Land Surface Albedo Variations in Sanjiang Plain from 1982 to 2015: Assessing with GLASS Data

As a key parameter for indicating the fraction of surface-reflected solar incident radiation, land surface albedo plays an important role in the Earth’s surface energy budget(SEB). Since the Sanjiang Plain has been severely affected by human activities(e.g., reclamation and shrinking of wetlands), it is important to assess the spatiotemporal variations of surface albedo in this region using a long-term remote sensing dataset. In order to investigate the surface albedo climatology, trends, and mechanisms of change, we evaluated the surface albedo variations in the Sanjiang Plain, China from 1982 to 2015 using the Global LAnd Surface Satellite(GLASS) broadband surface albedo product. The results showed that: 1) an increasing annual trend(+0.000 58/yr) of surface albedo was discovered in the Sanjiang Plain based on the GLASS albedo dataset, with a much stronger increasing trend(+0.001 26/yr) occurring during the winter. Most of the increasing trends occurred over the cultivated land, unused land, and land use conversion types located in the northeastern Sanjiang Plain. 2) The increasing trend of land surface albedo in Sanjiang Plain can be largely explained by the changes of both snow cover extent and land use. The surface albedo in winter is highly correlated with the snow cover extent in the Sanjiang Plain, and the increasing trend of surface albedo can be further enhanced by the land use changes.

An environmentally benign and highly efficient one-pot preparation of α-aminophosphonates under solvent-free conditions was developed. By employing this method, 5-aminophosphonate substituted pyrimidine nucleosides were synthesized in good to excellent yields starting from 5-forrnyl-2＇-deoxyuridine, aniline and dimethylphosphite.

Albedo is a key variable in the study of global or regional earth system ***-quality albedo products are helpful for the accurate analysis and prediction of the Earth’s environment and *** paper analyzes the similarities and differences in several global-scale albedo *** conclusions are as follows:(1)Ignoring the downward radiation weight leads to a maximum deviation of±0.2 in the mean albedo in space and time;(2)Most of the products have good consistency at the global scale,especially after 2000,the consistency in the middle latitudes is better than that in the low latitudes and high latitudes;(3)Although there are obvious inter-annual variations and zonal differences in global mean albedo data from 2000 to 2020,the overall trend is not *** complex spatio-temporal variation of albedo requires high-quality remote sensing products to characterize its ***,existing datasets do not show good agreement in these details,and more efforts are needed in this area.

目的分析程序性死亡受体-1/程序性死亡受体-配体1(PD-1/PD-L1)抑制剂联合不同方案抗癌治疗的相关不良事件(TRAE)发生率及其严重程度分级。方法回顾性选取以PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂为基础治疗方案的肿瘤患者356例为研究对象。统计PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合不同方案抗癌的不良反应发生情况。结果PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合不同抗癌方案的356例患者发生TRAE 332例次,其中疲乏、胃肠道不良反应占比最高,分别为31.93%(106/332)、20.78%(69/332)。皮肤相关不良反应(3~12周)、胃肠道不良反应(5~10周)先出现;发热(10~30周)、肺炎(12~32周)出现时间较晚,观察时间跨度最大。PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4(CTLA-4)的总TRAE发生率最低(85.71%,36/42),联合含铂双药化疗的总TRAE发生率最高(96.88%,155/160)。PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合放疗的3~5级TRAE发生率最低(10.53%,6/57),联合血管内皮生长因子/血管内皮生长因子受体(VEGF/VEGFR)靶向药的3~5级TRAE发生率最高(44.64%,25/56)。不同肿瘤间的TRAE发生率及严重程度分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同抗癌方案联合PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂时,TRAE总体发生率较高,其中联合CTLA-4的TRAE发生率相对最低,联合放疗的TRAE的症状相对较轻。

The possible exotic nuclear properties in the neutron-rich Ca,Ni,Zr,and Sn isotopes are examined with the continuum Skyrme Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory in the framework of the Green’s function *** pairing correlation,the couplings with the continuum,and the blocking effects for the unpaired nucleon in odd-A nuclei are properly *** Skyrme interaction SLy4 is adopted for the ph channel and the density-dependentinteraction is adopted for the pp chan-nel,which well reproduce the experimental two-neutron separation energies S_(2n)and one-neutron separation energies *** is found that the criterion S_(n)>0 predicts a neutron drip line with neutron numbers much smaller than those for S_(2n)>*** to the unpaired odd neutron,the neutron pairing energies−E_(pair)in odd-A nuclei are much lower than those in the neighbor-ing even-even *** investigating the single-particle structures,the possible halo structures in the neutron-rich Ca,Ni,and Sn isotopes are predicted,where sharp increases in the root-mean-square(rms)radii with significant deviations from the traditional rA^(1∕3)rule and diffuse spatial density distributions are *** the contributions of various partial waves to the total neutron densityρlj(r)∕ρ(r)reveals that the orbitals located around the Fermi surface-particularly those with small angular momenta-significantly affect the extended nuclear density and large rms *** number of neutrons Nλ(N_(0))occupying above the Fermi surfacen(continuum threshold)is discussed,whose evolution as a function of the mass number A in each isotope is consistent with that of the pairing energy,supporting the key role of the pairing correlation in halo phenomena.

Intratumour heterogeneity is a longstanding field of focus for both researchers and clinicians. It refers to the diversity amongst cells within the same tumour. Two major hypotheses have attempted to explain the existence of intratumour heterogeneity：（i） the clonal evolution （CE） theory and （ii） the cancer stem cell （CSC） model. CE theory emphasizes the evolutionary biological characteristics of the tumour, underscoring the initiation and progression of the disease. In contrast, the CSC model focuses on stem cell differentiation into distinct functions in order to stabilize the tumour microenvironment. Here we consider single-cell sequencing （SCS） as a newly developed technique for application to the investigation of intratumour heterogeneity and assess its relevance within research and clinical environments. Early detection of rare tumour cells, monitoring of circulating tumour cells （CTCs） and control of the occurrence of drug resistance are imoortant goals in early diagnosis, prognosis prediction and individualized medicine.

Preparation of nucleoside-pyridine hybrids and pyridine attached acylureas from an unexpected uracil ring-opening and pyridine ring-forming sequence

Novel pyrimidine nucleoside-3,5-dicyanopyridine hybrids （4） or pyridine attached acylureas （5） were selectively and efficiently prepared from the reaction of 2′-deoxyuddin-5-yl-methylene malononitrile （1）, malononitrile （2） and thiophenol （3） or from an unexpected uracil ring-opening and pyddine ring-forming sequence via the reaction of 1 and 3. It is the first time such a sequence has ever been reported.
