为提高智能车轨迹跟踪的精度及鲁棒性,提出了带有预瞄补偿的自适应线性二次型调节器(LQR)控制算法和轨迹跟踪冗余联合控制策略。首先,建立了车辆二自由度动力学模型和轨迹跟踪误差模型。其次,设计了纵向双比例-积分-微分(PID)控制算法和横向LQR控制算法的轨迹跟踪控制器,采用前馈控制和预瞄PID补偿来消除稳态误差,提出一种基于路径跟踪误差、车速和路径曲率的权重参数计算方法,并基于Stanley算法设计了一种轨迹跟踪冗余控制策略,从而保证车辆的安全高效行驶。最后,通过整合MATLAB/CarSim进行联合仿真,旨在对拟定的控制策略进行验证,确保其有效性和可行性。结果表明,该方案能够有效地提高车辆运动轨迹的精确性和鲁棒性,提高了车辆行驶的安全性和平顺性。

Metallic lithium is deemed as the“Holy Grail”anode in high-energy-density secondary *** lithium dendrite growth and related issues originated from uneven concentration distribution of Li+in the vicinity of the anode,however,induce severe safety concerns and poor cycling efficiency,dragging lithium metal anode out of practical *** we address these issues by using cross-linked lithiophilic amino phosphonic acid resin as the effective host with the ion-transportenhancement *** on theoretical calculations and multiphysics simulation,it is found that this ion-transportenhancement feature is capable of facilitating the self-concentration kinetics of Li+and accelerating Li^(+)transfer at the electrolyte/electrode interface,leading to uniform bulk lithium *** results show that the proposed lithiumhosting resin decreases the irreversible lithium capacity and improves lithium utilization(with the Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 98.8%over 130 cycles).Our work demonstrates that inducing the self-concentrating distribution of Li+at the interface can be an effective strategy for improving the interfacial ion concentration gradient and optimizing lithium deposition,which opens a new avenue for the practical development of next-generation lithium metal batteries.

The component solubilities, densities and refractive indices of the quaternary system Na^＋, Rb^＋, Mg^＋//Cl^--H2O at 298.2 K were measured using an isothermal evaporation method. Based on the gathered data, a metastable phase diagram, a water content diagram, and a density/refractive index vs. composition diagram were constructed. The results show that this system is of a complex type with a double salt rubidium carnallite （RbCl·MgCl2·6H2O） formed at 298.2 K. Double salt rubidium carnallite, whose component point locates in its own crystallization zone in the dry salt phase diagram, belongs to congruent double salt at 298.2 K. Accompanied by the double salt that was formed, there are two invariant points in the phase diagram that cosaturated with three salts and an equilibrated solution. The cosaturated salts for the two invariant points are MgCl26H2O＋RbCl·MgCl2·6H2O＋ NaCl and Na^＋, Rb^＋, Mg^＋//Cl^--H2O, respectively. Both invariant points are commensurate invariant points in the evaporation process, and the two invariant points are evaporative dry points. The sizes of the crystalline regions of the salts are in the order of NaCl〉RbCl〉RbCl·MgCl2·6H2O〉MgCl2·6H2O.

目的:评估体外循环下心血管外科病人术后谵妄管理证据在临床的应用现状,构建审查指标,分析循证实践的障碍与促进因素,为临床制定策略提供依据。方法:以知识转化模式(knowledge to action framework,KTA)为指导,系统检索、评价、汇总证据,制定审查指标并明确审查方法,2022年8月20日—9月30日进行基线审查,根据基线审查结果分析循证实践过程中的障碍和促进因素,并制定相应的策略。结果:共纳入35条证据,对证据进行遴选,最终纳入23条适合临床的最佳证据、27条审查指标。其中10条审查指标的准确执行率为0,9条审查指标准确执行率低于30%,4条审查指标准确执行率较高,在80%以上。对审查指标逐条分析后,明确主要障碍因素为制度流程建立不足、术后谵妄护理工具构建不完善、医护间合作欠佳、护理人员认知缺乏、环境支持不足、人力资源不足等。结论:基于最佳证据和专业判断构建的审查指标科学、有效,具有适宜性和可行性,障碍因素及促进因素分析与变革策略的制订可为体外循环下心血管外科术后谵妄管理临床实践提供保障。

Dengue virus （DENV） remains a major public health threat because no vaccine or drugs are available for the prevention and treatment of DENV infection, and the immunopathogenesis mechanisms of DENV infection are not fully understood. Cytotoxic molecules, such as granzyme B （GrzB）, may be necessary to control viral infections. However, the exact role of GrzB during DENV infection and the mechanisms regulating GrzB expression during DENV infection are not clear. This study found that miR-27a~, miR-3Oe, and miR-378 were down-regulated in DENV-infected patients, and DENV infection in humans induced a significant up-regulation of GrzB in natural killer （NK） cells and CD8＋ T cells. Further investigation indicated that NK cells, but not CD8＋ T cells, were the major sources of GrzB, and miR-378, but not miR-27a~ or miR-3Oe, suppressed GrzB expression in NK cells. Notably, we found that overexpression of miR-378 using a miR-378 agomir in DENV-infected mice inhibited GrzB expression and promoted DENV replication. These results suggest the critical importance of miR-378 in the regulation of GrzB expression and a protective role for GrzB in controlling DENV replication in vivo. Therefore, this study provides a new insight into the immunopathogenesis mechanism of DENV infection and a biological basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies to control DENV infection.

In order to prevent and mitigate disasters,it is crucial to immediately and properly assess the spatial distribution of landslide hazards in the earthquake-affected ***,there are primarily two categories of assessment techniques:the physical mechanism-based method(PMBM),which considers the landslide dynamics and has the advantages of effectiveness and proactivity;the environmental factor-based method(EFBM),which integrates the environmental conditions and has high *** order to obtain the spatial distribution of landslide hazards in the affected area with near realtime and high accuracy,this study proposed to combine the PMBM based on Newmark method with EFBM to form Newmark-Information value model(N-IV),Newmark-Logic regression model(N-LR)and Newmark-Support Vector Machine model(N-SVM)for seismic landslide hazard assessment on the Ludian Mw 6.2 earthquake in *** predicted spatial hazard distribution was compared with the actual cataloged landslide inventory,and frequency ratio(FR),and area under the curve(AUC)metrics were used to verify the model's plausibility,performance,and *** to the findings,the model's accuracy is ranked as follows:N-SVM>N-LR>N-IV>*** an AUC value of 0.937,the linked N-SVM was discovered to have the best *** research results indicate that the physics-environmental coupled model(PECM)exhibits accuracy gains of 46.406%(N-SVM),30.625%(N-LR),and 22.816%(N-IV)when compared to the conventional Newmark *** shows varied degrees of improvement from 2.577%to 12.446%when compared to the single *** study also uses the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake to evaluate the model,showcasing its trustworthy in forecasting power and steady *** the suggested PECM in this study can adapt to complicated earthquake-induced landslides situations,it aims to serve as a reference for future research in a similar field,as well as to help with emergency planning and response in earthquakepro

目的探究LARS人工韧带对前交叉韧带损伤患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年10月~2023年9月我院收治的60例前交叉韧带损伤患者,采用计算机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用自体肌腱重建前交叉韧带,观察组采用自体肌腱+LARS人工韧带重建前交叉韧带,对比两组治疗前后膝关节功能[Lysholm膝关节功能评分、IKDC膝关节评分]、术后恢复情况以及并发症发生情况。结果术前,两组膝关节Lysholm评分、膝关节IKDC评分对比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),随访1年后,两组膝关节Lysholm评分、膝关节IKDC评分均有提升,观察组较对照组提升明显(P<0.05);观察组术后日常活动恢复时间、运动水平恢复时间均短于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症的发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论LARS人工韧带能改善患者膝关节功能,促进术后恢复,降低并发症的发生率,具有较高安全性。

Peer-to-peer (P2P) botnets outperform the traditional Internet relay chat (IRC) botnets in evading detection and they have become a prevailing type of threat to the Internet *** methods for detecting P2P botnets,such as similarity analysis of network behavior and machine-learning based classification,cannot handle the challenges brought about by different network scenarios and botnet *** noticed that one important but neglected characteristic of P2P bots is that they periodically send requests to update their peer lists or receive commands from botmasters in the command-and-control (C&C) *** this paper,we propose a novel detection model named detection by mining regional periodicity (DMRP),including capturing the event time series,mining the hidden periodicity of host behaviors,and evaluating the mined periodic patterns to identify P2P bot *** our detection model is built based on the basic properties of P2P protocols,it is difficult for P2P bots to avoid being detected as long as P2P protocols are employed in their C&*** hidden periodicity mining,we introduce the so-called regional periodic pattern mining in a time series and present our algorithms to solve the mining *** experimental evaluation on public datasets demonstrates that the algorithms are promising for efficient P2P bot detection in the C&C phase.
