Situation reasoning for an adjustable autonomy system

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to provide a more capable and holistic adjustable autonomy system,involving situation reasoning among all involved information sources,to make an adjustable autonomy system which knows what the situation is currently,what needs to be done in the present situation,and how risky the task is in the present *** will enhance efficiency for calculating the level of ***/methodology/approach–Situation reasoning methodologies are present in many autonomous systems which are called situation *** awareness in autonomous systems is divided into three levels,situation perception,situation comprehension and situation *** awareness in these systems aims to make the tactical plans cognitive,but situation reasoning in adjustable autonomous systems aim to communicate mission assessments to unmanned vehicle or ***,in solving this problem,it is important to design a new situation reasoning module for the adjustable autonomous ***–The contribution of this paper is presenting the Situation Reasoning Module(SRM)for an adjustable autonomous system,which encapsulates event detection,cognitive situations,cognitive tasks,performance capacity assessment and integrated situation *** paper concludes by demonstrating the benefits of the SRM in a real-world scenario,a situation reasoning simulation in unmanned surface vehicles(USV)while performing a navigation ***/value–The method presented in this paper represents a new SRM to reason the situation for adjustable autonomous *** the results presented in the paper are based on fuzzy logic and Bayesian network *** results of this paper can be applicable to land,sea and air robotics in an adjustable autonomous system.

Research on stock trend prediction method based on optimized random forest

As a complex hot problem in the financial field,stock trend forecasting uses a large amount of data and many related indicators;hence it is difficult to obtain sustainable and effective results only by relying on empirical *** in the field of machine learning have proved that random forest can form better judgements on this kind of problem,and it has an auxiliary role in the prediction of stock *** study uses historical trading data of four listed companies in the USA stock market,and the purpose of this study is to improve the performance of random forest model in medium-and long-term stock trend *** study applies the exponential smoothing method to process the initial data,calculates the relevant technical indicators as the characteristics to be selected,and proposes the D-RF-RS method to optimize random *** the random forest is an ensemble learning model and is closely related to decision tree,D-RF-RS method uses a decision tree to screen the importance of features,and obtains the effective strong feature set of the model as ***,the parameter combination of the model is optimized through random parameter *** experimental results show that the average accuracy of random forest is increased by 0.17 after the above process optimization,which is 0.18 higher than the average accuracy of light gradient boosting machine *** with the performance of the ROC curve and Precision–Recall curve,the stability of the model is also guaranteed,which further demonstrates the advantages of random forest in medium-and long-term trend prediction of the stock market.

With the continuous development of machine learning and the increasing complexity of financial data analysis,it is more popular to use models in the field of machine learning to solve the hot and difficult problems in the financial *** improve the effectiveness of stock trend prediction and solve the problems in time series data processing,this paper combines the fuzzy affiliation function with stock-related technical indicators to obtain nominal data that can widely reflect the constituent stocks in the case of time series changes by analysing the S&P 500 ***,in order to optimise the current machine learning algorithm in which the setting and adjustment of hyperparameters rely too much on empirical knowledge,this paper combines the deep forest model to train the stock data *** experimental results show that(1)the accuracy of the extreme random forest and the accuracy of the multi-grain cascade forest are both higher than that of the gated recurrent unit(GRU)model when the un-fuzzy index-adjusted dataset is used as features for input,(2)the accuracy of the extreme random forest and the accuracy of the multigranular cascade forest are improved by using the fuzzy index-adjusted dataset as features for input,(3)the accuracy of the fuzzy index-adjusted dataset as features for inputting the extreme random forest is improved by 18.89% compared to that of the un-fuzzy index-adjusted dataset as features for inputting the extreme random forest and(4)the average accuracy of the fuzzy index-adjusted dataset as features for inputting multi-grain cascade forest increased by 5.67%.

A Study of the Catalyst and the Practical Significance of the Energy Cooperation Between China and Russia in the New Period

On 3,September,2015,China signed more than 20 cooperation agreements,six of which were about oil and gas. This is a breakthrough since the 400 billion natural gas supply deal which was signed in May 2014. These great achievements are inseparable from the continuous efforts of the new generation of collective leadership and multi- level and all- dimensional cooperation under the background of "China dream". This paper aims to discuss the stimulative factors of the developments and breakthroughs from the aspects of the internal efforts between the two governments and external influences of international environment. Lastly,the paper explores the great significance of energy cooperation between China and Russia to the realization of "China dream".

Optimization of hydrogen production from agricultural wastes using mixture design

Formation process and properties of hydrogen-producing granular sludge in UASB reactor

The granular sludge of microbial fermentation systems includes various biomass-degrading enzymes and different microflora,which have significant impacts on the degradation of biomass and the stability of the *** up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor was used to grow hydrogen-producing granular *** results showed that the formation of the granular sludge underwent four stages,i.e.,flocculation of the sludge,formation of the flocculent sludge,swelling of the flocculent sludge,and formation of the granular *** formed granular sludge mostly had regular spherical and ellipsoidal shapes with a fractal dimension of 2.08±0.4;the settling velocities were 0.84 cm/s to 1.96 cm/s in water,the porosity was *** shear sensitivity(Kss)of the granular sludge was *** granular sludge had a culture cycle of approximately 70 d and a hydrogen yield of 1.09 mol H2/mol glucose.

We report the construction of a graphene/tourmaline/TiO2(G/T/TiO2)composite system with enhanced charge‐carrier separation,and therefore enhanced photocatalytic properties,based on tailoring the surface‐charged state of graphene and/or by introducing an external electric field arising from tourmaline.A simple two‐step hydrothermal method was used to synthesize G/T/TiO2composites and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)‐G/T/*** the photocatalytic degradation of2‐propanol(IPA),the catalytic activity of the composite containing negatively charged graphene was higher than of the composite containing positively charged *** highest acetone evolution rate(223?mol/h)was achieved using the ternary composite with the optimum composition,i.e.,G0.5/T5/TiO2(0.5wt%graphene and5wt%tourmaline).The involvement of tourmaline and graphene in the composite is believed to facilitate the separation and transportation of electrons and holes photogenerated in *** synergetic effect could account for the enhanced photocatalytic activity of the G/T/TiO2composite.A mechanistic study indicated that O2??radicals and holes were the main reactive oxygen species in photocatalytic degradation of IPA.

The therapeutic efficiency of active targeting nanoparticulate drug delivery systems(nano-DDS)is highly compromised by the plasma proteins adsorption on nanoparticles(NPs)surface,which significantly hinders cell membrane receptors to recognize the designed ligands,and provokes the off-target toxicity and rapid clearance of NPs in ***,we report a novel dihydroartemisinin(DHA)-decorating nano-DDS that in situ specifically recruits endogenous apolipoprotein E(apoE)on the NPs *** apoE-anchored corona is able to prolong PLGA-PEG2000-DHA(PPD)NPs circulation capability in blood,facilitate NPs accumulating in tumor cells by the passive enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect and low-density lipoprotein receptor(LDLr)-mediated target transport,and ultimately improve the in vivo antitumor *** findings demonstrate that the strategy of in situ regulated apoE-enriched corona ensures NPs an efficient LDLr-mediated tumor-homing chemotherapy.
