BACKGROUND The liver is an important metabolic and digestive organ in the human body,ca-pable of producing bile,clotting factors,and *** To investigate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after hepato-biliary surgery and identify effective rehabilitation *** A total of 200 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital in 2022 were selected as the study *** were divided into a control group and a study group based on the extent of the surgery,with 100 patients in each *** control group received routine treatment,while the study group re-ceived targeted interventions,including early enteral nutrition support,drinking water before gas discharge,and large bowel enema,to promote postoperative gastrointestinal function *** recovery of gastrointestinal function was compared between the two *** Compared with the control group,patients in the study group had better recovery of bowel sounds and less accumulation of fluids in the liver bed and gallbladder fossa(P<0.05).They also had shorter time to gas discharge and first meal(P<0.05),higher overall effective rate of gastrointestinal function recovery(P<0.05),and lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Targeted nursing interventions(early nutritional support,drinking water before gas discharge,and enema)can effectively promote gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.

The development of host-guest MOF luminescent composites has attracted considerable attention. However,it is still a challenge to reasonably design large scale conjugated polycarboxylic acids metal-organic framework (MOF) and modulate donor-acceptor interaction. Herein,a series of isostructural 3D porous lanthanide MOF [Ln_(2)(BINDI)0.5(NO_(3))(DMA)(H_(2)O)]∙DMA∙2.5H_(2)O (Ln = La (1),Ce (2),Pr (3) and Nd (4);H_(4)BINDI (N,N’-bis(5-isophthalic acid)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenediimide) were synthesized. Considering the electron-deficient performances of Ln-BINDI MOFs,D-A type composites Ln-MOFs (1—4@H_(4)TBAPy) were prepared via the incorporation of electron-rich H_(4)TBAPy (1,3,6,8-tetrakis(p-benzoic acid) pyrene),which more improved the luminescence performance of complexes 1—4 and can be used as fluorescence sensors for the detection of nitro compounds and aldehydes. High sensitivity of 1@H_(4)TBAPy towards pNBA,pNA PNP,DNP,and TNP could be achieved through hydrogen bond interactions between MOF and analytes,as well as the π-π interaction between H_(4)TBAPy and the naphthalene ring of BINDI,thus the fluorescence quenching efficiency of 1@H_(4)TBAPy was better than that of the complex 1. In addition,it is found that 1@H_(4)TBAPy has high selectivity and sensitivity to aromatic aldehyde SA,5-Mesal and HMBA. Such strategy to enhance the emission of NDI based Ln-BINDI MOFs,will open up an avenue to obtain more fluorescent MOFs for sensing.

Over the past decade, biopolymers have gained great interests especially in biomedicine due to their physical properties and/or chemical structures changes in response to external stimuli in a certain time frame or at a specific location. Among them,poly(β-amino ester)s, methacrylate-based block copolymers and polypeptide with tertiary amine groups have been extensively studied and exhibit pH sensitive properties due to the protonation of tertiary amine groups. The pH values in normal organs,tissues, and subcellular compartments are always different from those in pathological tissues. These interesting properties allow their applications in a variety of fields ranging from diagnosis and therapeutics of diseases. Here, we review the recent progress of poly(β-amino ester)s, methacrylate-based block copolymers and polypeptide with tertiary amine groups and their applications in drug delivery and bioimaging.

Magnesium(Mg)alloys have shown great prospects as both structural and biomedical materials,while poor corrosion resistance limits their further *** this work,to avoid the time-consuming and laborious experiment trial,a high-throughput computational strategy based on first-principles calculations is designed for screening corrosion-resistant binary Mg alloy with intermetallics,from both the thermodynamic and kinetic *** stable binary Mg intermetallics with low equilibrium potential difference with respect to the Mg matrix are firstly ***,the hydrogen adsorption energies on the surfaces of these Mg intermetallics are calculated,and the corrosion exchange current density is further calculated by a hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)kinetic *** intermetallics,e.g.Y_(3)Mg,Y_(2)Mg and La_(5)Mg,are identified to be promising intermetallics which might effectively hinder the cathodic ***,machine learning(ML)models are developed to predict Mg intermetallics with proper hydrogen adsorption energy employing work function(W_(f))and weighted first ionization energy(WFIE).The generalization of the ML models is tested on five new binary Mg intermetallics with the average root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.11 *** study not only predicts some promising binary Mg intermetallics which may suppress the galvanic corrosion,but also provides a high-throughput screening strategy and ML models for the design of corrosion-resistant alloy,which can be extended to ternary Mg alloys or other alloy systems.

Objectives To learn the echocardiography skills of intensivists after receiving a basic critical care echocardiography training course,and investigate factors that may influence their *** We completed a web-based questionnaire that assessed the skills in ultrasound scanning techniques of intensivists who took a training course on basic critical care echocardiography held in 2019 and *** test was used to analyze the factors which might affect their performance on image acquisition,recognizing clinical syndrome,and measuring the diameter of inferior vena cava,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular outflow tract velocity-time *** We enrolled 554 physicians from 412 intensive care units across *** them,185(33.4%)reported that they had 10%-30%chance of being misled by critical care echocardiography when making therapeutic decision,and 34(6.1%)reported that the chance was greater than 30%.Intensivists who performed echocardiography under the guidance of a mentor and finished ultrasound scanning more than 10 times per week reported significant higher scores in image acquisition,clinical syndrome recognition,and quantitative measurement of inferior vena cava diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular outflow tract velocity-time integral than those without mentor and performing echocardiography 10 times or less per week respectively(all P 0.05).Conclusion The skills in diagnostic medical echocardiography of Chinese intensivists after a basic echocardiographic training course remain low,and further quality assurance training program is clearly warranted.

Soil erosion by snow or ice melt waterflow is an important type of soil erosion in many high-altitude and high-latitude regions and is further aggravated by climate *** snowmelt waterflow erosion process is affected by soil freeze-thaws and is highly dynamically *** this study,a methodology was developed to conduct in situ field experiments to investigate the effects of the thawed depth of the frozen soil profile on snowmelt waterflow *** method was implemented on an alpine meadow soil slope at an altitude of 3700 m on the northeastern Tibetan *** erosion experiments involved five thawed soil depths of 0,10,30(35),50,and 80(100)mm under two snowmelt waterflow rates(3 and 5 L/min).When the topsoil was fully frozen or shallow-thawed(≤10 mm),its hydrothermal and structural properties caused a significant lag in the initiation of runoff and delayed soil erosion in the initial *** runoff and sediment concentration curves for fully frozen and shallow-thawed soil showed two-stage patterns characteristic of a sediment supply limited in the early stage and subject to hydrodynamic-controlled processes in the later ***,this effect did not exist where the thawed soil depth was greater than 30 *** deep-thawed cases(≥30 mm)showed normal hydrograph and sedigraph patterns similar to those of the unfrozen *** findings of this study are important for understanding the erosion rates of partially thawed soil and for improving erosion simulations in cold regions.

目的观察一种新型血液透析技术—内源性再输注血液透析滤过(hemodiafiltration with endogenous reinfusion,HFR)对缓解血液透析患者瘙痒症状的效果。方法行前后对照研究,比较患者HFR治疗前、后瘙痒症状、睡眠质量、生活质量和相关实验室检查指标。结果HFR治疗前、后瘙痒严重程度(Z=-2.023,P=0.043)、睡眠质量(t=7.318,P<0.001)和生活质量(t=4.804,P=0.003)差异均有统计学意义。结论HFR治疗在一定程度上可减轻尿毒症患者的瘙痒症状,改善其睡眠质量和生活质量。

The phase behavior of potassium sulfate(K_(2)SO_(4))in polyethylene glycol with molecular weight 8000(PEG8000)andwater(H_(2)O)mixed solvent at 288.15,298.15,and 308.15 Kwere *** to the results,when the temperature are 288.15 and 298.15 K,there is only a solid-liquid phase equilibrium relationship in the system,and the phase diagrams are both divided into three parts which respectively are the regions of unsaturated homogeneous liquid(L),one liquid and one solid K_(2)SO_(4)(L+S)and one liquid and twosolids K_(2)SO_(4) and PEG8000(L+2S).The solubility of K_(2)SO_(4) in PEG8000-H_(2)O mixed solvent decreased with the addition of the PEG8000 in the *** the diagrams of 288.15 and 298.15 K,the sizes of regions of(L)and(L+S)increased and that of(L+2S)decreased with the increase of *** at 308.15 K,solid-liquid and liquid-liquid equilibrium coexist,and there are six parts in the complete phase diagram at 308.15 K,adding the areas of one liquid and one solid K_(2)SO_(4)(L+S),two liquids(2 L),two liquids and one solid K_(2)SO_(4)(2 L+S).The equations developed by Merchuk,Hu,and Jayapalwere used to fit the binodal curves data of the systemat 308.15 K,meanwhile,the experimental tie-line data of the system at 308.15 K were correlated by Othmer-Tobias equation and Bancroft equation.
