BACKGROUND： It is suspected that dissociation, destruction or synthetic disorder of microtubule-associated protein 2 （MAP-2） may participate in secondary injury of intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH）, and the reason may be related to thrombin in high concentration after ICH; therefore, the mechanism should be studied further. OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect of hirudin on expression of MAP-2 in peripheral tissue of hematom after ICH and changes of water content in brain tissue and analyze pathogenesis of thrombin in secondary injury after ICH. DESIGN ： Completely randomized grouping design and controlled animal study SEn-ING ： Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University MATERIALS ： The experiment was carried out in the Neurological Laboratory of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University from April 2003 to April 2004. A number of 80 healthy Wistar rats, of both genders, aged 3-4 months, weighing 250-350 g, were randomly divided into 8 groups： normal control group, 6-hour ICH group, 1-day ICH group, 2-day ICH group, 3-day ICH group, 7-day ICH group, 3-day hirudin group and 7-day hirudin group with 10 in each group. Five rats from each group were selected to measure their water content, and the others were undertaken immunohistochemical stain. Hirudin was produced by Sigma Company, USA, and MAP-2 rabbit-rat polyclonal antibody was provided by Fuzhou Maixin Biotechnology Company Limited. METHODS： ① Model establishing and grouping intervention： Rats in simple ICH group were collected their blood from tails and then inserted with 50 μL non-anticoagulant auto-arterial blood into the cauda of the putamen in right brain within 5 minutes. Rats in hirudin groups were inserted with 10 U hirudin （which was diluted with saline to 20 μL） into local hematom regions within 5 minutes, and the needle was pulled out after 10 minutes. The photocatalytic oxidative coupling of thiols is one of the most popular methods to synthesize the *** and its derivatives(TPAs)are promising for the above reaction,but suffer from the easy polymerization and difficult *** overcome these obstacles while controlling the photogenerated electrons transfer directly to target substrates,herein,we constructed one TPA-based metal-organic framework(MOF),(Me_(2)NH_(2))[Sr(TCBPA)]·DMA·3H_(2)O(1),by direct self-assembly of tris(4′-carboxybiphenyl)amine(H_(3)TCBPA)and photoredox inert strontium ion(Sr^(2+)).DFT calculations revealed that the valence band maximum(VBM)and the conduction band minimum(CBM)are mainly located on TCBPA^(3-),successfully inhibiting the undesirable electron migration to metal *** results indicated that 1 displays superior performance than homogeneous H_(3)TCBPA,which may result from the abundant π…π and C—H…π interactions between the well-arranged TCBPA^(3-)and the build-in electric field between the anionic framework and the Me_(2)NH^(2+).This work highlights that immobilizing TPAs into MOFs is one promising approach to designing heterogeneous photocatalysts for the synthesis of disulfides by oxidative coupling of thiols.

Good compatibility between waterborne epoxy resin(WER)modifier and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)latex modified asphalt emulsion(SBRE)is an essential premise for good pavement performance of WER and SBR latex compositely modified asphalt emulsion(WSAE).This study aims to explore the compatibility between WER modifier and *** achieve the goal,several WER modifiers produced by two methods were first selected to modify SBRE,thus the WSAEs were ***,storage stability and workability of the WSAEs themselves,and high-temperature performance,rheological behavior and temperature sensitivity of their evaporated residues were compared and evaluated via performing a series of experiments,respectively,thus the WER modifier possessing an optimal modification effect was *** show that the storage stability of WSAEs is sensitive to the amount of *** incorporation of 1%WERs by the mass of SBRE improves the storage stability of SBRE,while WERs that exceed 1%weaken its storage *** the WERs reach 3%and 4%,the 5 d storage stability of prepared WSAEs will be beyond the limitation of *** WERs into SBRE negatively affects the workability of SBRE,and the workability of WSAEs is adversely influenced by the WERs content and the storage *** ensure the construction,the WSAEs with 3%and 4%WERs should not be stored for more than 36 h and 48 h,*** WERs effectively improve the high-temperature performance of SBRE residue,especially the 3%***,the WERs notably enhance the rheological property and thermal stability of SBRE *** contrast,the WER modifier produced by chemically modified method has a smaller adverse impact on the storage stability and workability of WSAE,and a larger enhancement on the high-temperature performance,rheological property and thermal stability of SBRE residue,which is thus recommended to modify SBRE.

Rapid and accurate determination of compressor characteristic maps is essential for the initial design of centrifugal compressors in aircraft power systems. The accuracy of existing methodologies, which rely on combinations of loss models, varies significantly depending on the compressor's geometry and operational range. This variance necessitates substantial experimental or Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) data for coefficient calibration. To address this challenge, this study presents an axisymmetric characteristic model for compressor performance assessment. This model incorporates the factors of blade angle, meridional passage area, and the radial deflection angle of meridional streamlines of the compressor. These factors are derived from fundamental aerodynamic equations encompassing mass, momentum, and energy conservation of the compressor. In contrast to conventional one-dimensional approaches, the proposed method reduces the number of loss coefficients and more effectively accounts for the impact of geometric alterations on centrifugal compressor properties. Furthermore, the model reduces dependence on experimental and CFD data. Efficacy of the model is validated using experimental data from four distinct types of centrifugal compressors. Correlation analysis reveals that the model's coefficients can be expressed as functions of the ratio of the Reynolds number to the impeller tip speed. This ratio serves as a characteristic parameter for the design and optimization of centrifugal compressors. Consequently, the proposed method offers an efficient and accurate means for the quick computation of centrifugal compressor characteristics. This is of great significance for improving the efficiency of centrifugal compressors and reducing energy consumption.

Changes in protein abundance and reversible protein phosphorylation(RPP)play important roles in regulating hypometabolism but have never been documented in overwintering frogs at high *** test the hypothesis that protein abundance and phosphorylation change in response to winter hibernation,we conducted a comprehensive and quantitative proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis of the liver of the Xizang plateau frog,Nanorana parkeri,living on the Qinghai-Xizang *** total,5170 proteins and 5695 phosphorylation sites in 1938 proteins were *** on proteomic analysis,674 differentially expressed proteins(438 up-regulated,236 down-regulated)were screened in hibernating *** versus summer *** enrichment analysis revealed that higher expressed proteins in winter were significantly enriched in immune-related signaling pathways,whereas lower expressed proteins were mainly involved in metabolic processes.A total of 4251 modified sites(4147 up-regulated,104 down-regulated)belonging to 1638 phosphoproteins(1555 up-regulated,83 down-regulated)were significantly changed in the *** hibernation,RPP regulated a diverse array of proteins involved in multiple functions,including metabolic enzymatic activity,ion transport,protein turnover,signal transduction,and alternative *** changes contribute to enhancing protection,suppressing energy-consuming processes,and inducing metabolic ***,the activities of phosphofructokinase,glutamate dehydrogenase,and ATPase were all significantly lower in winter compared to *** conclusion,our results support the hypothesis and demonstrate the importance of RPP as a regulatory mechanism when animals transition into a hypometabolic state.

A highly sensitive light-induced thermoelectric spectroscopy(LITES)sensor based on a multi-pass cell(MPC)with dense spot pattern and a novel quartz tuning fork(QTF)with low resonance frequency is reported in this *** erbi-um-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)was employed to amplify the output optical power so that the signal level was further *** optical path length(OPL)and the ratio of optical path length to volume(RLV)of the MPC is 37.7 m and 13.8 cm^(-2),respectively.A commercial QTF and a self-designed trapezoidal-tip QTF with low frequency of 9461.83 Hz were used as the detectors of the sensor,*** target gas selected to test the performance of the system was acetylene(C2H2).When the optical power was constant at 1000 mW,the minimum detection limit(MDL)of the C2H2-LITES sensor can be achieved 48.3 ppb when using the commercial QTF and 24.6 ppb when using the trapezoid-al-tip *** improvement of the detection performance by a factor of 1.96 was achieved after replacing the commer-cial QTF with the trapezoidal-tip QTF.
