Aims:The aim of this study is to investigate nurses’research capacity and related training needs in Shanghai to provide evidence to further nursing research *** and Methods:A cross-sectional design with a convenience sample of 1226 clinical registered nurses,including the Nursing Research Capacity of Self-Evaluation Questionnaire and Research Training Needs Form,was recruited from 14 public hospitals in Shanghai,*** the influencing factors of nurses’research capacity were ***:The mean score of nurses’research capacity was(46.25±22.90)in Shanghai,that was at a low-to-medium *** influencing factors of nurses’research capacity including age(F=15.983,P<0.001),education(F=20.738,P<0.001),professional title(F=6.993,P=0.001),working years(F=7.803,P<0.001),department(F=8.545,P<0.001),and position(F=−3.354,P=0.001).The most critical factor is the time to participate a study(P<0.001).And what the nurses demanded were writing skills,special lectures,and participating in colleagues’projects ***:Nurse’s scientific research capacity still needs to be improved in *** key to improving this situation is the individualized scientific research training and education for nurses and the practice of more participation in scientific research projects.

Ce-Zr compounds such as Cc0.68Zr0.3202 solid solution, Ce/Zr nitrate and CeO2/ZrO2 were added into γ-alumina-based slurries, which were then loaded on FeCrAl foils pretreated at 950℃ and 1100℃. The microstructures and adhesion performance between the substrates and the washcoats were measured by SEM, BET surface area, ultrasonic vibration and thermal shock test. The results show that the addition of Ce0.68Zr0.32O2 solid solution, Ce/Zr nitrate and CeO2/ZrO2 into the slurries can improve γ-Al2O3-based washcoat adhesion on FeCrAl foils. Furthermore, ceria-zirconia solid solution increases the adhesion of the washcoat on the surface of an FeCrAl foil than the two others. The specific surface area of this washcoat remains about 4345 m^2/g and the weight loss is below 4.0% even after aging test of 10% steam-containing air at 1050℃ for 20 h.

The regenerative capacity of peripheral nerves is limited after nerve injury.A number of growth factors modulate many cellular behaviors,such as proliferation and migration,and may contribute to nerve repair and *** previous study observed the dynamic changes of genes in L4–6 dorsal root ganglion after rat sciatic nerve crush using transcriptome *** current study focused on upstream growth factors and found that a total of 19 upstream growth factors were dysregulated in dorsal root ganglions at 3,9 hours,1,4,or 7 days after nerve crush,compared with the 0 hour ***-six rat models of sciatic nerve crush injury were prepared as described ***,they were divided into six groups to measure the expression changes of representative genes at 0,3,9 hours,1,4 or 7 days post *** current study measured the expression levels of representative upstream growth factors,including nerve growth factor,brain-derived neurotrophic factor,fibroblast growth factor 2 and amphiregulin genes,and explored critical signaling pathways and biological process through bioinformatic *** data revealed that many of these dysregulated upstream growth factors,including nerve growth factor,brain-derived neurotrophic factor,fibroblast growth factor 2 and amphiregulin,participated in tissue remodeling and axon growth-related biological processes Therefore,the experiment described the expression pattern of upstream growth factors in the dorsal root ganglia after peripheral nerve *** analysis revealed growth factors that may promote repair and regeneration of damaged peripheral *** animal surgery procedures were performed in accordance with Institutional Animal Care Guidelines of Nantong University and ethically approved by the Administration Committee of Experimental Animals,China(approval No.20170302-017)on March 2,2017.

For a long time,vaccination and herd immunity were considered to be the magic solution for controlling coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,the emergence of new variants altered people’s expectations and prolonged the pandemic duration,especially the Omicron strain with substantially increased transmissibility and decreased vaccine ***,we are in urgent need of a practical solution to resume regular life to some extent,while mitigating COVID-19 risks in the tight race between vaccine rollouts and virus *** commentary proposed that bubble strategy(or closed loop management),utilized in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and to be implemented in Beijing 2022 Winter Games,could serve as a novel technique of nonpharmaceutical interventions in coping with such a situation.

Neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) of the gallbladder is a rare subtype of gallbladder tumor. Here, we report two cases of NEC in two patients initially suspected to have gallbladder carcinoma. No specific symptoms or abnormal blood test results were observed preoperatively. Abdominal computed tomography scans indicated intraluminal masses in the gallbladder and lymph node enlargement in the hepatic hilum. Radical cholecystectomy and regional lymphadenectomy were performed. The first patient also presented with liver invasion and therefore underwent resection of liver segment IV. A diagnosis of NEC was made upon postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining according to the WHO Classification of Tumors of the Digestive System (2010). One tumor was identified as poorly differentiated NEC and the other as poorly differentiated mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining data from both tumors showed positivity for chromogranin A and synaptophysin. The first patient received 4 cycles of chemotherapy consisting of cisplatin and etoposide. No metastases or recurrence were observed 12 mo following surgery. The second patient refused chemotherapy and presented with tumor recurrence 4 mo after surgery. In conclusion, NEC of the gallbladder is an aggressive tumor and the identification of a standardized optimal treatment still requires further research. Our experience together with published studies suggests that radical surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy may improve the prognosis.

Fishway research is important for mitigating the fragmentation of river habitats caused by hydraulic *** vertical slit fishway is a broadly used fishway type because of its high efficiency and adaptability to water ***,the resulting vortex current disrupts the fish passage hence directly affecting fish *** study aims to accurately capture the vortex structure in the fishway and analyze the effect of vortex elements(vortex structure,vortex intensity,etc.)on *** conducted an analysis of the 3-D current flow field in the fishway through the utilization of an experimental model and the large eddy simulation(LES)***,we captured the vortex information in the fishway at different flow rates using the Liutex vortex identification method and investigated the effect of the vortex on fish *** results revealed that the structures inside the fishway pool occupy most of the room,however,the areas with higher vortex strength were primarily located in the vortex near the vertical seam and the mainstream,the vortex strength inside the fishway gradually increases with increasing flow,suppressing fish *** experienced significantly increased resistance when encountering strong *** suggests that the vortex may act as a physical barrier to fish *** findings highlight the potential negative effects of vortex on fish movement and reiterate the importance of understanding vortex dynamics for aquatic environmental *** an effective tool for identifying vortices in fluid flow,the Liutex method demonstrates features of vortex within the fishway,thereby providing important insights into the interaction between fluid dynamics and aquatic organisms.

AIM: To evaluate the infection and genotype distribution of hepatitis B virus(HBV) in ethnic groups in Yunnan, ***: Two thousand five hundred and eightyfour asymptomatic local people from 10 ethnic groups were investigated in Yunnan, China. Infection and genotype distribution were evaluated by serological and genetic methods. Genotyping was verified by sequencing. Ethnic genotype distribution was compared by proportion test. RESULTS: Four types of infection model based on HBV serum markers were identified, and the average HBV infection rate was 5.7% in those asymptomatic local people. The genotype prevalence was 59.6% for B, 21.1% for C and 19.3% BC; subgenotypes Ba, Cs and Ce were identified in this study. Hepatitis B surface antigen-positive rate and the proportion of genotype B were significantly lower in ethnic groups with a northern origin compared to those with a southern origin(50% vs 73.9%, P = 0.037; 4.2% vs 10.5%, P = 0.000).CONCLUSION: Genotype B is dominant and genotype BC has high occurrence in asymptomatic local ethnic groups in Yunnan. HBV infection status and genotype distribution may associate with ethnic origin.
