＜正＞Femtosecond laser micromachining is a new approach emerging in MEMS area in recent years. Although some applications have been reported, this technology is still not matured and not understood very well. Femtosecond lasers currently show much promise as potential effective tools in micromachining or micro-system applications, which include industrial material processing, biomedicine, photonics, and semiconductors. This paper reviewed femtosecond laser technology with emphasis on mode-locked technology and chirped pulsed amplification （CPA）. We described the most important difference between femtosecond laser and traditional lasers, which is multiphoton absorption during laser material interaction. We introduced the configuration and principle of our femtosecond laser micromachining workstation and the status of micromachining with femtosecond laser pulses in the literature. Some advantages and applications such as processing different materials including transparent materials and creating very fine features （on the order of tens of nm） are presented. Finally, we suggested several future efforts that are parameter selection and optimization of micromachining processing, development of process and tolerance control algorithms, development of sensors and measurement methods, and development of the theory and methods of design for the femtosecond laser micromachining application. To achieve these targets effectively we proposed a "free force" 3D micromachining concept using lasers including femtosecond laser to create micro and nanostructures.

In this mechanism, the evolutionary design database is represented by a sequence of worlds corresponding to the design descriptions at different design stages. In each world, only the differences with its ancestor world are recorded. When the design descriptions in one world are changed, these changes arc then propagated to its descendant worlds automatically. Case study is conducted to show the effectiveness of this evolutionary design database model.

Research on Efficient Seismic Data Acquisition Methods Based on Sparsity Constraint

In actual exploration,the demand for 3D seismic data collection is increasing,and the requirements for data are becoming higher and ***,the collection cost and data volume also *** at this problem,we make use of the nature of data sparse expression,based on the theory of compressed sensing,to carry out the research on the efficient collection method of seismic *** combines the collection of seismic data and the compression in data processing in practical work,breaking through the limitation of the traditional sampling frequency,and the sparse characteristics of the seismic signal are utilized to reconstruct the missing *** focus on the key elements of the sampling matrix in the theory of compressed sensing,and study the methods of seismic data *** to the conditions that the compressed sensing sampling matrix needs to meet,we introduce a new random acquisition scheme,which introduces the widely used Low-density Parity-check(LDPC)sampling matrix in image processing into seismic exploration ***,its properties are discussed and its conditions for satisfying the sampling matrix in compressed sensing are *** the LDPC sampling method and the conventional data acquisition method are used to synthesize seismic data reconstruction *** reconstruction results,signal-to-noise ratio and reconstruction error are compared to verify the seismic data based on sparse *** LDPC sampling method improves the current seismic data reconstruction efficiency,reduces the exploration cost and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
