This paper investigates the path-following control problem with obstacle avoidance of autonomous surface vehicles in the presence of actuator faults,uncertainty and external *** surface vehicles inevitably suffer from actuator faults in complex sea environments,which may cause existing obstacle avoidance strategies to *** reduce the influence of actuator faults,an improved artificial potential function is constructed by introducing the lower bound of actuator efficiency *** nonlinear state observer,which only depends on measurable position information of the autonomous surface vehicle,is used to address uncertainties and external *** using a backstepping technique and adaptive mechanism,a path-following control strategy with obstacle avoidance and fault tolerance is designed which can ensure that the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of *** with existing results,the proposed control strategy has the capability of obstacle avoidance and fault tolerance ***,the comparison results through simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Two suites of mafic dykes,T1193-A and T1194-A,outcrop in Gyangze area,southeast *** are in the area of Comei LIP and have indistinguishable field occurrences with two other dykes in Gyangze,T0902 dyke with 137.7±1.3 Ma zircon age and T0907 dyke with 142±1.4 Ma zircon age reported by Wang YY et al.(2016),indicating coeval formation *** all the four diabase dykes into consideration,two different types,OIB-type and weak enriched-type,can be ***“OIB-type”samples,including T1193-A and T0907 dykes,show OIB-like geochemical features and have initial Sr-Nd isotopic values similar with most mafic products in Comei Large Igneous Provinces(LIP),suggesting that they represent melts directly generated from the Kerguelen mantle ***“weak enriched-type”samples,including T1194-A and T0902 dykes,have REEs and trace element patterns showing withinplate affinity but have obvious Nb-Ta-Ti negative *** show uniform lowerεNd(t)values(−6‒−2)and higher 87Sr/86Sr(t)values(0.706‒0.709)independent of their MgO variation,indicating one enriched mantle *** their closely spatial and temporal relationship with the widespread Comei LIP magmatic products in Tethyan Himalaya,these“weak enriched-type”samples are consistent with mixing of melts from mantle plume and the above ancient Tethyan Himalaya subcontinental lithospheric mantle(SCLM)in different *** weak enriched mafic rocks in Comei LIP form one special rock group and most likely suggest large scale hot mantle plume-continental lithosphere *** process may lead to strong modification of the Tethyan Himalaya lithosphere in the Early Cretaceous.

The Schrodinger cat state produced differently in two directions is anticipated to be a critical quantum resource in quantum information *** exploring the interplay between quantum nonreciprocity and topology in a one-dimensional microcavity array,we obtain the Schrodinger cat state(a pure quantum state)in a chosen direction at the edge cavity,whereas a classical state in the other *** nonreciprocal generation of the cat state originates from the topologically protected chiralitymode excitation in the nontrivial phase,but in the trivial phase,the nonreciprocal generation of cat state ***,our proposal is switchable by tuning the parameters so that a topological phase transition ***,the obtained cat state has nonreciprocal high fidelity,nonclassicality,and quantum coherence,which are sufficient to be used in various one-way quantum technologies,e.g.,invisible quantum sensing,noise-tolerant quantum computing,and chiral quantum *** work provides a general approach to control quantum nonreciprocities with the topological effect,which substantially broadens the fields of nonreciprocal photonics and topological physics.

BACKGROUND:There are currently no effective drugs to mitigate the ischemia/reperfusion injury caused by fluid resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock(HS).The aim of this study was to explore the potential of the histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6)-specific inhibitor tubastatin A(TubA)to suppress nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in macrophages under hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)***:The viability of RAW264.7 cells subjected to H/R after treatment with different concentrations of TubA was assessed using a cell-counting kit-8(CCK8)***,2.5μmol/L TubA was used with RAW264.7 cells under H/R ***264.7 cells were divided into three groups,namely the control,H/R,and TubA *** levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the cells were detected using fluorescence *** protein expression of HDAC6,heat shock protein 90(Hsp90),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),NLRP3,gasdermin-D(GSDMD),Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 was detected by western *** levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-18 in the supernatants were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS:HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOS expression levels were significantly higher(P<0.01)in the H/R group than in the control group,but lower in the TubA group than in the H/R group(P<0.05).When comparing the H/R group to the control group,ROS levels were significantly higher(P<0.01),but significantly reduced in the TubA group(P<0.05).The H/R group had higher NLRP3,GSDMD,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 expression levels than the control group(P<0.05),however,the TubA group had significantly lower expression levels than the H/R group(P<0.05).IL-1βand IL-18 levels in the supernatants were significantly higher in the H/R group compared to the control group(P<0.01),but significantly lower in the TubA group compared to the H/R group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:TubA inhibited the expression of HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOS in macrophages

BACKGROUND Chylous ascites is caused by disruption of the lymphatic system,which is characterized by the accumulation of a turbid fluid containing high levels of triglycerides within the abdominal *** two most common causes are cirrhosis and tuberculosis,and colon signer ring cell carcinoma(SRCC)due to the use of immunosuppressants is extremely rare in cirrhotic patients after liver transplantation,making it prone to misdiagnosis and missed *** SUMMARY A 52-year-old man who underwent liver transplantation and was administered with immunosuppressants for 8 months was admitted with a 3-month history of progressive abdominal ***,based on lymphoscintigraphy and lymphangiography,lymphatic obstruction was considered,and cystellar chyli decompression with band lysis and external membrane stripping of the lymphatic duct was ***,his abdominal distention was persistent without *** paracentesis revealed allogenic cells in the ascites,and immunohistochemistry analysis revealed adenocarcinoma cells with phenotypic features suggestive of a gastrointestinal *** endoscopy was performed,and biopsy showed atypical signet ring cells in the ileocecal *** patient eventually died after a three-month follow-up due to progression of the *** Colon SRCC,caused by immunosuppressants,is an unusual but un-neglected cause of chylous ascites.

The aim of this study was in-line,rapid,and non-destructive detection for soluble solid content(SSC)in pomelos using visible and near-infrared spectroscopy(Vis-NIRS).However,the large size and thick rind of pomelo affect the stability of spectral acquisition and the biological variabilities affect the robustness of *** these issues,in this study,an efficient prototype in-line detection system in transmittance mode was designed and evaluated in comparison with an off-line detection *** from the years 2019 and 2020 were used for modeling and the external validation data were obtained by the inline detection system in *** wavelength selection methods of changeable size moving window(CSMW),random frog(RF),and competitive adaptive reweighted sampling(CARS)were used to improve the prediction accuracy of partial least squares regression(PLSR)*** best performance of internal prediction was obtained by CARS-PLSR and the determination coefficient of prediction(),root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP),and residual predictive deviation(RPD)were 0.958,0.204%,and 4.821,***,all models obtained large prediction biases in external *** latent variable updating(LVU)method was proposed to update models and improve the performance in external *** samples from the external validation set were randomly selected to update the *** with the recalibration method,LVU could effectively modify the original models which matched the SSC range of the external validation *** CSMW-PLSR models were more robust in external *** off-line model with LVU performed best with a root mean square error of validation(RMSEV)of 0.599%and the in-line model with recalibration obtained RMSEV of 0.864%.These results demonstrated the application potential of the transmittance Vis-NIRS for in-line rapid prediction of SSC in pomelos and the modeling and updating methods could be applied to samples with biological variabi

This study demonstrates a simple 2-bit phased array operating at 27 GHz that supports one-dimensional beam scanning with left-handed circular polarization(LHCP).The antenna is constructed using a compact four-layer printed circuit board(PCB)structure,consisting of a 90°phase shifter layer with microstrip structures,a ground(GND)layer,a direct current(DC)control layer,and a circularly polarized annular radiation patch layer with 1-bit phase *** on the proposed unit structure,a 1×8 array with half-wavelength inter-element spacing was designed and *** results show that the array achieves a peak gain of 10.23 dBi and is capable of beam scanning within±50°.

A Deep Learning Framework for Mass-Forming Chronic Pancreatitis and Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Classification Based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Pancreatic diseases, including mass-forming chronic pancreatitis (MFCP) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC), present with similar imaging features, leading to diagnostic complexities. Deep Learning (DL) methodshave been shown to perform well on diagnostic tasks. Existing DL pancreatic lesion diagnosis studies basedon Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) utilize the prior information to guide models to focus on the lesionregion. However, over-reliance on prior information may ignore the background information that is helpful fordiagnosis. This study verifies the diagnostic significance of the background information using a clinical ***, the Prior difference Guidance Network (PDGNet) is proposed, merging decoupled lesion andbackground information via the Prior Normalization Fusion (PNF) strategy and the Feature difference Guidance(FDG) module, to direct the model to concentrate on beneficial regions for diagnosis. Extensive experiments inthe clinical dataset demonstrate that the proposed method achieves promising diagnosis performance: PDGNetsbased on conventional networks record an ACC (Accuracy) and AUC (Area Under the Curve) of 87.50% and89.98%, marking improvements of 8.19% and 7.64% over the prior-free benchmark. Compared to lesion-focusedbenchmarks, the uplift is 6.14% and 6.02%. PDGNets based on advanced networks reach an ACC and AUC of89.77% and 92.80%. The study underscores the potential of harnessing background information in medical imagediagnosis, suggesting a more holistic view for future research.
