Stimuli-responsive luminescent materials have attracted significant attention in the development of smart photoactive materials for both fundamental research and technological applications.In this work,a new copper iodide cluster(1)with aggregationinduced emission(AIE)characteristic,was obtained combining Cu_(4)I_(4) core with rhodamine B derivative ligand.1 has reversible and distinct multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence for external temperature,volatile organic compound,and mechanical force.Significantly,1 exhibited unusual large blue shift(84 nm)after being ground,which originated from the change of intermolecular interactions.Moreover,1 exhibits high oxygen quenching efficiency for 82.2% at 1 bar.Mechanistic studies showed that the multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence properties of 1 can be attributed to the regulation of cluster-centered luminescence process,metal-to-ligand charge transfer process,halide-to-metal charge transfer luminescence process and aggregationinduced barrier to oxygen process.This work not only reports an AIE copper iodide cluster,but also provides a new strategy to develop multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence materials.

BACKGROUND This report delves into the diagnostic and therapeutic journey undertaken by a patient with high-dose cantharidin poisoning and multiorgan dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Particular emphasis is placed on the comprehensive elucidation of the clinical manifestations of high-dose cantharidin poisoning,the intricate path to diagnosis,and the exploration of potential underlying mechanisms.CASE SUMMARY A patient taking 10 g of cantharidin powder orally subsequently developed MODS.The patient was treated with supportive care,fluid hydration and antibiotics,and hemoperfusion and hemofiltration therapy for 24 h and successfully recovered 8 d after hospital admission.Cantharidin poisoning can cause lifethreatening MODS and is rare clinically.This case underscores the challenge in diagnosis and highlights the need for early clinical differentiation to facilitate accurate assessment and prompt intervention.CONCLUSION This article has reported and analyzed the clinical data,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of a case of high-dose cantharidin poisoning resulting in MODS and reviewed the relevant literature to improve the clinical understanding of this rare condition.

To improve the uniformity and accuracy of fertilizing amount for fertilizer applicators with spiral fluted roller,this paper experimentally studied the influence of major structural parameters on the fertilizing performance.Through two sets of orthogonal tests,it is found that the helix angle and installation angle of spiral fluted rollers are the main factors,which affect the uniformity of fertilizer discharge and the linear relationship between fertilizing amount and opening,respectively.Based on these findings,the experiment and analysis were carried out to determine the optimal helix angle and installation angle for the spiral fluted roller The experimental results of fertilizing performance show that:when the helix angle is 45°,it able to achieve satisfactory uniformity of fertilizer discharge and linear relationship between fertilizing amount and rotational speed;when the installation angle is 40°,it enhances the accuracy of fertilizer discharge with good linear relationship between fertilizing amount and opening.Compared with the fertilizing performance of traditional fertilizer applicators with horizontally installed straight fluted roller,in the aspect of uniformity,the optimized fertilizer applicators reduce the variation coefficient of fertilizing amount within 0.2 s at low speed(10-30 r/min)from 5.1%-52.5%to 4.2%-14.7%;in the aspect of accuracy;and increase the correlation coefficient square R2 between fertilizing amount and opening from 0.93-0.97 to no less than 0.996,and the regression intercept in the fitting equation is reduced from larger than 10.0 to less than 1.0.

With the rise of aqueous multivalent rechargeable batteries,inorganic-organic hybrid cathodes have attracted more and more attention due to the complement of each other’s advantages.Herein,a strategy of designing hybrid cathode is adopted for high efficient aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Methylene blue(MB)intercalated vanadium oxide(HVO-MB)was synthesized through sol-gel and ion exchange method.Compared with other organic-inorganic intercalation cathode,not only can the MB intercalation enlarge the HVO interlayer spacing to improve ion mobility,but also provide coordination reactions with the Zn^(2+)to enhance the intrinsic electrochemical reaction kinetics of the hybrid electrode.As a key component for the cathode of AZIBs,HVO-MB contributes a specific capacity of 418 mA h g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1),high rate capability(243 mA h g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1))and extraordinary stability(88%of capacity retention after 2000cycles at a high current density of 5 A g^(-1))in 3 M Zn(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2) aqueous electrolyte.The electrochemical kinetics reveals HVO-MB characterized with large pseudocapacitance charge storage behavior due to the fast ion migration provided by the coordination reaction and expanded interlayer distance.Furthermore,a mixed energy storage mechanism involving Zn^(2+)insertion and coordination reaction is confirmed by various ex-situ characterization.Thus,this work opens up a new path for constructing the high performance cathode of AZIBs through organic-inorganic hybridization.

The mixtures,grains,and residues in the ratooning rice harvesting machine need to be conveyed forward,backward,upward,and downward.Due to such operations,often accumulation and blockage take place at the intersection of a horizontal-vertical screw conveyor,resulting in low efficiency,high power consumption,and even grain damage.In this study,a CFD-DEM approach was applied to address the above problems.Firstly,a pneumatic conveying device was designed for ratooning rice,and then the motion of the rice grains and airflow field was analyzed in detail.The effects of different cross-sectional heights and lengths of the contraction section related to the mixing cavity were examined.Finally,the three-factor quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination method was adopted in the experiment,and the fan velocity,filling coefficient,and speed of the horizontal screw conveyor were taken as test factors.The results showed that with the increasing cross-sectional height of the contraction section in the mixing cavity,the grain velocity decreased and the dispersity increased.With increasing length of the contraction section in the mixing cavity,the area of the high-speed airflow zone increased and the diffusion effect was enhanced.At the fan velocity of 2700 r/min,the filling coefficient was 0.41,the speed of the horizontal screw conveyor was 1173 r/min,and the outlet flow optimization index was the highest,which was 45.9%higher than that obtained without airflow.

In order to investigate the flow characteristics and distribution law of airflow in multi-branch pipe of pneumatic rice precision direct seeder and obtain the mathematical model between airflow parameters and pipe geometry structure.In this study,the airflow flow law of the multi-branch pipeline of the pneumatic system was studied,the mechanism of airflow flow in the multi-branch pipe was analyzed,and it was clarified that the main factors affecting the airflow flow in the pipe,namely,air density,air dynamic viscosity,the total flow rate of the inlet branch pipe,the length of the closed end of the header,the inner diameter of the outlet branch pipe,and the outlet branch pipe spacing.Numerical simulations were carried out using Fluent simulation software to elucidate the cause of multi-branch pipes of uneven distribution of airflow in multi-branch pipes,the empirical equation among these factors and the flow velocity of the outlet branch pipe are established by dimensional analysis method.The bench test results show that the established empirical equations are applicable in the following ranges:0.018 m3/s≤Q≤0.054 m3/s,0.045 m≤d≤0.05 m,0.075 m≤L≤0.125 m,0.7 m≤Y 1≤0.875 m(0.5 m≤Y 2≤0.75 m,0.36 m≤Y 3≤0.45 m),the prediction accuracy can be controlled within 10%of the empirical formula,which can provide a reference for the prediction and optimization design of outlet velocity of the multi-branch pipe.

Objective: The open-label, phase Ⅱ RATIONALE-209 study evaluated tislelizumab(anti-programmed cell death protein 1 antibody) as a tissue-agnostic monotherapy for microsatellite instability-high(MSI-H)/mismatch repair-deficient(dMMR) tumors.Methods: Adults with previously treated, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR solid tumors were enrolled. Patients received tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks. Objective response rate(ORR; primary endpoint), duration of response(DoR), and progression-free survival(PFS) were assessed by independent review committee(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors v1.1).Results: Eighty patients were enrolled and treated; 75(93.8%) patients had measurable disease at baseline. Most had metastatic disease and received at least one prior therapy for advanced/metastatic disease(n=79; 98.8%). At primary analysis(data cutoff July 8, 2021; median follow-up 15.2 months), overall ORR [46.7%; 95% confidence interval(95% CI), 35.1-58.6; one-sided P<0.0001] and ORR across tumor-specific subgroups [colorectal(n=46):39.1%(95% CI, 25.1–54.6); gastric/gastroesophageal junction(n=9): 55.6%(95% CI, 21.2-86.3); others(n=20):60.0%(95% CI, 36.1-80.9)] were significantly greater with tislelizumab vs. a prespecified historical control ORR of 10%; five(6.7%) patients had complete responses. Median DoR, PFS, and overall survival were not reached with long-term follow-up(data cutoff December 5, 2022; median follow-up 28.9 months). Tislelizumab was well tolerated with no unexpected safety signals. Treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) of grade ≥3 occurred in 53.8% of patients; 7.5% of patients discontinued treatment due to TRAEs.Conclusions: Tislelizumab demonstrated a significant ORR improvement in patients with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR tumors and was generally well tolerated.

Development of a mechanical weeder and experiment on the growth,yield and quality of rice

Weed control in paddy fields is a worldwide problem and mechanical weeding will become a major weeding method in non-chemical weeding.A mechanical weeder was designed and tested to improve the efficiency of mechanical weeding and reduce the application of herbicides in this study.The weeding equipment is equipped with three sets of inter-row weeding parts which include ground-contoured-following pressing-grass float(GPF),weeding roller and so on.The weeding principle of weeding part is that the weeding equipment enters the inter-row area with weeder moving forward,then the GPF overwhelms the weeds in the inter-row area to improve the probability that the weeding roller behind the GPF pressed the overwhelmed weeds into the soil.The effects of weeding methods on the plant height,grain yield and quality attributes were investigated in a two-seasonal field experiment.Three weeding methods were applied in the present study:no-weeding,chemical weeding and mechanical weeding.The results of the two-seasonal field experiment showed that the average weeding rates of mechanical weeders were 87.1%and 87.61%respectively.In both seasons,there was no significant difference among weeding methods on plant height at the early growth stage of rice after weeding,but weeding methods had significant effect on plant height at the late growth stage.The plant height of mechanical weeding was higher at the late growth stage.Weeding methods had significant effects on grain yield,grain number per panicle,seed-setting rate,1000-grain weight and shoot dry matter accumulation(p0.05).Grain yield of mechanical weeding was significantly higher than that of no-weeding.There was no significant difference between chemical weeding and mechanical weeding.It can be concluded from the two-seasonal experiment that mechanical weeding had the same effect as chemical weeding on grain yield and rice quality.
