Tree species classification using deep learning and RGB optical images obtained by an unmanned aerial vehicle

The diversity of tree species and the complexity of land use in cities create challenging issues for tree species *** combination of deep learning methods and RGB optical images obtained by unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) provides a new research direction for urban tree species *** proposed an RGB optical image dataset with 10 urban tree species,termed TCC10,which is a benchmark for tree canopy classification(TCC).TCC10 dataset contains two types of data:tree canopy images with simple backgrounds and those with complex *** objective was to examine the possibility of using deep learning methods(AlexNet,VGG-16,and ResNet-50) for individual tree species *** results of convolutional neural networks(CNNs) were compared with those of K-nearest neighbor(KNN) and BP neural *** results demonstrated:(1) ResNet-50 achieved an overall accuracy(OA) of 92.6% and a kappa coefficient of 0.91 for tree species classification on TCC10 and outperformed AlexNet and VGG-16.(2) The classification accuracy of KNN and BP neural network was less than70%,while the accuracy of CNNs was relatively higher.(3)The classification accuracy of tree canopy images with complex backgrounds was lower than that for images with simple *** the deciduous tree species in TCC10,the classification accuracy of ResNet-50 was higher in summer than that in ***,the deep learning is effective for urban tree species classification using RGB optical images.

在一些娱乐以及虚拟现实等应用中需要对现实世界进行真实感地建模和绘制,从而提升自然场景的逼真度,使用户具有更佳的沉浸感.然而,由于树木在形态结构上所具有的复杂性和多样性,给真实感建模和绘制树木带来了诸多挑战.文中回顾了过去几十年中,在树木的枝干、树叶以及树皮的真实感建模和绘制方面所取得的主要成果.首先将树木枝干的建模工作分为四大类进行分析和讨论;然后介绍树叶和树皮在精确几何建模及真实感绘制方面的工作;最后总结这些工作各自的特点及主要适用的场合,并进一步探讨了当前存在的问题及今后的研究方向.

Expression of oncoproteins c-fos and c jun in hypertrophic scars and chronic dermal ulcers and their regulation of basic fibroblast growth factor

Objective　To explore the characteristics of oncoprotein expression of c-fos and c-jun in hypertrophic scars and chronic dermal ulcers and their regulation of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Methods　Tissues of hypertrophic scars (n=8), chronic dermal ulcers (n=8) and normal skin (n=5) were taken from 21 patients with burns and chronic dermal ulcers in operation. The ABC immunohistochemical method was used to characterize the gene product expression of c-fos, c-jun and bFGF in the above tissues. Results　In normal skin, both c-fos and c-jun protein expression and bFGF protein expression were observed. The signals of both oncoproteins were localized mainly in subcutaneous fibroblasts, but, positive expression of the bFGF protein was mainly in keratinocytes. In hypertrophic scars, positive expression of both oncoproteins could be found mainly in fibroblasts, but bFGF was mainly in fibroblasts and endothelial cells. In chronic dermal ulcers, endothelial cells, some of inflammatory cells and fibroblasts were positive for both of oncoproteins, but the expression of bFGF was only seen in fibroblasts and endothelial cells. Conclusions　The results indicate that the interaction between both oncoproteins and bFGF exists, and the regulating action between protooncogenes and bFGF is a major course in wound healing. The different expressions of c-fos and c-jun gene products play an important role in regulate bFGF action, thus affecting wound healing.

OBJECTIVE: To obtain information about the quality of scars of healed venous leg ulcers compared with intact skin on the opposite leg by using high-frequency ultrasound. METHODS: Twenty-eight patients (16 women, 12 men, aged 31 - 89 years) whose venous ulcers had healed and scars formed were included in this study. The echogenicities of scars were measured with a 20 MHz high-frequency ultrasound Dermascan. The thickness of epidermis and dermis was assessed and the number of low echogenic pixels (LEPs) in the papillary dermis and reticular dermis were counted using image analysis software. Research on Anti-Fluctuation Control of Winding Tension System Based on Feedforward Compensation

In the fiber winding process,strong disturbance,uncertainty,strong coupling,and fiber friction complicate the winding constant tension *** order to effectively reduce the influence of these problems on the tension output,this paper proposed a tension fluctuation rejection strategy based on feedforward *** addition to the bias harmonic curve of the unknown state,the tension fluctuation also contains the influence of bounded noise.A tension fluctuation observer(TFO)is designed to cancel the uncertain periodic signal,in which the frequency generator is used to estimate the critical parameter ***,the fluctuation signal is reconstructed by a third-order auxiliary *** estimated signal feedforward compensates for the actual tension ***,a time-varying parameters fractional-order PID controller(TPFOPID)is realized to attenuate the bounded noise in the ***,TPFOPID is enhanced by TFO and applied to control a tension control system considering multi-source *** stability of the method is analyzed by using the Lyapunov ***,numerical simulations verify that the proposed scheme improves the tracking ability and robustness of the system in response to tension fluctuations.

CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cell has been extensively studied due to its exceptional thermal stability and relatively stable perovskite phase ***,the presence of bromine leads to a rapid crystallization rate of CsPbI2Br films,resulting in small grain size and high defect ***,CsPbI2Br demonstrates poor light absorption due to its wide ***,it is crucial to control the crystallization rate and increase the film thickness to reduce defect density,enhance light absorption,and improve photovoltaic *** this study,we utilized a PbAc2-incorporated twice spincoating（PTS） process to address these ***,PbAc2was added to the CsPbI2Br precursor solution to form a CsPbI2Br film,which was then coated with the CsPbI2Br precursor solution to produce the PTS film,Ac-can delay the perovskite crystallization,leading to the formation of thicker and denser CsPbI2Br ***,lone-pair electrons of the oxygen atom provided by Ac-formed coordination bonds with under-coordinated Pb2+ions to fill halogen ion vacancies,thereby reducing the defect ***,the PTS CsPbI2Br device achieved a peak power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 16.19% and maintained 96.7% of its initial PCE over 1500 h at room temperature under 25% relative humidity without any encapsulation.

The study was to map the linear B-cell epitopes on Eastern equine encephalitis virus(EEEV) E2 glycoprotein by *** preparation of recombinant EEEV E2 glycoprotein was according to the instructions of the Bac-to-Bac Baculovirus Expression System and Ni-nitrilotriacetic acid affinity chromatography was used for the *** purified recombinant EEEV E2 protein was used as antigen for the generation of E2-specific pAbs and *** E2 protein-reactive antibody titers of the final immunization demonstrated that the titer of pAbs was over 1:10 and 51 hybridomas stably secreting mAbs against E2 protein were developed by indirect ELISA and *** IFA with Sf9 insect cells infected with BACV-E2 showed that all the 51 mAbs could react positively with EEEV E2 protein whereas no reaction was detected on the Sf9 cells infected with wild type ***,the IFA with BHK transfected with pShuttle-E2 demonstrated a different result that 45 mAbs could react positively with EEEV E2 protein while no reaction was found on other 6 *** heavy chain subtypes of 51 mAbs contained IgG1,Ig2a and IgM with only one type light chain,a k light chain. 为探索30Cr16Mo1VN钢最佳的热处理工艺,采用冲击、拉伸试验机、洛氏硬度计、OM、SEM、XRD、TEM研究了淬、回火温度对该钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:该钢最佳的淬火温度为1050℃,淬火后存在少量M;C;碳化物和M;N氮化物阻碍晶界迁移,其平均晶粒尺寸为14.1μm,而大部分碳/氮化物固溶进基体中,导致Ms点降低,残留奥氏体含量增至59.2%。经-73℃冷处理后,大量残留奥氏体转变成马氏体,硬度提高至57 HRC。该钢300℃回火时具有良好的强韧性匹配,抗拉强度达2030 MPa,断面收缩率为10.0%。回火后基体发生回复,位错密度降低,随回火温度的升高,基体上析出细小弥散的球状碳化物阻碍位错运动产生二次硬化,450℃回火时出现硬度峰值。回火温度低于500℃时,该钢的硬度值皆大于55 HRC,具有良好的回火稳定性。

利用热模拟试验机在变形温度为1073～1423 K,应变速率为0.01～10 s^(-1)的条件下对23Cr-2.2Ni-6.3Mn-0.26N节Ni型双相不锈钢动态再结晶行为进行研究。结果表明,试样在低温高应变速率变形时以两相动态回复(DRV)为主,而在高温低应变速率变形时以奥氏体动态再结晶(DRX)为主,且在0.01和0.1 s^(-1)较低应变速率下,奥氏体相再结晶晶粒尺寸随变形温度升高而增大。试样的软化机制与Z参数有关,在低Z值条件下,热变形软化以奥氏体相DRX为主。基于热变形方程得到试样的表观应力指数为5.18,热变形表观激活能为391.16 kJ/mol,并利用Sellars双曲正弦模型建立了峰值流变应力与Z参数关系本构方程。DRX临界应力随应变速率增加和变形温度减小而增大,DRX临界应变随变形温度减小而增加,且随应变速率增加(0.1～10 s^(-1))在较低变形温度下先增大后减小。确定了DRX临界应力(应变)和峰值应力(应变)的关系,DRX特征参数和Z参数相关模型,以及奥氏体相DRX体积分数模型。利用所建模型对DRX行为进行预测,表明应变速率增加和变形温度下降会推迟DRX发生。
