In this note, a diffusive predator-prey model subject to the homogeneous Neumann bound- ary condition is investigated and some qualitative analysis of solutions to this reaction-diffusion system and its corresponding steady-state problem is presented. In particular, by use of a Lyapunov function, the global stability of the constant positive steady state is discussed. For the associated steady state problem, a priori estimates for positive steady states are derived and some non-existence results for non-constant positive steady states are also established when one of the diffusion rates is large enough. Consequently, our results extend and complement the existing ones on this model.

The power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) has rapidly risen from 3.8% to over25.0% in just about one decade, which attracts a lot of attention from the scientific and engineering ***, some challenges remain, hindering the progress of commercialization such as intrinsic and extrinsic(environmental) stabilities, which can be improved by an interface and structural engineering. In recent years, some reports indicate that the interfacial engineering using carbon-based nanomaterials additives plays a crucial role in the process of charge carriers and perovskite crystal growth and thereby enhances device performance and operational stability. Here, we review the development of the varieties of carbon-based nanomaterials applications in PSCs, such as hole-transporting layers(HTLs), electron-transporting layers(ETLs), perovskite bulk layer, and their ***, we proposed a further suggestion about the optimized preparation conditions for the preparation of PSCs, which may inspire the researcher to discover, design,and manufacture the more efficient perovskite solar cells in academic and industry.

Deep ultraviolet(DUV)phototransistors are key integral of optoelectronics bearing a wide spectrum of applications in flame sensor,military detector,oil spill detection,biological sensor,and artificial intelligence *** order to further improve the responsivity of UV photodetectors based onβ-Ga_(2)O_(3),in present work,high-performanceβ-Ga_(2)O_(3) phototransistors with local back-gate structure were experimentally *** phototransistor shows excellent DUV photoelectrical performance with a high responsivity of 1.01×107 A/W,a high external quantum efficiency of 5.02×109%,a sensitive detectivity of 2.98×1015 Jones,and a fast rise time of 0.2 s under 250 nm ***,first-principles calculations reveal the decent stability ofβGa_(2)O_(3) nanosheet against oxidation and humidity without significant performance ***,the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)/β-Ga_(2)O_(3) phototransistor can behave as a photonic synapse with ultralow power consumption of~9.6 fJ per spike,which shows its potential for neuromorphic computing tasks such as facial ***β-Ga_(2)O_(3) phototransistor will provide a perspective for the next generation optoelectrical systems.

Coexisting ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis： A case report with literature review

A 30-year-old female patient with coexisting ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis was diagnosed and treated. The human leukocyte antigen （HLA）-B27 is a predisposing factor of ankylosing spondylitis and HLA-DR4 is a predisposing factor of rheumatoid arthritis. This patient was HLA-B27 and HLA-DR4 positive, and ankylosing spondylitis manifested before rheumatoid arthritis. After disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs successfully arrested ankylosing spondylitis activity the patient conceived and delivered a healthy baby. One year later, she developed peripheral polyarthritis and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. We hypothesized that pregnancy may be one of the environmental factors that can activate rheumatoid arthritis, and that disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs play an important role in keeping the disease under control.

Fine-grained sediments are widely distributed and constitute the most abundant component in sedimentary systems, thus the research on their genesis and distribution is of great significance. In recent years, fine-grained sediment gravity-flows(FGSGF) have been recognized as an important transportation and depositional mechanism for accumulating thick successions of fine-grained sediments. Through a comprehensive review and synthesis of global research on FGSGF deposition, the characteristics,depositional mechanisms, and distribution patterns of fine-grained sediment gravity-flow deposits(FGSGFD) are discussed, and future research prospects are clarified. In addition to the traditionally recognized low-density turbidity current and muddy debris flow, wave-enhanced gravity flow, lowdensity muddy hyperpycnal flow, and hypopycnal plumes can all form widely distributed FGSGFD. At the same time, the evolution of FGSGF during transportation can result in transitional and hybrid gravityflow deposits. The combination of multiple triggering mechanisms promotes the widespread development of FGSGFD, without temporal and spatial limitations. Different types and concentrations of clay minerals, organic matters, and organo-clay complexes are the keys to controlling the flow transformation of FGSGF from low-concentration turbidity currents to high-concentration muddy debris flows. Further study is needed on the interaction mechanism of FGSGF caused by different initiations, the evolution of FGSGF with the effect of organic-inorganic synergy, and the controlling factors of the distribution patterns of FGSGFD. The study of FGSGFD can shed some new light on the formation of widely developed thin-bedded siltstones within shales. At the same time, these insights may broaden the exploration scope of shale oil and gas, which have important geological significances for unconventional shale oil and gas.

In current neural network algorithms for nuclide identification in high-background,poor-resolution detectors,traditional network paradigms including back-propagation networks,convolutional neural networks,recurrent neural networks,etc.,have been limited in research on γ spectrum analysis because of their inherent mathematical *** is difficult to make progress in terms of training data requirements and prediction *** contrast to traditional network paradigms,network models based on the transformer structure have the characteristics of parallel computing,position encoding,and deep stacking,which have enabled good performance in natural language processing tasks in recent ***,in this paper,a transformer-based neural network (TBNN) model is proposed to achieve nuclide identification for the first ***,the Geant4 program was used to generate the basic single-nuclide energy spectrum through Monte Carlo simulations.A multi-nuclide energy spectrum database was established for neural network training using random matrices of γ-ray energy,activity,and *** on the encoder–decoder structure,a network topology based on the transformer was built,transforming the 1024-channel energy spectrum data into a 32×32 energy spectrum sequence as the model *** experiments and adjustments of model parameters,including the learning rate of the TBNN model,number of attention heads,and number of network stacking layers,the overall recognition rate reached 98.7%.Additionally,this database was used for training AI models such as back-propagation networks,convolutional neural networks,residual networks,and long shortterm memory neural networks,with overall recognition rates of 92.8%,95.3%,96.3%,and 96.6%,*** indicates that the TBNN model exhibited better nuclide identification among these AI models,providing an important reference and theoretical basis for the practical application of transformers in the qualitative and quantitativ

A novel elastic metamaterial is proposed with the aim of achieving lowfrequency broad bandgaps and bandgap regulation. The band structure of the proposed metamaterial is calculated based on the Floquet-Bloch theorem, and the boundary modes of each bandgap are analyzed to understand the effects of each component of the unit cell on the bandgap formation. It is found that the metamaterials with a low elastic modulus of ligaments can generate flexural wave bandgaps below 300 Hz. Multi-frequency vibrations can be suppressed through the selective manipulation of bandgaps. The dual-graded design of metamaterials that can significantly improve the bandgap width is proposed based on parametric studies. A new way that can regulate the bandgap is revealed by studying the graded elastic modulus in the substrate. The results demonstrate that the nonlinear gradient of the elastic modulus in the substrate offers better bandgap performance. Based on these analyses, the proposed elastic metamaterials can pave the way for multi-frequency vibration control, low-frequency bandgap broadening, and bandgap tuning.
