Free-standing silicon anodes with high proportion of active materials have aroused great attention;however,the mechanical stability and electrochemical performance are severely ***,to resolve the appeal issues,a free-standing anode with a"corrugated paper"shape on micro-scale and a topological crosslinking network on the submicron and nano-scale is ***,an integrated three-dimensional electrode structure is constructed based on robust carbon nanotubes network with firmly anchored SiNPs via forming interlocking *** which,the hierarchical interlocking structure is achieved by directional induction of the binder,which ensures well integration during cycling so that significantly enhances mechanical stability as well as electronic and ionic conductivity of *** from it,this anode exhibits outsta nding performance under harsh service conditions including high Si loading,ultrahigh areal capacity(33.2 mA h cm^(-2)),and high/low temperatures(-15-60℃),which significantly extends its practical ***,the optimization mechanism of this electrode is explored to verify the crack-healing and structure-integration maintaining along cycling via a unique self-stabilization ***,from both the fundamental and engineering views,this strategy offers a promising path to produce high-performance free-standing electrodes for flexible device applications especially facing volume effect challenges.

Iron-based catalysts have been widely used to treat refractory organic pollutants in *** this paper,magnetic Co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)was synthesized by a facile tartaric acid-assisted hydrothermal method,and Co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2) nanocomposite catalyst was obtained via in situ growth of MoS_(2) nanosheets on Co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)*** nanocomposite catalysts were used to decompose bisphenol A(BPA)by activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS).It was shown that only 0.15 g/L catalyst and 0.5 mmol/L PMS degraded 10 mg/L of BPA(99.3%within 10 min)in the pH range of 3–*** was activated due to redox cycling among the pairs Co(III)/Co(II),Fe(III)/Fe(II),and Mo(VI)/Mo(IV).Quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy demonstrated that both radical and non-radical pathways were involved in BPA degradation,in which active radical sulfate radical and non-radical singlet oxygen were the main reactive oxygen *** intermediates were identified by liquid chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry,and three possible BPA degradation pathways were *** toxicity of several degradation intermediates was lower,and Co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2) exhibited excellent reusability and could be magnetically recovered.

The hurdle technology for food preservation effectively addresses the limitations of individual antimicrobial technologies by integrating their strengths. It can not only prolong the storage time of food but also maintains its high quality. In this study， three antimicrobial and bactericidal technologies， namely soluble gas stabilization (SGS)， modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)， and cold plasma (CP)， were applied to chilled chicken breasts. The packaging， total viable count， and physicochemical properties of chilled chicken breasts after treatments and storage at 4℃ were monitored. The microbial diversity at the initial and end points of the storage time of each group was also analyzed. The results indicated that a (3-5) h SGS treatment can effectively increase the proportion of carbon dioxide in the MAP during the storage process of chilled chicken breasts， thereby alleviating the packaging collapse problem. Simultaneously， the effect of SGS， MAP， and CP combinational treatments significantly extended the storage time of chilled chicken breasts while maintaining the physicochemical qualities of samples. Compared to the control group， the total viable count (TVC) of chicken breast treated with SGS， MAP， and CP treatments decreased by 0.58 log CFU/g at 0 d. The shelf life was extended by 5 days. After 8 d， the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) was 26.67 vs 19.50 mg/100g， thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) was 0.99 vs 0.72 mg MDA/kg， and TVC was 8.22 vs 6.52 log CFU/g. High-throughput sequencing results showed that SGS and MAP treatments significantly reduce the proportion of Pseudomonas and Psychrobacter， which are sensitive to carbon dioxide， in the total bacterial genera. This study underscores the potential of integrating multiple antimicrobial technologies for effective food preservation.

In this study,a hybrid model,the convolutional neural network-support vector regression model,was adopted to achieve prediction of the NO_(2)profile in Nanjing from January 2019to March *** the sudden decline in NO_(2)in February 2020,the contribution of the Coronavirus Disease-19(COVID-19)lockdown,Chinese New Year(CNY),and meteorologi cal conditions to the reduction of NO_(2)was ***_(2)vertical column densities(VCDs) from January to March 2020 decreased by 59.05%and 32.81%,relative to the same period in 2019 and 2021,*** the period of 2020 COVID-19,the average NO_(2)VCDs were 50.50%and 29.96%lower than those during the pre-lockdown and post-lockdown pe riods,*** NO_(2)volume mixing ratios(VMRs)during the 2020 COVID-19 lock down significantly decreased below 400 *** NO_(2)VMRs under the different wind fields were significantly lower during the lockdown period than during the pre-lockdown period This phenomenon could be attributed to the 2020 COVID-19 *** NO_(2)VMRs be fore and after the CNY were significantly lower in 2020 than in 2019 and 2021 in the same period,which further proves that the decrease in NO_(2)in February 2020 was attributed to the COVID-19 *** source analysis of an NO_(2)pollution episode during the lockdown period showed that the polluted air mass in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was trans ported southwards under the action of the north wind,and the subsequent unfavorable meteorological conditions(local wind speed of<2.0 m/sec)resulted in the accumulation o pollutants.

Alveolar bone regeneration has been strongly linked to macrophage polarization.M1 macrophages aggravate alveolar bone loss,whereas M2 macrophages reverse this ***(BBR),a natural alkaloid isolated and refined from Chinese medicinal plants,has shown therapeutic effects in treating metabolic *** this study,we first discovered that culture supernatant(CS)collected from BBR-treated human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(HBMSCs)ameliorated periodontal alveolar bone *** from the BBR-treated HBMSCs contained bioactive materials that suppressed the M1 polarization and induced the M2 polarization of macrophages in vivo and in *** clarify the underlying mechanism,the bioactive materials were applied to different animal *** discovered macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),which regulates macrophage polarization and promotes bone formation,a key macromolecule in the *** of pure M-CSF attenuated experimental periodontal alveolar bone loss in ***-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R)inhibitor or anti-human M-CSF(M-CSF neutralizing antibody,Nab)abolished the therapeutic effects of the CS of BBR-treated ***,AKT phosphorylation in macrophages was activated by the CS,and the AKT activator reversed the negative effect of the CSF1R inhibitor or *** results suggest that the CS of BBR-treated HBMSCs modulates macrophage polarization via the M-CSF/AKT *** studies also showed that CS of BBR-treated HBMSCs accelerated bone formation and M2 polarization in rat teeth extraction ***,our findings established an essential role of BBR-treated HBMSCs CS and this might be the first report to show that the products of BBR-treated HBMSCs have active effects on alveolar bone regeneration.

本研究基于Mo(Ⅵ)对鲁米诺电还原发光信号的增敏作用,结合石墨烯与带正电荷的纳米金((+)AuNPs)的电信号放大作用,建立了一种灵敏且准确检测豆类种子中Mo(Ⅵ)含量的电化学发光新方法。采用滴涂法先将Nafion-石墨烯修饰于玻碳电极表面,再通过静电组装及电化学聚合技术依次将(+)AuNPs、鲁米诺修饰于电极表面,从而制得Nafion-石墨烯/(+)AuNPs/聚鲁米诺复合修饰电极。通过循环伏安法与电化学发光技术对复合修饰电极进行了初步表征,并对测定Mo(Ⅵ)的实验条件进行了优化。结果表明,在饱和硼砂缓冲溶液、电位扫描速率100 mV/s、富集时间13 min等优化实验条件下,Mo(Ⅵ)浓度在5.0×10^(−9)~1.0×10^(−6)mol/L范围内与复合修饰电极表面增敏的电还原发光信号呈现良好的线性关系,检出限(3σ)与相对标准偏差分别为2.1×10^(−9)mol/L及2.4%(C=1.0×10^(−7)mol/L,n=11)。应用该方法测定了黄豆与绿豆中Mo(Ⅵ)的含量,回收率在91.42%~108.0%之间。该方法简单、经济,有望应用于其它豆类种子中Mo(Ⅵ)含量的准确检测。

配电网合环操作可能导致节点电压波动甚至越限,不仅影响负荷的正常运行,还威胁分布式电源(DG)的安全。为此,提出了一种通过DG主动控制,以抑制配电网合环电压波动的新思想。通过分析合环过程中电压波动的产生机理和影响因素,量化了抑制合环过程电压波动的控制需求,进而构建了抑制合环电压波动的DG可行功率集;通过刻画DG的功率可控范围,提出了基于可行功率集与功率可控范围交集判别的DG最优控制点计算方法,并提出了基于DG主动控制的配电网合环电压波动抑制方法。算例表明,该方法能够最大限度上抑制配电网故障恢复过程的合环电压波动,有效提升故障恢复过程的安全性和可靠性。

目的:系统评价清肺排毒汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效与安全性。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库,检索时间截至2022年4月20日,筛选有关清肺排毒汤联合西医治疗COVID-19的临床疗效研究。采用Cochrane偏倚风险评价工具对纳入的研究进行风险评估及质量评价,提取相关数据,采用State17.0软件进行Meta分析,Begg’s检验分析发表偏倚。结果:最终纳入6篇临床疗效研究共602例患者,其中实验组采用清肺排毒汤联合西医治疗295例,对照组单纯西医治疗307例。Meta分析结果显示,实验组在提高临床有效率[RR=1.17,95%CI(1.09,1.26),P<0.0001]、CT好转情况[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.10,1.30),P<0.0001],降低不良反应[RR=0.73,95%CI(0.60,0.90),P=0.002],缩短核酸转阴时间[WMD=-6.56,95%CI(-10.37,-2.75),P=0.0007]、住院天数[WMD=-4.75,95%CI(-6.26,-3.25),P<0.00001]等方面的作用优于对照组。结论:清肺排毒汤联合西医常规疗法可有效改善COVID-19临床症状,具有一定的疗效和安全性,但仍需大量高质量研究证实疗效。
