Major and trace element and Nd-Sr isotope data of the Mesozoic Laiwu-Zibo carbonatites(LZCs) from western Shandong Province,China,provide clues to the petrogenesis and the nature of their mantle *** Laiwu-Zibo carbonatites can be petrologically classified as calcio-,magnesio- and *** these carbonatites show a similarity in geochemistry. On the one hand,they are extremely enriched in Ba,Sr and LREE and markedly low in K,Rb and Ti,which are similar to those global carbonatites,on the other hand,they have extremely high initial Sr/Sr(0.7095-0.7106) and very lowε(-18.2 to -14.3),a character completely different from those global *** small variations in Sr and Nd isotopic ratios suggest that crustal contamination can not modify the primary isotopic compositions of LZC magmas and those values are representatives of their mantle *** Nd-Sr isotopic compositions of LZCs and their similarity to those of Mesozoic Fangcheng basalts imply that they derived from an enriched lithospheric *** formation of such enriched lithospheric mantle is connected with the major collision between the North China Craton(NCC) and the Yangtze *** materials from the Yangtze Craton were subducted beneath the NCC and melts derived from the subducted crust of the Yangtze Craton produced an enriched Mesozoic mantle,which is the source for the LZCs and Fangcheng *** absence of alkaline silicate rocks,which are usually associated with carbonatites suggest that the LZCs originated from the mantle by directly partial melting.

Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of macrolide-resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

Major and trace element as well as Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of mid-Cretaceous lavas across western Shandong Province,China have been *** lavas can be generally divided into southern Shandong group(including Pingyi and Mengyin) and northern Shandong group(including Laiwu and Zouping) based on their *** southern group lavas are characterized by extreme enrichment in LREE,large ion lithophile elements(LILE),and depletion in HFSE along with EMII-like Sr-Nd isotopic compositions,suggesting that the crustal involvements play a significant role in their *** studies with Fangcheng basalts reveal that the Triassic continent-continent collision between the Yangtze craton(YC) and the North China craton(NCC),and subsequent extensive modification of the sub-continental lithospheric mantle(SCLM) beneath the south part of the NCC by silicic melts released from the subducted Yangtze lower crust,formed an enriched lithospheric mantle which was the source of the southern Shandong group *** contrast,the northern Shandong group lavas are mildly enriched in LREE and LILE relative to those of the southern group *** isotope compositions are also distinctive in that the Sr isotopic ratios are very *** geochemical evidence and comparing studies with spatially closed related mafic intrusions suggest that the SCLM feeding the northern group lavas seems to be linked to carbonatitic metasomatism and changed modal proportion of phlogopite and clinopyroxene in the mantle rather than subduction-related *** contrasting geochemical characters of the mid-Cretaceous lavas across western Shangdong suggest that the SCLM of the NCC is spatially heterogeneous in Mesozoic.

目的探究听力正常孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)儿童的听性脑干反应(ABR)特征及各波潜伏期和波间期与ASD严重程度分级的关系。方法 (1)将55例(110耳)听力正常ASD儿童和月龄、性别相匹配的55例(110耳)典型发育(typical development,TD)儿童,按月龄分为≤24月龄(22耳)、25~36月龄(40耳)、37~48月龄(28耳)及>48月龄(20耳)四个亚组。比较听力正常ASD儿童与TD儿童的ABR潜伏期和波间期是否存在差异。(2)根据第五版精神障碍诊断与统计手册(DSM-V)将ASD儿童按照严重程度分级,探究听力正常ASD儿童ABR各波潜伏期和波间期与其严重程度分级是否相关。结果 (1)≤24月龄时,ASD与TD儿童ABR各波潜伏期及波间期差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)25~36月龄时,与TD儿童相比,听力正常ASD儿童波Ⅲ潜伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期显著延长;37~48月龄时波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期显著延长;>48月龄时波Ⅴ潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期显著延长(P<0.05);(3)ASD严重程度分级越高,ASD儿童波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期越长(P<0.05)。结论自25月龄起听力正常ASD儿童与TD儿童的听觉脑干通路发育水平便显现差异,听力正常ASD儿童的听觉脑干发育水平显著落后于同龄TD儿童。听力正常ASD儿童的ABR波潜伏期和波间期与其严重程度分级相关。

目的:对比分析单侧听神经病(unilateral auditory neuropathy,UAN)与单侧聋(single-sided deafness,SSD)患儿听力学评估结果,获得UAN临床听力学特征,为儿童UAN的鉴别诊断提供有效依据。方法:回顾性分析2015年5月至2023年6月于首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院就诊的UAN和SSD患儿的听力学及影像学评估结果。UAN患儿共17例,其中男10例、女7例,平均年龄4.7岁;SSD患儿共43例,其中男27例、女16例,平均年龄6.5岁。听力学评估包括听性脑干反应(ABR)、听觉稳态反应(ASSR)、行为测听、耳蜗微音器电位(CM)、畸变耳声发射(DPOAE)和声导抗测试。应用SPSS 27.0统计软件分析两组儿童听力学检测结果及影像学表型差异。结果:①UAN组和SSD组患儿ABR波ⅢL的出现率分别为77.8%和20.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.780,P=0.003)。SSD组250~8000 Hz行为测听阈值均高于UAN组,且500、1000 Hz处差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);SSD组500~4000 Hz ASSR阈值均高于UAN组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。②UAN组与SSD组听力损失程度分级均以完全性听力损失为主,SSD组完全性听力损失占比(93.0%,40/43)显著高于UAN组占比(63.6%,7/11),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.353,P=0.037);UAN组极重度听力损失占比(27.3%,3/11)显著高于SSD组占比(2.3%,1/43)差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。听力曲线构型方面,UAN组平坦型占比36.4%(4/11)、上升型占比27.3%(3/11)、下降型占比18.2%(2/11)、其他型占比18.2%(2/11),SSD组平坦型占比76.7%(33/43)、下降型占比18.6%(8/43)、上升型占比2.3%(1/43)、其他型占比2.3%(1/43);其中SSD组平坦型占比显著高于UAN组,UAN组上升型占比显著高于SSD组,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。③UAN组影像学评估正常者占比为81.8%(9/11),显著高于SSD组(37.1%,13/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.695,P=0.015)。结论:UAN与SSD患儿在听力学及影像学特征上存在明显差异:UAN患儿ABR波ⅢL出现率显著高于SSD患儿;UAN患儿听力损失程度分级显著低于SSD患儿,UAN患儿上升型听力曲线的比例显著高于SSD患儿;UAN患儿ASSR阈值显著优于SSD患儿;UAN患儿影像学评估正常的比例显著高于SSD患儿。

Most of the structural alloys’applications are under static,dynamic,and cyclic forms of ***-5553 alloy in the beta phase field is being investigated to confirm the mechanism of deformation and phase transformation upon quasi-static and dynamic *** Ti-5553 alloy was heat-treated at 900℃ (almost 50℃ above beta transus temperature)for one hour of soaking time followed by air quenching to achieve a fullyβphase *** that,Dynamic compression(DC)by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)and Quasi-static compression(QSC)were performed at a strain rate of~10^3)/s and 10^(-3)/s,*** specimens were thoroughly examined by using different tools,such as an Optical microscope(OM),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),High-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM),and Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)to get the reliable data for justification of logical *** is found that the dominating mode of deformation was dislocation slip along with twinning({332})to some extent in both of QSC and DC,but sliding&spalling of the grain boundary is observed more in the ***-induced phase transformation,i.e.,βtoα"andβtoω,took place in the grains saturated with dislocation slips,where the former transformation occurred simultaneously with{332}twinning,whileβtoωtransformation was completed when a set of two adjacent(110)_(β)planes covered±1/6th of the total separation distance between two(next to each other)(111)_(β)planes,by equal but opposite shear in(111)_(β)direction,and it caused 3%shrinkage of two closed packed(110)_(β)planes after transformation.

目的报告1例MYH11基因杂合新发突变导致巨膀胱-小结肠-肠蠕动不良综合征(MMIHS)患儿的临床表现与遗传信息,并通过文献回顾性分析进行基因型-表型关联研究。方法分析2023年10月因“反复腹胀、呕吐3年余”来院就诊的MMIHS患儿临床资料,采集患儿及父母与姐姐的外周血样,通过Trio-WES及Sanger测序筛查致病突变。并对相关文献进行总结分析。结果患儿,男,15岁,主要临床表现为频繁发作的腹胀、呕吐和腹痛,腹部立位片及上消化道造影提示肠梗阻,给予灌肠、抗感染和静脉营养支持等治疗后病情稳定。基因检测结果显示,患儿携带MYH11基因杂合新发变异c.5819delC(***1940Hisfs*91),该变异导致肌球蛋白重链C端延长,父母及姐姐均未检测出该变异。文献检索共纳入7篇与MYH11基因变异有关文献,变异类型包括错义突变、移码突变和染色体微缺失。共20例,2例因提前终止妊娠性别不明,其余患者男女比2∶1。基因型-表型关联分析发现,15例携带MYH11基因延长突变显性遗传患者的发病年龄9(0~28)岁,尚未报道死亡案例。5例携带双等位基因丧失功能突变的隐性遗传患者发病年龄均小于1岁,死亡4例(80%)。结论本例MMIHS患儿携带MYH11基因c.5819delC(***1940Hisfs*91)变异。与携带MYH11基因变异隐性遗传的患者相比,MYH11延长突变显性遗传患者大部分发病较晚,临床表现较轻,生存率较高。
