Materials exhibiting high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption have garnered considerable scientific and technological attention,yet encounter significant *** new materials and innovative structural design concepts is crucial for expanding the application field of electromagnetic wave ***,hierarchical structure engineering has emerged as a promising approach to enhance the physical and chemical properties of materials,providing immense potential for creating versatile electromagnetic wave absorption ***,an exceptional multi-dimensional hierarchical structure was meticulously devised,unleashing the full microwave attenuation capabilities through in situ growth,selfreduction,and multi-heterogeneous interface *** hierarchical structure features a three-dimensional carbon framework,where magnetic nanoparticles grow in situ on the carbon skeleton,creating a necklace-like ***,magnetic nanosheets assemble within this *** impedance matching was achieved by precisely adjusting component proportions,and intelligent integration of diverse interfaces bolstered dielectric *** obtain Fe_(3)O_(4)-Fe nanoparticles/carbon nanofibers/Al-Fe_(3)O_(4)-Fe nanosheets composites demonstrated outstanding performance with a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−59.3 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(RL≤−10 dB)extending up to 5.6 GHz at 2.2 *** notable accomplishments offer fresh insights into the precision design of high-efficient electromagnetic wave absorption materials.

Numerical investigation of the coupled aero-hydrodynamic performances of a semi-submersible floating offshore wind turbine with inclined columns

Numerical investigations of floating platforms with different outer column inclined angles under two operating conditions of regular wave and irregular wave are presented in this paper.A coupled aero-hydrodynamic computational fluid dynamics in-house solver FOWT-UALM-SJTU is applied for the ***,the validation for wave and wind generation are conducted to determine mesh distribution *** on these,the hydrodynamic motion response,aerodynamic performance and wake flow are analyzed to explore the impact of inclined *** spectral analysis on the motion response under wave action,discuss the aerodynamic attack angle and inflow wind velocity along the blade spanwise direction in detail,reveal different trends in wake development and *** results show that for the regular wave condition with the increase of inclined angles,the equilibrium position of surge motion is constantly rising,while pitch is *** maximum root mean square(rms)value occurs at angle=30°,compared with the original OC4 FOWT,the rms in power and thrust increase 0.35%,0.71%.And there are two low regions of attack angle and high regions of axial inflow velocity,corresponding to aerodynamic *** spectral analysis indicates that the natural frequency of pitch motion will increase with inclined ***,from the middle to far region of wake flow,the velocity recovery of FOWT with inclined angle will become faster,which is beneficial for downstream turbines to enhance more wind energy.

Identification of prognostic molecular subtypes and model based on CD8+ T cells for lung adenocarcinoma

Background:Cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CD8+T)cells function critically in mediating anti-tumor immune response in cancer *** the speciﬁc functions of CD8+T cells in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)could help better understand local anti-tumor immune responses and estimate the effect of ***:Gens related to CD8+T cells were identiﬁed by cluster analysis based on the single-cell sequencing data of three LUAD tissues and their paired normal *** gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),consensus clustering,differential expression analysis,least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)and Cox regression analysis were conducted to classify molecular subtypes for LUAD and to develop a risk model using prognostic genes related to CD8+T *** of the genes in the prognostic model,their effects on tumor cell invasion,and interactions with CD8+T cells were veriﬁed by cell ***:This study deﬁned two LUAD clusters(CD8+0 and CD8+1)based on CD8+T cells,with cluster CD8+0 being signiﬁcantly associated with the prognosis of *** heterogeneous subtypes(clusters 1,2,and 3)differing in prognosis,genome mutation events,and immune status were categorized using 42 prognostic genes.A prognostic model created based on 11 signiﬁcant genes(including CD200R1,CLEC17A,ZC3H12D,GNG7,SNX30,CDCP1,NEIL3,IGF2BP1,RHOV,ABCC2,and KRT81)was able to independently estimate the death risk for patients in different LUAD ***,the model also showed general applicability in external validation ***-risk patients could beneﬁt more from taking immunotherapy and were signiﬁcantly related to the resistance to anticancer *** results from cell experiments demonstrated that the expression of CD200R1,CLEC17A,ZC3H12D,GNG7,and SNX30 was signiﬁcantly downregulated,while that of CDCP1,NEIL3,IGF2BP1,RHOV,ABCC2 and KRT81 was upregulated in LUAD *** of CD200R1 greatly increased the invasiveness of the LUAD cell

Selenium is an essential trace element for humans and *** the active center of selenoproteins,the addition of selenium is beneficial to enhance the antioxidant ***,the high cost limits the application of organic Se in agriculture animal *** glucose(SeGlu)is a newly invented organoselenium material with good stability,low toxicity and low *** assay found that SeGlu was able to increase selenium deposition in liver of newborn broilers,and enhance the antioxidant capacity of liver by elevating the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as total superoxide dismutase and glutathione *** paper as the first example clarifying the mechanism of SeGlu to enhance the antioxidant ability of chicks,shows that SeGlu can be used as an organic selenium enrichment additive for early nutrition of *** a cross-discipline study involving chemistry,biology and agriculture animal science,the work may be beneficial for studies in related fields and prompt the development of the selenium science.

Developing new materials and innovative structural design concepts is crucial for expanding the application field of electromagnetic wave absorption. Particularly, hierarchical structure engineering has emerged as a promising approach to enhance the physical and chemical properties of materials, providing immense potential for creating versatile electromagnetic wave absorption materials. Herein, an exceptional multi-dimensional hierarchical structure was meticulously devised, unleashing the full microwave attenuation capabilities through in situ growth, selfreduction, and multi-heterogeneous interface integration. The hierarchical structure features a three-dimensional carbon framework, where magnetic nanoparticles grow in situ on the carbon skeleton, creating a necklace-like structure. Furthermore, magnetic nanosheets assemble within this framework. Enhanced impedance matching was achieved by precisely adjusting component proportions, and intelligent integration of diverse interfaces bolstered dielectric polarization. The obtain Fe3O4-Fe nanoparticles/carbon nanofibers/Al-Fe3O4-Fe nanosheets composites demonstrated outstanding performance with a minimum reflection loss(RLmin) value of -59.3 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth（RL ≤-10 dB） extending up to 5.6 GHz at 2.2 mm. These notable accomplishments offer fresh insights into the precision design of high-efficient electromagnetic wave absorption materials.

Research on takeout distribution based on combination mode of order dispatching and grabbing

The takeout platform continues to improve the quality of customer services and reduce costs while ignoring the interests of riders. Considering the dilemma of riders, the incentive mechanism of reward and punishment is introduced, and the takeout order allocation model is established with the platform cost, customer satisfaction and rider incentive income as the objective. Based on the order allocation mode of combination of dispatching and grabbing, considering the convenience, distance and capability, the utility function is constructed to describe the preference and matching degree when grabbing order autonomously, and the Logit discrete selection model is used to simulate order grabbing behavior. The adaptive variable neighborhood search algorithm is designed to implement the platform dispatch allocation and path optimization. The experimental results show that the delivery scheme based on the order allocation mode of order-dispatching and grabbing effectively reduces the overall distribution cost, improve customer satisfaction and rider revenue compared with the mode of order-dispatching. The research results extend the theoretical research on the takeout order allocation mode, and provide reference for the benign development of takeout industry. © 2024 Northeast University. Generalized Newton-Busemann Law for Two-dimensional Steady Hypersonic-limit Euler Flows Passing Ramps with Skin-frictions

By considering Radon measure solutions for boundary value problems of stationary non-isentropic compressible Euler equations on hypersonic-limit flows passing ramps with frictions on their boundaries, we construct solutions with density containing Dirac measures supported on the boundaries of the ramps, which represent the infinite-thin shock layers under different assumptions on the skin-frictions. We thus derive corresponding generalizations of the celebrated Newton-Busemann law in hypersonic aerodynamics for distributions of drags/lifts on ramps.

Research on the LA-UMamba Model for Asymmetric Modules with Added Auxiliary Information

Deep learning techniques are revolutionizing the developmentof medical image *** the advancement of Transformer models,especially ViT and Swin-Transformer,which enhances the remote-dependent modeling capability of the model through the self-attention mechanism,better segmentation performance can be ***,the high computational cost of Transformer has motivated researchers to explore more efficient models,such as the Mamba model based on state-space modeling(SSM),and for the field of medical segmentation,reducing the number of model parameters is also *** this study,a novel asymmetric model called LA-UMamba was proposed,which integrates visual Mamba module to efficiently capture complex visual features and remote *** classical design of U-Net was adopted in the upsampling phase to help reduce the number of references and recover more *** mitigate the information loss problem,an auxiliary U-Net downsampling layer was designed to focus on sizing without extracting features,thus enhancing the protection of input information while maintaining the efficiency of the *** experiments were conducted on the ACDC MRI cardiac segmentation dataset,and the results showed that the proposed LA-UMamba achieves proved performance compared to the baseline model in several evaluation metrics,such as IoU,Accuracy,Precision,HD and ASD,which improved that the model is successful in optimizing the detail processing and reducing the complexity of the model,providing a new perspective for further optimization of medical image segmentation techniques.
