Background:Treatment options for Chinese patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous-cell non-small-cell lung cancer(sqNSCLC)after failure of first-line chemotherapy are *** study(ORIENT-3)aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab versus docetaxel as second-line treatment in patients with locally advanced or metastatic ***:ORIENT-3 was an open-label,multicenter,randomized controlled phase 3 trial that recruited patients with stage IIIB/IIIC/IV sqNSCLC after failure with first-line platinum-based *** were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either 200 mg of sintilimab or 75 mg/m^(2) of docetaxel intravenously every 3 weeks,stratified by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance *** primary endpoint was overall survival(OS)in the full analysis set(FAS).Secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS),objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR)and ***:Between August 25,2017,and November 7,2018,290 patients were *** FAS,10 patients fromthe docetaxel armwere *** OS was 11.79(n=145;95%confidence interval[CI],10.28-15.57)months with sintilimab versus 8.25(n=135;95%CI,6.47-9.82)months with docetaxel(hazard ratio[HR]:0.74;95%CI,0.56-0.96;P=0.025).Sintilimab treatment significantly prolonged PFS(median 4.30 vs.2.79 months;HR:0.52;95%CI,0.39-0.68;P<0.001)and showed higher ORR(25.50%vs.2.20%,P<0.001)and DCR(65.50%vs.37.80%,P<0.001)than the docetaxel *** median DoRwas 12.45(95%CI,4.86-25.33)months in the sintilimab arm and 4.14(95%CI,1.41-7.23)months in the docetaxel arm(P=0.045).Treatment-related adverse events of grade≥3were reported in 26(18.1%)patients in the sintilimab arm and 47(36.2%)patients in the docetaxel *** biomarker analysis showed potential predictive values of expression levels of two transcription factors,including OVOL2(HR:0.35;P<0.001)and CTCF(HR:3.50;P<0.001),for sintilimab treatme

Ultramafic xenoliths in Mesozoic diorite in west Shandong Province

Ultramafic xenoliths are common in Tietonggou intrusion, Laiwu, Shandong Prov-ince. Peridotite xenoliths develop two-stage metasomatism popularly: (i) The early metasoma-tism is characterized by intergranular clinopyroxene and phlogopite; (ii) The later metasomatism is characterized by orthopyroxene veins with a few plagioclases and amphiboles. These ul-tramafic xenoliths are thought to be mostly from the crust-mantle transitional zone on the basis of their combination, mineral chemistry, equilibrium temperature, and metasomatic characteristics. Major elements, rare earth elements, and Sr-Nd isotopic composition of the ultramafic xenoliths indicate that there is a petrogenetic relationship between the silica-enriched xenoliths and their host diorites. We propose that such silica enrichment might be an indicator of melt-rock interac-tions in the Mesozoic lithosphere beneath western Shandong.

Background Good quality of care for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)depends on high-standard management and facility in the IBD ***,there are no clear measures or criteria for evaluating pediatric IBD(PIBD)center in *** aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive set of quality indicators(QIs)for evaluating PIBD center in *** A modified Delphi consensus-based approach was used to identify a set of QIs of structure,process,and outcomes for defining the *** process included an exhaustive search using complementary approaches to identify potential QIs,and two web-based voting rounds to select the QIs defining the criteria for PIBD *** A total of 101 QIs(35 structures,48 processes and 18 outcomes)were included in this *** QIs focused on the composition of multidisciplinary team,facilities and services that PIBD center should *** QIs highlight core requirements in diagnosing,evaluating,treating PIBD,and disease *** QIs mainly included criteria evaluating effectiveness of various interventions in PIBD *** The present Delphi consensus developed a set of main QIs that may be useful for managing a PIBD center.

超低氧弹簧钢60Si2Mn的夹杂物研究

通过80 t LD-LF(VD)-CC流程,采用转炉出钢铝沉淀脱氧,出钢后加铝粉强扩散脱氧工艺所生产的60Si2Mn弹簧钢铸坯总氧含量(T.O)为10×10^(-6),[S]0.005%,[P]0.010%。分析结果表明,LF末期和VD末期钢水中的夹杂物主要为CaO(Mgo)-Al_2O_3-CaS-SiO_2系;铸坯中的夹杂物主要为CaO(Mgo)-Al_2O_3-CaS-SiO_2-TiN复合夹杂。因为连铸时保护浇铸不当,使[N]增加,促使铸坯含TiN夹杂。

为探究从广西某养殖基地收集的患病克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)分离获得的一株细菌GXBL的致病性和生物学特性,利用形态学、分子生物学及生理生化综合鉴定菌株,进行分离菌感染实验动物、组织病理实验及药敏实验。结果显示,分离株GXBL在TCBS培养基上菌落呈蓝绿色、圆形,染色镜检为短棒状或弧状的革兰氏阴性菌;生理生化鉴定结果显示,分离菌能发酵阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、甘露醇、尿素、精氨酸和甲基红,不能发酵纤维二糖、乳糖及蔗糖;16S rRNA序列分析显示该分离菌为副溶血性弧菌;动物试验结果显示,该分离菌对小鼠有一定的致病性,造成小鼠的肝细胞大片坏死,肝板结构被破坏,肺泡壁显著增厚,血管内聚集大量红细胞,脾脏淋巴细胞明显减少;药敏结果显示,分离菌对氨苄西林、头孢哌酮、庆大霉素、四环素、多黏菌素B、复方新诺明等18种抗生素敏感,对青霉素G、甲硝唑和氟康唑3种药物耐药。本研究结果可为副溶血性弧菌引起的克氏原螯虾细菌性疾病防治提供参考依据。

为比较Microbio全自动菌落计数方法与普通平板计数方法在菌落计数方面的差异,选取10种菌,按照高中低浓度模拟添加至食品样品中,采用GB 4789.2—2016和GB 4789.15—2016中的方法对样品进行菌落计数。分别从数据准确性、定量限检测、检出时间、人员操作、不同培养基方面进行对比,并将得到的数据进行统计学分析。在数据准确性、人员操作和不同培养基方面,2种方法的回收率在70%以上,相对标准偏差≤0.35。定量限≥5 CFU/mL时,回收率≥70%,相对标准偏差≤0.35。结果表明:Microbio全自动菌落计数方法与普通平板计数法在统计学上并无明显差异,定量限可以达到5 CFU/mL,但在检出时间方面,全自动菌落计数方法优于普通平板法。

自抗扰控制(active disturbance rejection control, ADRC)是一种具有两自由度控制结构的工程化方法,由于其能够直观有效地处理多种扰动,近些年来在许多机电系统上得到了成功应用.当采用ADRC对带有摩擦力的机电系统进行调节时,可能会产生极限环振动.目前,还没有ADRC框架下摩擦力振动精确分析的相关工作.因此,本文采用非线性动力学系统的分析工具对这一问题进行研究.首先,考虑两种典型摩擦力模型,静态切换模型和动态LuGre模型,对一类二阶运动系统设计不同阶次的ADRC,得到控制器的等效形式,并揭示出与比例积分微分(proportional-integral-derivative, PID)控制之间的联系.然后,采用打靶法结合拟弧长延拓方法求解系统中的极限环,并根据Floquet理论判断极限环的稳定性、可能出现的分岔以及分岔类型.此外,通过雅克比矩阵和近似数值方法对系统平衡点集的局部稳定性进行了分析.最后,通过数值计算研究了摩擦力模型和参数、ADRC阶次和参数对极限环和平衡点集的影响.计算结果表明,决定摩擦力Stribeck效应负斜率的参数β作用较大.当β> 1时,两种摩擦力模型下的闭环系统呈现出相同的特性,极限环会出现环面折叠分岔(cyclic fold bifurcation, CFB)且平衡点集是局部稳定的.然而当β<1时,两种闭环系统呈现出完全不同的特性.此外,不同阶次的ADRC在极限环的存在性和稳定性、平衡点集的稳定性上面的结论是相同的,而低阶次的ADRC能够更好地解决摩擦力补偿和稳定鲁棒性之间的矛盾问题.这些结论对实际现象的理解、ADRC阶次的选择以及参数整定提供了一定指导.

通过单因素及正交试验设计从黄精添加量、浸提时间、浸提温度、超声功率4个方面优化了超声辅助浸提技术制作黄精米酒的工艺条件,以黄精多糖、人参皂苷、总黄酮含量及感官评分为考察指标,结合层次分析法(AHP)进行综合评分,同时还比较了不同黄精米酒的抗氧化活性。结果表明:黄精米酒的最佳制作工艺为黄精添加量14 g/100mL、浸提时间12d、浸提温度30℃,超声功率640 W,以此工艺制备的黄精米酒营养价值较高,总黄酮、人参皂苷、黄精多糖的含量分别为33.17、24.55、78 151.29 mg/L,感官评分为86.77分;黄精米酒对DPPH自由基均有较强的清除能力,九制黄精米酒的还原能力优于直接晒干黄精米酒及维生素C。
