Long-cycling lithium-oxygen batteries enabled by tailoring Li nucleation and deposition via lithiophilic oxygen vacancy in Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx composite anodes

Uncontrollable Li dendrite growth and infinite volume fluctuation during durative plating and stripping process gravely hinder the application of metallic Li electrode in lithium-oxygen ***,oxygen vacancy-rich TiO_(2)(Vo-TiO_(2))nanoparticles(NPs)uniformly dispersing on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x))with excellent lithiophilicity feature are presented as effective composite anodes,on which a dense and uniform Li growth behavior is *** on electrochemical studies,mutiphysics simulation and theoretical calculation,it is found that Vo-TiO_(2) coupling with three dimensional(3 D)conductive Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x) MXene forms highly ordered lithiophilic sites which succeed in guiding Li ions flux and adsorption,thus modulating the uniform Li nucleation and *** a result,this composite electrode is capable of preserving Li with high areal capacity of~10 mAh cm^(-2) without the presence of dendrites and large volume ***,the as-prepared Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x)@Li anode shows outstanding performance including low voltage hysteresis(~19 mV)and superior durability(over 750 h).When assembling with the Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x)@Li anodes,lithium-oxygen batteries also deliver enhanced cycling stability and improved rate *** work demonstrates the effectiveness of oxygen vacancies in guiding Li nucleating and plating behavior at initial stage and brings a promising strategy for promoting the development of advanced Li metal-based batteries.

The therapeutic effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise on urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy:a meta-analysis

Pelvic floor muscle exercise(PFME)is the most common con servative manageme nt for urinary incon tine nee(Ul)after radical prostatectomy(RP).However,whether the PFME guided by a therapist(G-PFME)can contribute to the recovery of urinary continenee for patients after RP is still *** performed this meta-analysis to investigate the effectiveness of G-PFME on Ul after RP and to explore whether the additional preoperative G-PFME is superior to postoperative G-PFME *** search was con ducted on Cochra ne Library,Embase,Web of Scie nee,and PubMed,to obtai n all re leva nt randomized controlled trials published before March 1,*** data were pooled and an a lyzed with Review Man ager 5.3 to compare the conti nence rates of G-PFME with control and to compare additional preoperative G-PFME with postoperative ***-two articles with 2647 patients were *** conti nence rates of G?PFME were all superior to con trol at d iff ere nt follow-up time points,with the odds ratio(OR)(95%confidence interval[Cl])of 2.79(1.53-5.07),2.80(1.87-4.19),2.93(1.19-7.22),4.11(2.24-7.55),and 2.41(1.33-4.36)at 1 mon th,3 months,4 months,6 months,and 12 months after surgery,***,there was no difference between additional preoperative G-PFME and postoperative G-PFME,with the OR(95%Cl)of 1.70(0.56-5.11)and 1.35(0.41-4.40)at 1 month and 3 months after RP,respectively.G-PFME could improve the recovery of urinary continence at both early and Iong-term *** the PFME preoperatively might not produce extra benefits for patients at early stage,compared with postoperative PFME.

Characterization and Wettability of ZnO Film Prepared by Chemical Etching Method

ZnO thin films were prepared by a chemical etching method and their wettability was investigated. The structure and surface composition structure were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectronic spectrometry（XPS）, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Raman spectrometry. These analyses reveal that the etched films were large-scale micro-nanohierarchical structures composed of a Zn core and a ZnO coating. Superhy- drophobic surfaces with water contact angles of over 150~ were obtained by n-octadecanethiol（ODT） modification. The XPS and Raman results indicate that ODT molecules were bound to the ZnO surface with the S head group by forming Zn--S bond.

目的分析改良Morrow术(室间隔心肌切除术)治疗儿童肥厚型梗阻性心肌病(hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,HOCM)的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析广东省人民医院2010年1月—2022年8月进行改良Morrow术的HOCM患儿(年龄≤14岁)的临床资... 详细信息

目的分析改良Morrow术(室间隔心肌切除术)治疗儿童肥厚型梗阻性心肌病(hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,HOCM)的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析广东省人民医院2010年1月—2022年8月进行改良Morrow术的HOCM患儿(年龄≤14岁)的临床资料,包括住院情况、围手术期以及远期十五导联心电图和超声心动图的变化。结果共纳入29例患者,其中男22例、女7例,年龄10.00(5.00,12.00)岁。纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ或Ⅳ级5例(17.2%)。所有患儿均进行室间隔心肌切除,单纯左心室间隔切除23例(79.3%),单纯右心室间隔切除4例(13.8%),双心室间隔切除2例(6.9%)。同期行二尖瓣成形9例(31.0%),二尖瓣置换1例(3.4%),肺动脉瓣成形1例(3.4%)。29例患儿均存活,术后心功能均明显改善。出院前心电图提示有1例出现Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞,2例出现完全性右束支传导阻滞,6例出现完全性左束支传导阻滞。出院前超声心动图与术前相比,左心室间隔心肌切除患儿左心房内径减小(P<0.001),左心室收缩末期内径增大(P=0.009),左心室流出道压力阶差降低(P<0.001),室间隔厚度减小(P<0.001)。术后二尖瓣前向运动均消失,二尖瓣反流束面积减小(P<0.001)。行右心室间隔心肌切除患儿右心室流出道流速及峰值压力阶差也有明显减小。29例患儿门诊或电话平均随访(69.03±10.60)个月,29例患儿均存活,患儿NYHA心功能分级均为Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级,心律较前无新发传导阻滞,超声心动图提示左心室流出道压力阶差仍保持较低水平(P<0.001),2例出现中度二尖瓣反流,1例行单纯右心室间隔心肌切除术后出现左心室流出道梗阻并二尖瓣中度反流。结论儿童HOCM容易累及右心室,甚至导致双心室梗阻,所以HOCM患儿术前症状更重,改良Morrow术可有效解除流出道梗阻,能明显改善HOCM患儿的心功能及症状,远期疗效也令人满意,但患儿术后左心室后壁仍肥厚,发生传导阻滞的风险也会增加。

Cascaded electron transition in CuWO4/CdS/CDs heterostructure accelerating charge separation towards enhanced photocatalytic activity

CuWO4,as an n-type oxide semiconductor with a bandgap of 2.2 eV,has stimulated enormous interest as a potential broad-spectrum-active photocatalyst for environmental pollution ***,rapid charge recombination greatly hinders its practical ***,we present a cascaded electron transition pathway in a ternary heterostructure consisting of CdS quantum dots,carbon dots(CDs)and CuWO4 hollow spheres,which proves to greatly facilitate the photogenerated electron-hole separation,and eventually boosts the degradation efficiency of phenol and congo red by 100%and 46%compared to bare *** enhanced performance of the CuWO4/CdS/CDs heterostructure mainly originates from the unidirectional electron migration from CdS to CuWO4 and then to the organics through *** work elucidates the electron transfer kinetics in multi-phase system and provides a new design paradigm for optimizing the properties of CuWO4 based photocatalysts.

本文研究了增容剂种类和用量对有机硅/聚氨酯热塑性弹性体物理性能及微观形貌的影响。研究发现:不同增容剂均可以有效改善硅橡胶/聚氨酯热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硅橡胶微球尺寸,但效果具有显著差别。其中,马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯/乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物对弹性体性能的改善效果最优异,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率增幅分别为41.6%和22.6%,马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体次之,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和乙烯丙烯酸共聚物相近,但也比未添加增容剂的胶料拉伸强度提高24.3%,断裂伸长率略有提高。增容剂的用量对硅橡胶和聚氨酯的界面相互作用和物理性能具有明显影响,其随着增容剂用量的增加呈先增加后不变的现象。

An ＂In Vivo Self-assembly＂ Strategy for Constructing Superstructures for Biomedical Applications

The interfacing study of biopolymer and supramolecular chemistry enables a better understanding of fundamental biochemical processes and the creating of new high-performance biomaterials. In this review, we introduced an ＂in vivo self-assembly＂ strategy which means in situ construction of functional self-assembled superstructures in specific physiological or pathological conditions in cell, tissue or animal levels that exhibit diverse biomedical effects. By using this strategy, unexpected phenomena and insights, e.g, assembly/aggregation induced retention （AIR） effect have been demonstrated where the self-assembled nanostructures showed extraordinary enhanced accumulation and retention of therapeutics in targeted sites.
