Phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN)is a multifunctional gene involved in a variety of physiological and pathological *** RNAs(circRNAs)are generated from back-splicing events during mRNA processing and participate in cell biological processes through binding to RNAs or ***,PTEN-related circRNAs are largely ***,we report that circPTEN-mitochondria(MT)(hsa_circ_0002934)is a circular RNA encoded by exons 3,4,and 5 of PTEN and is a critical regulator of mitochondrial energy ***-MT is localized to mitochondria and physically associated with leucine-rich pentatricopeptide repeat-containing protein(LRPPRC),which regulates posttranscriptional gene expression in *** down circPTEN-MT reduces the interaction of LRPPRC and steroid receptor RNA activator(SRA)stem-loop interacting RNA binding protein(SliRP)and inhibits the polyadenylation of mitochondrial mRNA,which decreases the mRNA level of the mitochondrial complex I subunit and reduces mitochondrial membrane potential and adenosine triphosphate *** data demonstrate that circPTEN-MT is an important regulator of cellular energy *** study expands our understanding of the role of PTEN,which produces both linear and circular RNAs with different and independent functions.

Differences between lower extremity joint running kinetics captured by marker-based and markerless systems were speed dependent

Background:The development of computer vision technology has enabled the use of markerless movement tracking for biomechanical *** research has reported the feasibility of markerless systems in motion analysis but has yet to fully explore their utility for capturing faster movements,such as *** studies using markerless systems in clinical and sports settings are still ***,the present study compared running biomechanics estimated by marker-based and markerless *** running speed not only affects sports performance but is also associated with clinical injury prevention,diagnosis,and rehabilitation,we aimed to investigate the effects of speed on the comparison of estimated lower extremity joint moments and powers between markerless and marker-based technologies during treadmill running as a concurrent validating ***:Kinematic data from marker-based/markerless technologies were collected,along with ground reaction force data,from 16 young adults running on an instrumented treadmill at 3 speeds:2.24 m/s,2.91 m/s,and 3.58 m/s(5.0 miles/h,6.5 miles/h,and 8.0 miles/h).Sagittal plane moments and powers of the hip,knee,and ankle were calculated by inverse dynamic *** series analysis and statistical parametric mapping were used to determine system ***:Compared to the marker-based system,the markerless system estimated increased lower extremity joint kinetics with faster speed during the swing phase in most ***:Despite the promising application of markerless technology in clinical settings,systematic markerless overestimation requires focused *** on segment pose estimations,the centers of mass estimated by markerless technologies were farther away from the relevant distal joint centers,which led to greater joint moments and powers estimates by markerless ***-based *** differences were amplified by running speed.

In this paper,Let M_(n)denote the maximum of logarithmic general error distribution with parameter v≥***-order expansions for distributions of powered extremes M_(n)^(p)are derived under an optimal choice of normalizing *** is shown that M_(n)^(p),when v=1,converges to the Frechet extreme value distribution at the rate of 1/n,and if v>1 then M_(n)^(p)converges to the Gumbel extreme value distribution at the rate of(loglogn)^(2)=(log n)^(1-1/v).

Two-dimensional MoSe_(2) is a promising candidate for lithium-ion battery ***,its conductivity and lithium storage volumetric effect still need to be *** this work,W-doped MoSe_(2)/rGO paper-like microspheres are successfully prepared through ultrasonic spray pyrolysis,achieving optimization at both the microstructure and mesostructure to enhance the lithium storage performance of the ***,by utilizing the similar two-dimensional structure between MoSe_(2) and rGO,self-assembly is achieved through spray pyrolysis,resulting in a well-defined van der Waals heterostructure at the interface on the microscale,enhancing the electron and ion transfer capability of the ***,the mesoscale paper-like microsphere morphology provides additional volume expansion buffering ***,W-doping not only increases the interlayer spacing of MoSe_(2)(0.73 nm),thereby reducing the diffusion resistance of li+,but also allow for the modulation of the energy band structure of the *** functional theory(DFT)calculations confirm that W-doped MoSe_(2)/rGO exhibits the narrowest bandgap(0.892 eV).Therefore,the composite demonstrates excellent lithium storage performance,maintaining a specific capacity of 732.9 mAh·g^(-1)after 300 cycles at a current density of 1 A·g^(-1).

T-cell-based immunotherapy is gaining momentum in cancer treatment;however,our comprehension of the transcriptional regulation governing T cell antitumor activity remains *** objective of this study was to explore the function of interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF4)in antitumor CD8^(+)T cells using the TRAMP-C1 prostate cancer and B16F10 melanoma *** achieve this,we generated an Irf4^(GFP-DTR) mouse strain and discovered that CD8^(+)tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)expressing high levels of *** exhibited a more differentiated PD-1high cell *** administering diphtheria toxin to tumor-bearing Irf4^(GFP-DTR) mice,we partially depleted ***^(+)TILs and observed an accelerated tumor *** specifically explore the function of IRF4 in antitumor CD8^(+)T cells,we conducted 3 adoptive cell therapy(ACT)***,depleting ***^(+)CD8^(+)TILs derived from ACT significantly accelerated tumor growth,emphasizing their crucial role in controlling tumor ***,deleting the Irf4 gene in antitumor CD8^(+)T cells used for ACT led to a reduction in the frequency and effector differentiation of CD8^(+)TILs,completely abolishing the antitumor effects of ***,we performed a temporal deletion of the Irf4 gene in antitumor CD8^(+)T cells during ACT,starting from 20 days after tumor implantation,which significantly compromised tumor ***,sustained expression of IRF4 is essential for maintaining CD8^(+)T cell immunity in the melanoma model,and these findings carry noteworthy implications for the advancement of more potent immunotherapies for solid tumors.

Ethanol extract from radix of Actinidia chinensis and Evodiamine regulated CCR7 expression in SW480 cells

Objective To identify anti-tumor effects of the ethanol extract from radix of Actinidia chinensis(EERAC) and Evodiamine(Evo) on colon carcinoma SW480 cells,and investigate their regulation of CCR7 expression and the underlying mechanism in colon *** Radix of Actinidia chinensis was extracted by *** assay and growth curve method were used to detect the inhibition of SW480 cells after being treated with EERAC and ***-PCT and Western-blot were used to detect the CCR7 expression regulated by EERAC and Evo at the level of protein and mRNA respectively in SW480 *** MTT results showed that EERAC and Evo significantly inhibited the growth of SW480 cells with obvious time-and dose-dependent *** 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) of EERAC was 9.14 mg/mL,while the IC50 of Evo was 2.11 μg/***-PCR results showed that the expression of CCR7 mRNA in EERAC and Evo group was 29.99% and 18.03% respectively,which was obviously lower than that(56.27%) in control ***-blot proved that the expression of CCR7 protein in EERAC and Evo group was 29.03% and 15.28% respectively,which was also significantly reduced when compared to that of 42.48% in control *** Ethanol extract from radix of Actinidiae chinensis and Evodiamine could effectively inhibit proliferation and growth of SW480 cells,significantly down-regulate the functional expression of CCR7,and thereby suppress the tumor metastasis.

A Survey on College English Learning Burnou

Based on burnout theories and published researches in this field, a survey is done on non-majors＇ college English learning burnout through the methods of questionnaire and interview. A considerable degree of burnout is found among freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, regardless of gender, though there are gender differences in different aspects of learning burnout. Insights are drawn from the research data involving such aspects as learner autonomy, teaching style, curriculum design, rapport, modernized facilities, employment awareness, and so on, with an aim to suggest some strategies to overcome learning burnout and improve students＇ language competence. Future research might extend the present study to English majors and attempt a comparison in between.

Prescribed-time stabilization and inverse optimal control of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems

This paper investigates the prescribed-time state-feedback stabilization and prescribed-time inverse optimality problems for stochastic high-order nonlinear systems. First, a time-varying controller is designed by developing scaled quartic Lyapunov functions, which can guarantee that the system has a unique strong solution almost surely on the prescribed interval for any system initial conditions and that the states and the control converge to the origin in a mean-square form within the prescribed time. Then, the controller is redesigned to address the problem of prescribed-time inverse optimal mean-square stabilization. Finally,a concrete example is provided to confirm the efficiency of the proposed design schemes.

The intelligent detection technology driven by X-ray images and deep learning represents the forefront of advanced techniques and development trends in flaw detection and automated evaluation of light alloy ***,the efficacy of deep learning models hinges upon a substantial abundance of flaw *** existing research on X-ray image augmentation for flaw detection suffers from shortcomings such as poor diversity of flaw samples and low reliability of quality *** this end,a novel approach was put forward,which involves the creation of the Interpolation-Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network(I-DCGAN)for flaw detection image generation and a comprehensive evaluation algorithm named TOPSIS-IFP.I-DCGAN enables the generation of high-resolution,diverse simulated images with multiple appearances,achieving an improvement in sample diversity and quality while maintaining a relatively lower computational ***-IFP facilitates multi-dimensional quality evaluation,including aspects such as diversity,authenticity,image distribution difference,and image distortion *** results indicate that the X-ray radiographic images of magnesium and aluminum alloy castings achieve optimal performance when trained up to the 800th and 600th epochs,*** TOPSIS-IFP value reaches 78.7%and 73.8%similarity to the ideal solution,*** to single index evaluation,the TOPSIS-IFP algorithm achieves higher-quality simulated images at the optimal training *** approach successfully mitigates the issue of unreliable quality associated with single index *** image generation and comprehensive quality evaluation method developed in this paper provides a novel approach for image augmentation in flaw recognition,holding significant importance for enhancing the robustness of subsequent flaw recognition networks.
