Upregulation of vascular endothelial growth factor A/basic fibroblast growth factor(VEGFA/b FGF)expression in the penumbra of cerebral ischemia can increase vascular volume,reduce lesion volume,and enhance neural cell proliferation and differentiation,thereby exerting neuroprotective ***,the beneficial effects of endogenous VEGFA/b FGF are limited as their expression is only transiently *** this study,we generated multilayered nanofiber membranes loaded with VEGFA/b FGF using layer-by-layer self-assembly and electrospinning *** found that a membrane containing 10 layers had an ideal ultrastructure and could efficiently and stably release growth factors for more than 1 *** 10-layered nanofiber membrane promoted brain microvascular endothelial cell tube formation and proliferation,inhibited neuronal apoptosis,upregulated the expression of tight junction proteins,and improved the viability of various cellular components of neurovascular units under conditions of oxygen/glucose ***,this nanofiber membrane decreased the expression of Janus kinase-2/signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(JAK2/STAT3),Bax/Bcl-2,and cleaved ***,this nanofiber membrane exhibits a neuroprotective effect on oxygen/glucose-deprived neurovascular units by inhibiting the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

局部高斯均差变分保边图像平滑算法

针对图像平滑过程中无法保留细节的问题,提出了基于局部高斯均差变分的保边图像平滑算法。首先,通过统计学分析建立局部高斯均差变分算子。其可以衡量局部梯度与高斯滤波处理后的梯度差异,区分结构和纹理。其次,构建局部高斯均差变分平滑模型,由稀疏求解得到初始平滑图像。最后,针对复杂纹理图像存在纹理残留的问题,提出孤立噪声去除模型。模型通过自适应窗口设定像素值,在不影响结构的前提下去除初始平滑图像中的纹理残留。通过主观、客观实验,与经典的算法对比,证明该算法有更高质量的平滑结果。评价指标整体提升了0.7%。通过压缩伪影去除、HDR色调映射、图像去雾和拉普拉斯金字塔加速的扩展实验,验证该算法在不同视觉任务上的适用性和效率可提升性。

Phosphorous is one of the essential mineral elements for plant growth and ***, the shoots of plant seedlings usually turn a dark-brown or purple colour under low-Pi stress. Using protein 2-D gel and peptide mass fingerprinting mapping (PMF) methods, a cytoplasmic glyceralde-hyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GapC-2 was identified as a low-Pi responsive protein in Arabidopsisplants. Expression of AtGapC-2 protein was significantly decreased after 4 d of low-Pi stress. Two in-dependent T-DNA insertion lines of GapC-2 gene (At1g13440) showed a hypersensitive phenotype inresponse to low-Pi stress compared with wild type plants, while the transgenic complementation linesof the mutants showed a similar phenotype to the wild type. These results indicate that AtGapC-2 mayplay an important role in Arabidopsis responses to low-Pi stress, possibly by regulation of glycoly-sis-associated "Pi-pool" and accumulation of anthocyanin pigments in plants.

The all-optical approach plays an important role in ultrafast all-optical signal processing, and the all-fiber scheme has a wide application in optical communications. In this letter, we investigate an all-optical modulator using few-layer molybdenum disulfide（MoS2）-polyvinyl alcohol（PVA） thin films based on the thermo-optic effect and obtain a long-time stable modulated output by applying polarization interference. By absorbing the injected 980 nm pump（control light）, MoS2 generates heat, changes the refractive index of MoS2, and modulates the polarization of light. The obtained thermal all-optical modulator has a rise time of 526 μs.

以时装为产业背景的时尚传播建设在我国还处于零星筹建及缓慢建设中,本研究通过对比分析伦敦时装学院时尚传播专业与我国时尚传播专业人才培养目标及毕业能力要求,勾勒出时尚传播标杆院校LCF的时尚传播网络结构图,为我国以时装产业为背景的时尚传播专业建设提供方法论指导和案例分析。研究采用社会网络分析法,探讨时尚传播专业内课程间的构成关系及逻辑结构,并运用Gephi 0.9.2软件将数据结构可视化。结果表明,LCF时尚传播由四个课程群模块、六个核心课程构成,形成了课程知识模块两两交叉、两两互联的专业知识体系。其中,时尚心理学的影响力最大、时装版型设计的知识实践应用面最广、时尚设计开发的课程交叉性最高。

国潮经过几年的发展其所涵盖的内容可谓万物皆可潮,国潮受众正用开放、共享的姿态演绎着当下时尚。本文从符号互动论和身份认同两种理论视角出发,将国潮受众内驱动力发生规律分为“自我驱动—内容选择—身份表达”三个环节展开分析,共讨论三个话题:国潮文化符号对受众行为选择所产生的影响,受众在国潮的身体实践中行为表现及意义,受众行为实践对国潮文化再生产的影响。本文通过揭示国潮受众的内驱动力发展机制与规律呈现受众时尚文化的心态转向,映射出受众对当下潮流与传统的重新定义。

植物造景是我国城市公园建设中的重要组成部分,对城市生态修复和改善人居环境起到关键作用,也是城市旅游审美不可或缺的部分。时代更替对我国城市公园植物造景的手法、样式、种类等方面产生了深远的影响。如今我国城市公园植物造景不仅会借鉴西方造园理论,也渗透着对古代朴素自然观的尊重与敬意,对中国古典园林植物造景理念进行了新时代的合理传承。古今生态审美的基本要义是相通的,植物造景形成的空间也是人们栖居的场所,实现生态审美需要人与自然共同参与其中。对植物景观进行生态审美,审美对象不再只是景观本身,而是景观与心灵交汇后形成的意象。文章阐述我国城市公园植物造景中生态审美的经典呈现。在具体实践中,三种经典的生态审美追求反映了我国城市公园植物造景生态意识的崛起:“林泉高致”——清幽澄净的和谐美,“咫尺山林”——小中见大的全息美,“曲径通幽”——欲露先藏的旷奥美。这三种生态审美的经典呈现将中国古代生态审美智慧与现代城市公园植物造景完美融合,突出古代生态美学的实用性以及重新树立人类生态意识的重要性,强调在当下我国城市公园植物造景中,应以生态伦理学为基础,综合考虑人与植物、自然的关系,帮助人们在城市中实现“诗意的栖居”,推进生态文明建设可持续发展。

In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures with the same mass under the vertical incidence of *** is paid to elucidating the influences of rod cross-section dimensions,structure height,structure layer,and rod inclination angle on the deformation mode,ballistic performances,and ability to change the ballistic direction of *** results show that the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures are mainly affected by their structural *** this respect,structural parameters optimization of the hourglass lattice sandwich structures enable one to effectively improve their ballistic limit velocity and,consequently,ballistic performances.

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.

Tropical cyclones typically form over warm tropical and subtropical ocean surfaces, as their formation and intensification rely primarily on the energy provided by the ocean. Pioneering research by Gray (1968) revealed that the formation of tropical cyclones requires the sea surface temperature (SST) to be no less than 26.5°C. Consequently, SST is commonly recognized as a crucial parameter among the environmental factors influencing tropical cyclone formation(Gray, 1979; Emanuel and Nolan, 2004).
