近直下型断层的地铁车站结构地震响应

目前在近断层场地中地下地铁车站抗震性能水平认识方面相对匮乏,鉴于此,提出了一种考虑发震断层-地下结构全过程地震响应的IBE-FEM联合求解分析方法。首先,基于运动学有限断层模型,采用间接边界元方法(IBE)求解直下型走滑断层错动作用下上覆软土沉积层场地内的地震波场,并验证了有限元法(FEM)间接求解地震波场的可行性;在此基础上,通过建立土-地下连续墙-主体结构非线性静-动力耦合的二维整体时域有限元模型,初步探究了断层-软土场地耦合效应对地铁车站抗震性能的影响规律。结果表明:在近断层区域,地铁车站结构震害具有典型的断层上盘效应和震害集中效应,更容易进入塑性变形发展阶段;在远断层区域,由于断层-场地效应耦合作用,断层下盘场地内地震波场衰减较缓,其内车站结构整体震害略大于断层上盘。本文研究方法为近断层场地条件下地下结构地震响应分析开辟新思路,也可为相关场地区域内的地下结构抗震设计提供技术参考。

Developing a mucosal vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 is critical for combatting the ***,we investigated long-term immune responses and protection against SARS-CoV-2 for the intranasal vaccination of a triple receptor-binding domain(RBD)scaffold protein(3R-NC)adjuvanted with a flagellin protein(KFD)(3R-NC+KFDi.n).In mice,the vaccination elicited RBD-specific broad-neutralizing antibody responses in both serum and mucosal sites sustained at high level over a *** long-lasting humoral immunity was correlated with the presence of long-lived RBD-specific IgG-and IgA-producing plasma cells,alongside the Th17 and Tfh17-biased T-cell responses driven by the KFD *** upon these preclinical findings,an open labeled clinical trial was conducted in individuals who had been primed with the inactivated SARS-CoV-2(IAV)*** a favorable safety profile,the 3R-NC+KFDi.n boost elicited enduring broad-neutralizing IgG in plasma and IgA in salivary *** meet the challenge of frequently emerged variants,we further designed an updated triple-RBD scaffold protein with mutated RBD combinations,which can induce adaptable antibody responses to neutralize the newly emerging variants,including *** findings highlight the potential of the KFD-adjuvanted triple-RBD scaffold protein is a promising prototype for the development of a mucosal vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Future climate change will affect the environmental fate of hydrophobic organic contaminants(HOCs)and associated human health risks,yet the extent of these effects remains ***,we couple a high-resolution environmental multimedia model with a bioaccumulation model to study the multimedia distribution of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),a group of HOCs,and assess future PAH-related human health risks under varying climate change scenarios over China at a continental *** removing the effects of PAH emission changes,we find that the total PAH concentrations would decrease in the air,freshwater,sediment,soil,and organisms,while the high-molecular-weight PAH would increase in the air with climate warming from 1.5°C to 4°***,the multi-pathway exposure human health risks predominately influenced by dietary ingestion are expected to decrease by 1.7%–20.5%,while the respiratory risks are projected to rise by 0.2%–5.8%in the ***,the persistently high multi-pathway human health risks underscore the need for reducing future PAH emissions by 69%compared with 2009 levels in *** study demonstrates the urgency of limiting PAH emissions under future climate change for public health and highlights the importance of including the contribution of dietary ingestion in human health risk assessment.

Patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)frequently encounter substantial bleeding risks and demonstrate limited responsiveness to existing *** cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)present a promising alternative,capitalizing on their low immunogenicity and potent immunomodulatory effects for treating diverse autoimmune *** prospective phase I trial enrolled eighteen eligible patients to explore the safety and efficacy of UC-MSCs in treating refractory *** research design included administering UC-MSCs at escalating doses of 0.5×10^(6)cells/kg,1.0×10^(6)cells/kg,and 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for four consecutive weeks across three cohorts during the dose-escalation phase,followed by a dose of 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for the dose-expansion *** events,platelet counts,and changes in peripheral blood immunity were monitored and recorded throughout the administration and follow-up ***,12(with an addition of three patients in the 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg group due to dose-limiting toxicity)and six patients were enrolled in the dose-escalation and dose-expansion phase,*** patients(13/18,72.2%)experienced one or more treatment emergent adverse *** adverse events occurred in four patients(4/18,22.2%),including gastrointestinal hemorrhage(2/4),profuse menstruation(1/4),and acute myocardial infarction(1/4).The response rates were 41.7%in the dose-escalation phase(5/12,two received 1.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week,and three received 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week)and 50.0%(3/6)in the dose-expansion *** overall response rate was 44.4%(8/18)among all enrolled *** sum up,UC-MSCs are effective and well tolerated in treating refractory ITP(*** ID:NCT04014166).

采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)技术同时测定正常大鼠和糖尿病模型大鼠血浆中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂酚、补骨脂查尔酮、补骨脂二氢黄酮甲醚、补骨脂宁、补骨脂甲素、补骨脂乙素、新补骨脂异黄酮、巴库查尔酮及corylifol A 11种有效成分,以阐明补骨脂香豆素类、黄酮类及单萜酚类在正常和糖尿病模型大鼠体内的药代动力学特征。以高糖高脂饲料结合每2 d注射一次1%链脲佐菌素诱导2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠模型,灌胃给予补骨脂后采集不同时间点血浆,血浆样品经乙酸乙酯沉淀蛋白,以UHPLC-MS/MS测定血浆中补骨脂11种成分的血药浓度,采用DAS 3.0软件计算药动学参数。结果显示,雌、雄性T2DM大鼠灌胃给予补骨脂,补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂酚、补骨脂二氢黄酮甲醚等8种受试成分的药动学行为与正常大鼠存在显著性差异。其中香豆素类成分补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂宁在雌性与雄性T2DM大鼠体内均出现入血暴露水平降低,但黄酮类成分如补骨脂二氢黄酮甲醚、corylifol A、巴库查尔酮以及单萜酚类成分补骨脂酚在雌性T2DM大鼠体内的暴露减少,而在雄性患病大鼠体内暴露增多,提示补骨脂在临床用药时针对不同性别患者应合理调整服用剂量。

随着人工智能在服务场景中的应用不断普及,人工智能拟人化因能有效促进人机交互、提高客户服务体验而成为学界和业界关注的重点。然而,现有研究更多地聚焦人工智能的外观、行为、表情、声音等非心理拟人化特征,对于心理拟人化的研究比较欠缺,且没有清晰统一的概念界定及科学可靠的测量工具,致使现阶段实证研究滞后。为此,本文首先基于扎根理论构建了服务场景中人工智能心理拟人化的四维度结构模型:人格拟人化(含外向性和宜人性)、认知拟人化(含智力性和适应性)、共情拟人化(含情绪关注和情感表达)和意志拟人化(含能动性和目的性)。其次,按照探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析程序,开发了测量服务场景中人工智能心理拟人化的测量量表。最后,根据社会认同理论,进行了新开发量表的后效研究,证实了服务场景中人工智能心理拟人化会显著正向预测社会存在感和控制感缺失。研究结果拓展并丰富了人工智能心理拟人化的理论框架和概念内涵,为人工智能心理拟人化的实证研究提供了测量工具,对企业制定人工智能心理拟人化策略和改善人机交互也有重要启示。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a severe complication of diabetes,characterized by changes in kidney structure and *** natural product rosmarinic acid(RA)has demonstrated therapeutic effects,including anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative-stress,in renal damage or *** this study,we characterized the heterogeneity of the cellular response in kidneys to DN-induced injury and RA treatment at single cell *** results demonstrated that RA significantly alleviated renal tubular epithelial injury,particularly in the proximal tubular S1 segment and on glomerular epithelial cells known as podocytes,while attenuating the inflammatory response of macrophages,oxidative stress,and cytotox-icity of natural killer *** findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms by which RA alleviates kidney damage,oxidative stress,and inflammation,offering valuable guidance for the clinical application of RA in the treatment of DN.
