Metronidazole(MNZ)is a type of antibiotic that can help people and animals cure bacterial in fections,however,abuse of MNZ has posed a threat to human ***,portable and vi sual detection of MNZ is meaningful for food safety and rational administration of drugs,bu full of ***,a porous three-dimensional Tb-based metal-organic framework(MOF{(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)·[Tb_(5)(TDA)_(8)(H_(2)O)_(2)]·6DMF·2C_(2)H_(5)OH}_n(TDA-Tb)with good solvent and p H stabilities was pre pared,and the framework possesses one-dimensional channels with a diameter of 12 A along the c-axis Experiment results suggest that the synthesized TDA-Tb can selectively and sensitively detect MNZ in water,and the limit of detection(LOD)is as low as 4.1×10^(-7)mol/***,a flexible sensor TDA Tb-M was also constructed by incorporating TDA-Tb into membrane materials for convenient *** the TDA-Tb-M firstly realized portable and visual detection of MNZ through smartphone scanning,which may inspire more probes with wide application ranges.

The impacts of vegetation restoration on the soil erosion have been widely elucidated in the semi-arid ***,the magnitude of soil erosion on abandoned sloping farmland still remained unclear and their responses to vegetation succession were rarely *** main objective of this study is to determine the magnitude of soil erosion along vegetation succession and explore the impact of vegetation succession on soil erosion from abandoned sloping *** observations were employed to monitor the rainfall,runoff,and soil erosion of seven sloping farmland plots with different abandoned ages and bare land from 2015 to *** results indicated that the annual runoff depth and soil erosion modulus of vegetation types were in the range of 0.46 to 5.49 mm·a^(-1)and 1.3 to 24.5 t·km^(-2)·a^(-1),*** vegetation effectively reduced the annual surface runoff and soil erosion with reduction of 73.8% to 97.8%and 98.0% to 99.9% as opposed to bare ***,there were no significant differences in runoff and soil erosion for different vegetation types along *** largest event of vegetation types contributed to 38.7%-44.1% of the annual runoff and 42.5%-66.3% of the annual soil erosion,*** restoration considerably alleviated the contribution of largest erosive event to annual soil *** relationships between soil erosion,runoff and rainfall factors could be fitted well by linear functions,and the performances of regression models in predicting runoff were more satisfactory compared to predicting soil *** Artemisia gmelinii(Agm)+Stipa bungeana(Sb)optimized the trade-off between sediment reduction and runoff maintenance,which should be selected as the suitable vegetation types to achieve the sustainability of socio-ecological systems.

Directional cell expansion is a fundamental process that is involved in virtually all cellular *** from isotropic growth is commonly associated with cell fate transition,organ shaping,or cell *** obtain continuous direc-tional cell growth,and tissue and organ growth as well,positive feedback loops are needed to lock anisotropic cell *** the other hand,antagonistic mechanisms are needed to terminate directional cell *** genes affecting cell shape have been identified,but only in a few cases do we under-stand the precise chains of molecular events to some ***,a cortical microtubule(CMT)-mediated mechanical feedback loop has been recognized that amplifies tensile stress anisotropy and leads to expansion perpendicular to the stress di-rection(Sampathkumar,2020;Zhao et al.,2020)(Figure 1A).By contrast,passive reorientation of cellulose microfibrils(CMFs)may form a combative mechanism that cancels directional cell expansion(Figure 1B).However,passive CMF reorientation is insufficiently recognized by developmental biologists who are interested in directional cell expansion,anisotropic tissue growth,and organ shaping.

We isolated cucurbitacinⅡa from the rhizomes of Hemsleya pengxianensis,and tested the cytotoxicity of cucurbitacinⅡa against various cancer cell lines by the sulforhodamine B assay(SRB).At the same time,we preliminarily found that cucurbitacinⅡa has a certain inhibitory activity on kinase CDK1/cyclin B,and shows potent inhibitory activities against many cancer cell *** cucurbitacinⅡa was structurally characterized by specific optical rotation measurement,high-resolution mass spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopic *** addition,the molecular structure of cucurbitacinⅡa was further determined by X-ray single-crystal crystallography.

Rapid and accurate determination of compressor characteristic maps is essential for the initial design of centrifugal compressors in aircraft power systems. The accuracy of existing methodologies, which rely on combinations of loss models, varies significantly depending on the compressor's geometry and operational range. This variance necessitates substantial experimental or Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) data for coefficient calibration. To address this challenge, this study presents an axisymmetric characteristic model for compressor performance assessment. This model incorporates the factors of blade angle, meridional passage area, and the radial deflection angle of meridional streamlines of the compressor. These factors are derived from fundamental aerodynamic equations encompassing mass, momentum, and energy conservation of the compressor. In contrast to conventional one-dimensional approaches, the proposed method reduces the number of loss coefficients and more effectively accounts for the impact of geometric alterations on centrifugal compressor properties. Furthermore, the model reduces dependence on experimental and CFD data. Efficacy of the model is validated using experimental data from four distinct types of centrifugal compressors. Correlation analysis reveals that the model's coefficients can be expressed as functions of the ratio of the Reynolds number to the impeller tip speed. This ratio serves as a characteristic parameter for the design and optimization of centrifugal compressors. Consequently, the proposed method offers an efficient and accurate means for the quick computation of centrifugal compressor characteristics. This is of great significance for improving the efficiency of centrifugal compressors and reducing energy consumption.

The trimmed mean is one of the most common estimators of location for symmetrical distributions, whose effect depends on whether the trim rate matches the proportion of contaminated data. Based on the geometric characteristics of the curve of the trimmed variance function, the authors propose two kinds of adaptive trimmed mean algorithms. The accuracy of the estimators is compared with that of other often-used estimates, such as sample mean, trimmed mean, trimean, and median, by means of simulation method. The results show that the accuracy of the adaptive derivative optimization trimmed mean method is close to the optimum performance in case of medium contamination （the contamination rate is less than 50%）. Under high contamination situation （the contamination rate equals 8070）, the performance of the estimates is comparable to that of the median and is superior to other counterparts.

BACKGROUND Hypertension is prevalent in the general population and is regarded as the second leading cause of renal damage and dysfunction,outnumbered only by ***,the mechanisms remain *** To investigate podocyte injury induced by hypertension in the early course without massive proteinuria or renal *** The hypertension group comprised 18 patients with hypertension accompanied by microalbuminuria,diagnosed with hypertensive renal injury according to biopsy *** a comparison of pathological changes in renal tissue,control group 1 comprised 10 healthy volunteers,and control group 2 comprised 16 patients who underwent surgery for renal *** The hypertension group had significantly higher blood pressure(P=0.000)and microalbuminuria(P=0.000)compared with control group *** the hypertension group,urinary podocytes were detected following positive staining of podocytespecific nephrin and/or CD2-associated protein(CD2AP)in urine *** foot process fusion and a significant decrease in nephrin and/or CD2AP expression in glomeruli were observed in the hypertension group compared with control group *** indicated that hypertension caused podocyte injury and detachment from the glomerular basement membrane,which was consistent with urinary detection of *** Our results suggest that podocyturia appears early in the course of hypertensive renal injury,and may be a sensitive marker for early prediction of hypertensive renal injury.

Corrosion Resistance and Semiconducting Properties of Passive Films Formed on 00Cr13Ni5Mo2 Supermartensitic Stainless Steel in Cl^- Environment

The semiconducting properties of passive films grown on 00Crl3Ni5Mo2 supermartensitic stainless steel were investigated in comparison with conventional 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel. Cyclic vohammetry and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） were used for the studies. 00Crl3NiSMo2 steel exhibited a good corrosion resistance performance, attributing to its passive capability. The results of Mott-Schottky analysis demonstrated n- type semiconductors for the passive films with doping densities of about 1020- 1021 cm -3, and the thickness of space- charge layers was also calculated. The experimental results confirmed that Mo plays an important role in improving the corrosion resistance of 00Crl3Ni5Mo2 steel due to its impact on the doping density.
