Porphyrins and their derivatives are excellent photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy(PDt).the modification of porphyrin molecules into metal-organic cages(MOCs)is a viable strategy to improve their *** this work,MOC C66 based on porphyrin was synthesised by a one-pot self-assembly *** three-dimensional structure of the metal-organic cage ameliorated the aggregation and selfquenching of porphyrins and increased the molar absorption coefficient in the visible light region,which enhanced the reactive oxygen species(ROS)yield of porphyrins and effectively improved the efficiency of photodynamic *** generation ability tests in solution confirmed the improved reactive oxygen capacity of the cage,which showed greater phototoxicity to HeLa and MCF-7 cells in vitro,suggesting a new strategy for future modifications of the simple synthesis of porphyrins as photosensitizers.

由于模式误差和初始误差所致,次季节-季节预报技巧整体偏低.国际上多数模式都采用集合预报的方式来提高次季节预报的准确率.热带大气季节内振荡(MJO)作为次季节尺度可预报性的重要来源,其预测水平取决于模式性能和MJO事件本身的物理特性.根据中国气象科学研究院气候系统模式次季节预测系统的回报结果,结合不同类型MJO事件的特征,对模式集合成员间的预报技巧进行了分类和比较.在集合成员预报技巧普遍较高的一类MJO事件中,对流异常信号持续时间较长,强度较大,强对流异常中心主要位于印度洋区域,并逐渐东传至西太平洋.在集合成员预报技巧多数较差的MJO事件中,对流异常信号的强度最弱,维持时间最短.在集合成员预报技巧优劣参半的类别中,MJO往往持续时间较短,强度较低,在后续传播过程中,对流异常中心多停驻在海洋性大陆区域.

Multiparty private set intersection(PSI)allows several parties,each holding a set of elements,to jointly compute the intersection without leaking any additional *** the development of cloud computing,PSI has a wide range of applications in privacy ***,it is complex to build an efficient.and reliable scheme to protect user *** address this issue,we propose EMPSI,an efficient PSI(with cardinality)protocol in a multiparty *** avoids using heavy cryptographic primitives(mainly rely on symmetric-key encryption)to achieve better *** addition,both PSI and PSI with the cardinality of EMPSI are secure against semi-honest adversaries and allow any number of colluding clients(at least one honest client).We also do experiments to compare EMPSI with some state-of-the-art *** experimental results show that proposed EMPSI(-CA)has better performance and is scalable in the number of clients and the set size.

O3-type layered oxides have garnered great attention as cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries because of their abundant reserves and high theoretical ***,challenges persist in the form of uncontrollable phase t.ansitions and intricate Na^(+)diffusion pathways during cycling,resulting in compromised structural stability and reduced capacity over *** study introduces a special approach employing site-specific Ca/F co-substitution within the layered structure of O_(3)-NaNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_(2) to effectively address these ***,the strategically site-specific doping of Ca into Na sites and F into O sites not only expands the Na^(+)diffusion pathways but also orchestrates a mild phase t.ansition by suppressing the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering and providing strong metal-oxygen bonding strength,*** as-synthesized Na_(0.95)Ca_(0.05)Ni_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_(1.95)F_(0.05)(NNMO-CaF)exhibits a mild O3→O3+O'3→P3 phase t.ansition with minimized interlayer distance variation,leading to enhanced structural integrity and stability over extended *** a result,NNMO-CaF delivers a high specific capacity of 119.5 mA h g^(-1)at a current density of 120 mA g^(-1)with a capacity retention of 87.1%after 100 *** study presents a promising strategy to mitigate the challenges posed by multiple phase t.ansitions and augment Na^(+)diffusion kinetics,thus paving the way for high-performance layered cathode materials in sodium-ion batteries.

Experimental study and numerical simulation of the impact of under-sleeper pads on the dynamic and static mechanical behavior of heavy-haul railway ballast track

Laying the under-sleeper pad(USP)is one of the effective measures commonly used to delay ballast degradation and reduce maintenance *** explore the impact of application of the USP on the dynamic and static mechanical behavior of the ballast track in the heavy-haul railway system,numerical simulation models of the ballast bed with USP and without USP are presented in this paper by using the discrete element method(DEM)-multi-flexible body dynamic(MFBD)coupling analysis *** ballast bed support stiffness test.and dynamic displacement tests were carried out on the actual operation of a heavy-haul railway line to verify the validity of the *** results show that using the USP results in a 43.01%reduction in the ballast bed support stiffness and achieves a more uniform distribution of track loads on the *** effectively reduces the load borne by the sleeper directly under the wheel load,with a 7.89%reduction in the pressure on the ***,the laying of the USP changes the lateral resistance sharing ratio of the ballast bed,significantly reducing the stress level of the ballast bed under train loads,with an average stress reduction of 42.19 *** also reduces the plastic displacement of ballast particles and lowers the peak value of rotational angular velocity by about 50%to 70%,which is conducive to slowing down ballast bed settlement deformation and reducing maintenance *** summary,laying the USP has a potential value in enhancing the stability and extending the lifespan of the ballast bed in heavy-haul railway systems.

Whispering gallery mode optical microresonators represent a promising avenue for realizing optical analogs of coherent light–atom interactions,circumventing experimental ***-optical analogs of Autler–townes splitting have been widely demonstrated,harnessing coupled optical microresonators,also known as photonic molecules,wherein the strong coupling between resonant fields enables energy level ***,we report the characterizations of Autler–townes splitting in waveguide-coupled microring dimers featuring mismatched *** exploiting backscattering-induced coupling via Rayleigh and Mie scatterers in individual rings,high-order Autler–townes splitting has been realized,yielding supermode hybridization in a multi-level *** resonance detuning using an integrated phase shifter,intra-cavity coupling-induced splitting becomes almost indistinguishable at the zero-detuning point where the strong inter-cavity coupling counteracts the imbalance of backscattering strengths in individual *** demonstrations on the maturing silicon photonics platform,our findings establish a framework of electrically tunable photonic molecules for coupling-mediated Autler–townes splitting,offering promising prospects for on-chip signal generation and processing across classical and quantum regimes.
