头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)在全球最常见的恶性肿瘤中位居第六,晚期患者转移并复发率高,预后较差,为患者家庭和社会经济带来严重损失。靶向药物结合经典放化疗的个性化方案有望提高治疗功效并延长生存期。磷脂酰肌醇3?激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)在HNSCC中普遍存在过度激活,是控制肿瘤发生、发展及研发靶向药物的重要通路。本文就PI3K/Akt/mTOR通路应用于HNSCC靶向治疗的个体性差异发生的潜在机制,以及临床试验取得的进展与目前所面临的困境进行探讨,拟为HNSCC的临床靶向治疗提供参考思路,从而提高患者的生存质量。

The pollution of antibiotics in aquatic environments has received extensive ***,research on antibiotic contamination in river-lake systems,a significant form of modern aquatic environments,still needs to be *** study focuses on the Chaohu Basin(China)investigating the occurrence characteristics,influencing factors,and risk assessments of antibiotics in the river-lake *** total antibiotic concentrations in the water phase and sediment phase were 3.14–1887.49 ng/L and 0.92–1553.75 ng/g,*** was the predominant antibiotic in the water phase,whereas tetracycline prevailed in the sediment *** differences in concentration and structural composition of antibiotics between the tributaries(river system)and Chaohu Lake were observed,indicating the involvement of various geochemical processes in the attenuation of antibiotics during transport to the receiving *** analysis suggested that the western river is the primary source of antibiotics in Chaohu *** nutrient influx in heavily polluted areas is crucial to addressing the escalating issue of antibiotic pollution in the river-lake *** widespread occurrence of clindamycin in the waters is likely due to wastewater treatment plant discharges,and high-intensity human activities continue to exacerbate antibiotic *** assessment indicated that sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,lincomycin,and clindamycin ranked in the top four with the highest risks to the most sensitive aquatic ***,the antibiotics presented no risk to consumer *** study provides valuable insights for controlling antibiotic pollution in riverlake systems.

Geochronology and Geochemistry of Middle–Late Ordovician Granites and Gabbros in the Erguna Region,NE China:Implications for the Tectonic Evolution of the Erguna Massif

Zircon U-Pb ages, Hf isotope data and whole-rock major and trace element data for the Middle to Late Ordovician gabbros and granites in the Erguna Massif, NE China were presented in this paper. The petrogenesis of these rocks and the Early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the massif were discussed. Zircons from the granites and gabbros are of magmatic origin based on their cathodoluminescence（CL） images. The 206Pb/238 U ages obtained from 20 spots on zircons from the granites range from 446±9 to 464±10 Ma, yielding a weighted mean age of 455±10 Ma; and 16 spots on zircons from the gabbros range from 465±10 to 466±7 Ma, yielding a weighted mean age of 465±2 Ma. Chemically, the Late Ordovician granites in the Erguna Massif are weakly peraluminous and similar to A-type granites. The granites and gabbros are all enriched in light rare earth elements and large ion lithophile elements（e.g., Rb, K）, and depleted in heavy rare earth elements and high field strength elements（e.g., Nb, Ta, and Ti）; they all exhibit marked negative Eu anomalies. Their zircon εHf（t） values range mainly from ＋1.86 to ＋6.21（for the granites） and ＋1.39 to ＋3.89（for the gabbros）, except for one spot with a value of-0.27（for a gabbro）. The TDM1 ages for the gabbros and TDM2 ages for the granites vary from 928 to 1 091 Ma and from 1 287 to 1 675 Ma, respectively. It is concluded that the primary magma of the granites could have been derived by partial melting of Mesoproterozoic newly accreted crustal material, whereas the primary magma of the gabbros originated by partial melting of a depleted mantle wedge that had been metasomatized by fluids derived from a subducted slab. These Middle-Late Ordovician granites and gabbros constitute a typical bimodal igneous rock association, implying an extensional environment that was probably related to the post-collisional development of the Erguna and xing＇an massifs in the early Early Paleozoic.

In eukaryotes,microtubule polymers are essential for cellular plasticity and fate ***-binding(EB)proteins serve as scaffolds for orchestrating microtubule polymer dynamics and are essential for cellular dynamics and chromosome segregation in ***,we show that EB1 forms molecular condensates with TIP150 and MCAK through liquid–liquid phase separation to compartmentalize the kinetochore–microtubule plus-end machinery,ensuring accurate kinetochore–microtubule interactions during chromosome segregation in *** of EB1–TIP150 polymer formation by a competing peptide prevents phase separation of the EB1-mediated complex and chromosome alignment at the metaphase equator in both cultured cells and Drosophila ***220 of EB1 is dynamically acetylated by p300/CBP-associated factor in early mitosis,and persistent acetylation at Lys220 attenuates phase separation of the EB1-mediated complex,dissolves droplets in vitro,and harnesses accurate chromosome *** data suggest a novel framework for understanding the organization and regulation of eukaryotic spindle for accurate chromosome segregation in mitosis.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊主轴的现状进行了简要介绍,结合铝合金搅拌摩擦焊存在的不足及今后的发展趋势,在分析研究主轴关键结构的基础上,考虑目前现有铝合金搅拌摩擦焊主轴的结构,设计一种新型的复合式铝合金搅拌摩擦焊主轴。此复合式铝合金搅拌摩擦焊主轴设计有中空气冷和散热筋结构,可较好地解决搅拌摩擦焊接过程存在的主轴冷却散热密封、锁紧搅拌头快速更换等问题,通过气腔压力调节、齿条键槽结构和直线轴承结构实现主轴回抽滑移,实现铝合金搅拌摩擦焊主轴点焊的功能,消除焊接遗留的匙孔。

对搅拌摩擦焊技术发展进行了简要介绍,分析了搅拌摩擦焊中工艺影响因素,结合目前电主轴的发展趋势——动静压电主轴,在铝合金搅拌摩擦焊电主轴单元关键技术研究的基础上,确定电主轴的工艺参数,设计研发一种新型的立式搅拌摩擦焊动静压电主轴,具有自动调节负荷的功能,并对主轴的结构设计、油腔结构和运行状态进行详细的介绍,并利用Solid Works Simulation对转子轴静态受力进行模态分析,经初步检测符合设计要求。较好地解决了搅拌摩擦焊主轴适用材料窄、滚动轴承寿命短、转轴承载负荷过大和主轴可靠性差等问题。
