-recursive framework. With the recursive kinematics relationship between adjacent bodies, the constraint force equation is further assembled to achieve the full-state system solution. The numerical simulations demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method.

Classifying Chinese Medicine Constitution Using Multimodal Deep-Learning Model

Objective:To develop a multimodal deep-learning model for classifying Chinese medicine constitution,i.e.,the balanced and unbalanced constitutions,based on inspection of tongue and face images,pulse waves from palpation,and health information from a total of 540 subjects.Methods:This study data consisted of tongue and face images,pulse waves obtained by palpation,and health information,including personal information,life habits,medical history,and current symptoms,from 540 subjects(202 males and 338 females).Convolutional neural networks,recurrent neural networks,and fully connected neural networks were used to extract deep features from the data.Feature fusion and decision fusion models were constructed for the multimodal data.Results:The optimal models for tongue and face images,pulse waves and health information were ResNet18,Gate Recurrent Unit,and entity embedding,respectively.Feature fusion was superior to decision fusion.The multimodal analysis revealed that multimodal data compensated for the loss of information from a single mode,resulting in improved classification performance.Conclusions:Multimodal data fusion can supplement single model information and improve classification performance.Our research underscores the effectiveness of multimodal deep learning technology to identify body constitution for modernizing and improving the intelligent application of Chinese medicine.

BACKGROUND Hematological tumors are common malignant tumors,with high morbidity and mortality rates.Most patients with hematological malignancies develop sleep disorders that seriously affect their life and health because of acute onset of disease,rapid progression,high recurrence rates,complex treatment methods,and treatment costs.AIM To explore the mediating effect of resilience on fear of disease progression and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies.METHODS A cross-sectional analysis of 100 patients with hematological malignancies,treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University between August 2022 and August 2023,was conducted.Patients were assessed using a general data survey,a simplified scale for the fear of progression(FoP)of disease,a resilience scale,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.Statistical analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between various patient characteristics and FoP,resilience,and sleep quality.Spearman’s correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations between mental resilience,FoP,and sleep quality.RESULTS The total FoP score mean value in patients with hematological malignancies was 38.09±5.16;the total resilience score mean value was 40.73±7.04;and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score mean value was 10.72±1.90.FoP,resilience,and sleep quality of the patients were associated with family per capita monthly income and patient education level(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis revealed that FoP was negatively correlated with resilience and sleep quality scores(r=-0.560,-0.537,P<0.01),respectively,and resilience was significantly associated with sleep quality scores(r=0.688,P<0.01).Mediation analysis showed that the mediating effect of resilience between FoP and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies was-0.100 and accounted for 50.51%of the total effect.This indicated that FoP directly and indirectly affected sleep quality through the mesomeric effect of resilience.CONCLUSION Resilience is an in

Chemical derivatization strategies for enhancing the HPLC analytical performance of natural active triterpenoids

＜正＞Based on our proposed regularized multiple criteria linear programming（RMCLP） for binary classification problems,this paper extends this method to treat with nonlinear case.By applying dual theory,we derived the dual problem of optimization problem constructed in RMCLP, and then proved the solution of RMCLP can be computed by the solution of its dual problem,finally, we constructed Algorithm Kernel RMCLP by introducing Kernel functions in RMCLP.A series of experimental tests are conducted to illustrate the performance of the proposed Kernel RMCLP with the outstanding support vector machine（SVM）.The results of several publicly available datasets and a real-life credit dataset all show that our Kernel RMCLP is a competitive method in classification.

riterpenoids widely exist in nature,displaying a variety of pharmacological activities.Determining triterpenoids in different matrices,especially in biological samples holds great significance.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)has become the predominant method for triterpenoids analysis due to its exceptional analytical performance.However,due to the structural similarities among botanical samples,achieving effective separation of each triterpenoid proves challenging,necessitating significant improvements in analytical methods.Additionally,triterpenoids are characterized by a lack of ultraviolet(UV)absorption groups and chromophores,along with low ionization efficiency in mass spectrometry.Consequently,routine HPLC analysis suffers from poor sensitivity.Chemical derivatization emerges as an indispensable technique in HPLC analysis to enhance its performance.Considering the structural characteristics of triterpenoids,various derivatization reagents such as acid chlorides,rhodamines,isocyanates,sulfonic esters,and amines have been employed for the derivatization analysis of triterpenoids.This review comprehensively summarized the research progress made in derivatization strategies for HPLC detection of triterpenoids.Moreover,the limitations and challenges encountered in previous studies are discussed,and future research directions are proposed to develop more effective derivatization methods.

AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small-diameter acellular porcine corneal stroma(SAPS)for the treatment of peripheral corneal ulceration(PCU).METHODS:This retrospective clinical study included 18 patients(18 eyes)with PCU between April 2018 and December 2020.All patients had PCU and underwent lamellar keratoplasty with SAPS.Observation indicators included preoperative and postoperative best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and transparency of SAPS.The infection control rate in the surgical eye-lesion area was also calculated.RESULTS:Eighteen patients underwent lamellar keratoplasty with SAPS to treat PCU.None of the patients experienced rejection after 6mo(18/18)and 12mo(16/16)of follow-up.The BCVA(0.47±0.30)at the 6mo followup after operation was significantly improved compared with the baseline(0.99±0.80),and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.415,P<0.05).The BCVA at the 12mo follow-up after operation was not statistically significant compared to the 6mo(Z=0,P=1).With time,the SAPS graft gradually became transparent.At the 6mo(18/18)and 12mo(16/16)follow-up,none of the patients had recurrent corneal infection.CONCLUSION:SAPS is clinically effective in the treatment of PCU,improving the patient’s BCVA and reducing the incidence of rejection after keratoplasty.

The flow field near a spur dike such as down flow and horseshoe vortex system(HVS)are susceptible to the topographic changes in the local scouring process,resulting in variation of the sediment transport with time.In this study,large eddy simulations with fixed-bed at different scouring stages were conducted to investigate the changes in flow field.The results imply that the bed deformation leads to an increase in flow rate per unit area,which represent the capability of sediment transportation by water,in the scour hole.Moreover,the intensity of turbulent kinetic energy and bimodal motion near the sand bed induced by the HVS were also varied.However,the peak moments between the two sediment transport mechanisms were different.Hence,understanding the complex feedback mechanism between topography and flow field is essential for the local scour problem.
