BACKGROUND Immunoglobin G4(IgG4)-related hypophysitis(IgG4-RH)is a rare form of IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD),which often manifests as a single organ disease and is easily misdiagnosed as a pituitary tumor clinically and by *** are few reports of imaging findings of ***,we describe a case of IgG4-RH,which mimicked a pituitary macroadenoma,that was detected by computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and review the previous literature in order to further the understanding of *** SUMMARY A 47-year-old man presented with a history of blurred vision for more than 2 mo,without other symptoms.A preoperative unenhanced CT scan revealed a slightly hyperdense mass in the sellar region measuring 2.5 cm×2.3 cm×1.8 cm,with a CT value of 45 HU.T1-weighted imaging(T1WI)and T2-weighted imaging showed iso-hypointensity,and gadolinium contrast-enhanced T1WI showed obvious homogeneous *** MRI revealed involvement of the pituitary gland and *** laboratory tests revealed abnormal pituitary hormone levels,including an increased prolactin level,and decreased levels of insulin-like growth factor,dehydroepiandrosterone,and *** lesion was surgically *** histopathological examination of a tissue sample and an elevated serum IgG4 level confirmed the diagnosis of *** patient was treated with cortisone acetate postoperatively and made a good recovery without developing any neurological *** An elevated serum IgG4 concentration is the main clue for diagnosis of *** combined with laboratory testing is useful for preoperative diagnosis of IgG4-RH.

In the evolutionary model of dosage compensation,per-allele expression level of the X chromosome has been proposed to have twofold up-regulation to compensate its dose reduction in males(XY)compared to females(XX).However,the expression regulation of X-linked genes is still controversial,and comprehensive evaluations are still *** integrating multi-omics datasets in mammals,we investigated the expression ratios including X to autosomes(X:AA ratio)and X to orthologs(X:XX ratio)at the transcriptome,translatome,and proteome *** revealed a dynamic spatial-temporal X:AA ratio during development in humans and ***,by tracing the evolution of orthologous gene expression in chickens,platypuses,and opossums,we found a stable expression ratio of X-linked genes in humans to their autosomal orthologs in other species(X:XX1)across tissues and developmental stages,demonstrating stable dosage compensation in *** also found that different epigenetic regulations contributed to the high tissue specificity and stage specificity of X-linked gene expression,thus affecting X:AA *** could be concluded that the dynamics of X:AA ratios were attributed to the different gene contents and expression preferences of the X chromosome,rather than the stable dosage compensation.

In this paper,the voltammetric behaviours of Ag cylinder electrode in 1 mol/dm(3) KOH solution have been investigated in the presence of ultrasound irradiation. The results based on the CV, EIS and polarization measurements showed that ultrasound could enhance the mass transport, inhibit the oxygen evolution and increase the exchange current.

According to pathological examinations or the overall modified response evaluationcriteria in solid tumors (mRECIST) criterion, 48 and 34 nodules were divided into true progressionand pseudo-progression groups, respectively. The TACE-treated area, peritumoral liver zone, andfar-tumoral zone were evaluated on DKI-derived metric maps. Non-parametric U test and receiveroperating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis were used to evaluate the prediction performance ofeach DKI metric between the two groups. The independent t-test was used to compare each DKImetric between the peritumoral and far-tumoral zones of the true progression *** metrics, including mean diffusivity (MD), axial diffusivity (DA), radial diffusivity (DR), axialkurtosis (KA), and anisotropy fraction of kurtosis (Fak), showed statistically different valuesbetween the true progression and pseudo-progression groups (P < 0.05). Among these, MD, DA,and DR values were higher in pseudo-progression lesions than in true progression lesions,whereas KA and FAk values were higher in true progression lesions than in pseudo-progressionlesions. Intramolecular Charge Transfer-Enhanced BODIPY Photosensitizer in Photoinduced Electron Transfer and Its Application to Photoxidation under Mild Condition

Photoinduced electron transfer process is a crucial step in photooxidation to obtain synthetic chemicals. How- ever, the driving forces of electron transfer as priority in all have been rarely studied in stepwise detail. Herein, we report a series of BODIPY derivatives with an emphasis on the intramolecular charge transfer, enhancing the key step of photoinduced electron transfer process and photooxidation performances. A series of novel BODIPY photosensitizers （B-1--B-5） were prepared, wherein diethylamine amino of B-3 as charge injection group was conjugated to the 2,6-diiodo-styryl-BODIPY, and the electron transfer impetus was enhanced 1.6 times due to its more negative redox potentials. These results were also confirmed by the DFT/TDDFT calculation. Without pure oxygen, B-3 still can exhibit an exceptional performance in photoxidative aromatization of 1,4-DHP under mild condition. After irradiation for 28 rain, the conversion rate came to 98.2%.
