Drought is one of the most serious and extensive natural hazards in the *** to monsoon climate variability,China is particularly influenced by drought hazards,especially meteorological *** on a comprehensive understanding of the current status of international drought research,this paper systematically reviews the history and achievements of drought research in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,from four main perspectives:characteristics and spatiotemporal distribution of historical and recent drought events,drought formation mechanism and change trend,drought hazard risk,and the particular flash *** progress and problems of drought research in China are analyzed and future prospects are proposed,with emphasis on the multi-factor synergetic effect for drought formation;the effect of land-atmosphere interaction;identification,monitoring,and prediction of flash drought;categorization of drought and characteristics among various types of drought;the agricultural drought development;drought response to climate warming;and assessment of drought hazard *** is suggested that strengthening scientific experimental research on drought in China is *** present review is conducive to strategic planning of drought research and application,and may facilitate further development of drought research in China.

Recently,the China Meteorological administration(CMA)released a new Global Atmospheric Reanalysis(CRA-40)dataset for the period 1979−*** this study,surface relative humidity(RH)from CRA-40 and other current reanalyses(e.g.,CFSR,ERA5,ERA-Interim,JRA-55,and MERRA-2)is comprehensively evaluated against homogenized observations over *** results suggest that most reanalyses overestimate the observations by 15%−30%(absolute difference)over the Tibetan Plateau but underestimate the observations by 5%−10%over most of northern *** CRA-40 performs relatively well in describing the long-term change and variance seen in the observed surface RH over *** of the reanalyses reproduce the observed surface RH climatology and interannual variations well,while few reanalyses can capture the observed long-term RH trends over *** these reanalyses,the CFSR does poorly in describing the interannual changes in the observed RH,especially in Southwest *** empirical orthogonal function(EOF)analysis also suggests that the CRA-40 performs better than other reanalyses to capture the first two leading EOF modes revealed by the *** results of this study are expected to improve understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the current reanalysis products and thus facilitate their application.

A precise and reliable analytical method of high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLCMS/MS)was developed to measure trace levels of enrofloxacin(ENR)and its major metabolite ciprofloxacin(CIP)in carp *** chromatographic separation was obtained on a Waters Xterra MS C_(18) reversed-phase column using gradient elution with methanol and 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution including 5mmolL^(-1) of ammonium *** established method was applied to study the pharmacokinetics and distribution of ENR and CIP in tissues of carp following a single oral administration in feed at a dosage of 40mgkg^(-1) bw(body weight).Data were analyzed using DAS 2.0 dynamics software,and the experimental results suggest that ENR was rapidly absorbed and extensively distributed in carp tissues through systemic circulation,and the pharmacokinetic characteristics can be described with a two-compartment *** elimination half-lives(t_(1/2β))from muscle,liver,gill,plasma and skin were 131,160,104,132 and 310 h,*** areas under the drug concentration-time curves(AUC)for these tissues were 491,972,750,249 and 706hmgkg^(-1),*** maximum concentration(C_(max))values were 13,29,37,9 and 5mgkg^(-1) with peak times(t_(max))of 8,4,4,2 and 4 h,***,the active metabolite of ENR,was also detected in carp tissues,indicating that only 1.54%of de-ethylation of ENR occurs in *** a water temperature of 18℃,the drug withdrawal time was determined to be no less than 24 d while the carp was fed at a single dosage of 40mgkg^(-1).

优化预约诊疗管理是提升患者就医体验,推动医院高质量发展的重要举措。2022年,江苏省某三级甲等综合医院聚焦数智化诊疗预约的需求,开展了院内院外、线上线下的一体化智能检查预约统筹管理实践,通过构建智能化检查预约系统、丰富预约范畴、互通预约信息、完善配套服务和建立预约监管机制,为多院区和医疗集团成员单位的患者提供了智慧化、个性化和精准化的检查预约服务。该院CT、MRI和超声检查的患者平均等候时间分别从2021年的7.43 h、8.75 h和4.63 h降至2023年的4.63 h、4.72 h和2.18 h,患者平均检查预约满意度从90.7%升至96.5%,智能化检查预约统筹管理取得良好成效,可为其他医院优化预约诊疗服务提供借鉴。

＜正＞Objective TRPV1 is a nonspecific cation channel of the transient receptor potential channel family and may be upregulated during visceral nociceptive *** expression of TRPV1 of nerve fibres,mucosa and muscular layers in gastro-intestinal tract was increased in visceral *** studies demonstrated that TRPV1 is expressed in peripheral blood cells（PBCs）.The aim was to investigate whether TRPV1 expression in PBCs is increased in chronic visceral hypersensitivity in adult rats induced by colon irritation during postnatal *** Hypersensitive SD rats were generated by colorectal distension（CRD）during postnatal days 8 to *** sensitivity of the colon to balloon distention in adult was measured by grading their abdominal withdrawal reflex（AWR）.The PBCs were obtained by cardiac puncture after *** cells were isolated from PBCs by density gradient ***-PCR was performed to detect the expression of TRPV1 and GAPDH *** signal intensity of each TRPV1 band was normalized by *** ODs in each sample were expressed as a ratio of TRPV1 over GAPDH densitometric *** The AWR score in response to CRD in adult rats with neonatal colorectal irritation was significantly higher than control with distension pressures of 20（Mean±SD,1.069±0.457 vs 0.1667±0.389,P＜0.01）,40（2.069±0.529 vs 1.25±0.753,P＜0.01）, 60（3.137±0.639 vs 2.20±0.63,P＜0.01）and 80 mmHg（3.827±0.601 vs 3.20±0.632,P＜0.05）.The expression of TRPV1 mRNA of mononuclear cells of PBCs in the control group was in lower level（Mean±SD,0.148±0.084）.The TRPV1 expression in neonatal CRD group was increased in adults（Mean±SD,0.724±0.593,P＞0.05）.Conclusions The colorectal distension in neonates can result in visceral hypersensitivity to CRD in adult rats compared with *** TRPV1 mRNA is expressed in PBCs and its expression may show up-regulation by neonatal colon *** results suggest that the TRPV1 expression in PBCs may be involved in

Objective To investigate the effects of acute and chronic administration of the non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonists MK-801 on c-Fos protein expression in different brain regions of mice and an-tagonistic action of *** Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of c-Fos *** MK-801(0.6 mg·kg-1)acute administration produced a significant increase in the expression of c-Fos protein in the layers Ⅲ-Ⅳ of posterior cingulate and retrosplenial(PC/RS)cortex,which was consistent with the previous ***,we presented a new finding that MK-801(0.6 mg·kg-1)chronic administration for 8 days produced a significant increase of c-Fos protein expression in the PC/RS cortex,prefrontal cortex(PFC)and hypothalamus of *** that,c-Fos protein expression in the PC/RS cortex of mice was most *** acute administration with chronic administration,we found that MK-801 chronic administration significantly increased the expression of c-Fos protein in the PC/RS cortex,PFC and ***,pretreatment of mice with clozapine significantly decreased the expression of c-Fos protein induced by MK-801 acute and chronic *** Marked expression of c-Fos protein induced by MK-801 is associated with neurotransmitters' change noted in our previous studies,and c-Fos protein,the marker of neuronal activation,might play an important role in the chronic pathophysiological process of schizophrenic model induced by NMDA receptor antagonist.

Conventional filling therapy fails to fundamentally reduce oral cariogenic ***,oral microbiota follow-up intervention after filling would be necessary for improving dental caries *** recruited 9 caries-free individuals,and 89 dental caries subjects(5 dropouts).Eighty-nine patients were randomized into three groups:caries(n=8;no treatment),control(n=40;filling),and postbiotics(n=41;filling and 14-day Probio-Eco®intervention).Salivary samples were collected at 0 day(after filling)and 14 *** results showed that the diversity of dental caries oral microbiota was significantly increased compared with healthy subjects,and filling could restore a healthier oral microbiota partially and *** intervention keeps a low ***-occurrence network analysis showed that a more stable oral microbiota structure after postbiotics *** and functional annotation of the microbiota revealed that postbiotics co-treatment significantly:increased the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and ***,decreased the relative abundance of Prevotella shahii,and enriched the energy metabolism-related ***-predicted phenotypes inferred to an oral microbiota with decreased potential pathogenic bacteria and increased oxidative stress-tolerant bacteria after postbiotics ***,it suggested that postbiotics co-treatment could be a promising strategy that restores the oral microecological balance for dental caries.

The coal metamorphism in Central Hunan pro-vides valuable information about hydrothermal activity and water/rock *** how to collect age data on hydrothermal fluid systems is necessary for understanding the history and genetic mechanisms of large-scale coal-generated graphite *** Shihangli graphite deposit,formed by significant siliceous hydrothermal alteration,is the most distinctive in Central ***–Os dating of pyrite from the Shihangli graphite deposit demonstrates that the coal-generated graphite mineraliza-tion age is-127.6±3.8 *** on in-situ mineral analysis,the hydrothermal pyrite in the Shihangli graphite deposit is mostly enriched in Sb,As,Au,W,Ag,Cu,Pb,and *** on the pyrite Re–Os isochron,the initial(^(187)Os/^(188)Os)values of pyrite were 1.03±0.24 and the Os(t)values varied from 571.8 to *** from the Shihangli graphite deposit comprises a Pb isotope composition similar to that of the Madiyi Formation bulk rock and stibnite from the Xikuangshan Sb *** on the Re–Os,Sr,S,and Pb isotopic compositions of sul-fides in the graphite and Sb deposits in Central Hunan,the Madiyi Formation was likely the primary source of ore-forming elements(Sb,Au,and As).The Re–Os and Pb isotope compositions of pyrite most likely reflect when large-scale fluid migration and coal-generated graphite mineralization occurred in Central Hunan.

【目的】旨在揭示健康与上草黄鳝菌群组成差异,为判别黄鳝病害提供参考依据。【方法】收集健康黄鳝养殖水体(HW)、体表粘液(HN)、肠道粘膜(HC)和上草黄鳝养殖水体(BW)、体表粘液(BN)和肠道粘膜(BC)为试验材料,通过Illumina高通量测序分析菌群结构。【结果】(1)上草黄鳝降低了菌群的Alpha多样性,其中,HN组Alpha多样性最高,极显著高于BN(P<0.01)。PCoA分析发现健康和上草黄鳝的体表粘液和肠道粘膜菌群分别显著分离。(2)在门水平上,上草黄鳝变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)丰度上升,拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)丰度降低;属水平上,气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium)、黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)、乳球菌属(Lactococcus)、水小杆菌属(Undibacterium)、无色杆菌属(Achromobacter)等丰度升高,鲸杆菌属、Pedobacter、Emticicia、多核杆菌属(Polynucleobacter)等丰度降低。(3)LefSe分析发现HN与HC组优势差异物种均为鲸杆菌属、邻单胞菌属(Plesiomonas);BN组优势差异物种主要为黄杆菌属、金黄杆菌属、气单胞菌属、水小杆菌属等。BC组优势差异物种主要为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、无色杆菌属、噬酸菌属(Acidovorax)、乳球菌属等。其中,气单胞菌属的相对丰度在健康黄鳝和上草黄鳝中均表现出从水体-体表粘液-肠道黏膜逐渐降低的趋势,而鲸杆菌属则主要在健康黄鳝的体表粘液和肠道粘膜中富集。(4)功能预测结果显示,上草黄鳝的致病性、胁迫耐受表型菌群丰度均高于健康黄鳝,且主要涉及的是变形菌门中菌群。【结论】首次从微生态的角度分析水体-体表粘液-肠道粘膜菌群与黄鳝上草行为的相互关系。研究结果显示,健康与上草黄鳝的养殖水体、体表粘液及肠道粘膜菌群结构存在显著差异。健康黄鳝微生物多样性较高,有益菌(如鲸杆菌属等)丰度较高;而上草黄鳝微生物多样性较低,潜在致病性细菌(如变形菌门的气单胞菌属等)丰度显著上升,提示气单胞菌属和鲸杆菌属可考虑作为黄鳝发生上草行为的候选微生物标志物。
