The frequent detection of pharmaceutical compounds in the environment has led to a growing awareness,which may pose a major threat to the aquatic *** this study,photodegradation(direct and indirect photolysis)of two different dissociation states of fluoxetine(Flu)was investigated in water,mainly including the determination of photolytic transition states and products,and the mechanisms of indirect photodegradation with·OH,CO_(3)^(*-)and NO_(3)^(*).The main direct photolysis pathways are defluorination and C–C bond *** addition,the indirect photodegradation of Flu in water is mainly through the reactions with·OH and NO_(3)^(*),and the photodegradation reaction with CO_(3)^(*-)is relatively difficult to occur in the water *** results provide a theoretical basis for understanding the phototransformation process of Flu in the water environment and assessing its potential risk.

Space missions have become diversified in recent years, where connection and separation devices play a crucial role as key components of various spacecraft. Traditional pyrotechnic devices have the advantages of large carrying capacity, rapid motion and functional reliability. However,their shortcomings such as great release shock, poor safety, unrepeatability and other prominent defects make them unsuitable for new generation spacecraft such as microsatellites to separate at low shock or lock repeatedly, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to develop space non-pyrotechnic low-shock connection and separation devices(SNLD) which are required for advanced aerospace missions. In this paper, the progress of the research on space non-pyrotechnic low-shock connection and separation technology(SNLT) is summarized and reviewed. Proceed from the principle of reducing shock for non-pyrotechnic devices, present studies are classified from the perspective of actuating technology and systematic designing methods. For non-pyrotechnic actuating techniques,according to different driving sources, the separation devices are classified into several main categories: electric, magnetic, gas and thermal actuating devices. The actuation principle and application prospect of separation techniques are introduced and the working process, dimension and mechanical properties of typical devices are compared and evaluated. For the systematic designing method, the common mechanism types of SNLDs are summarized according to the designing concept of reducing shock. Then connection configurations are classified according to the structural forms of connection devices, of which the principles, bearing capacities and general applications are discussed. This paper systematically summarizes the key problems, puts forward the future development trend of SNLT, and points out the breakthrough direction for related scholars.

综合利用地球化学、扫描电镜、岩心薄片、测井等资料以及油井生产数据等,对鄂尔多斯盆地陕北地区三叠系延长组7段储层特征、烃源岩特征和致密油分布特征进行了分析,从烃源岩展布、输导体系和源-储组合关系3个方面对致密油差异富集控制因素进行了探讨,并总结了成藏模式。研究结果表明:(1)陕北地区长7段致密砂岩储层主要分布在一亚段(长71)和二亚段(长72),以灰色—灰白色长石砂岩和岩屑长石砂岩为主,长71和长72平均孔隙度分别为5.56%和7.32%,平均渗透率分别为0.097 m D和0.110 m D,长72储层物性更好;孔隙空间以溶孔为主,发育少量粒间孔。(2)研究区烃类主要来源于本地长72顶部和长73这2套烃源岩,平均厚度大于20 m,有机质丰度高,平均TOC值为3.02%,干酪根类型以Ⅰ型和Ⅱ1型为主,处于生烃高峰期,平均生烃量为270.2×10^(4)t/km^(2),长73烃源岩生烃潜力更大,供烃至长72储层,长71致密油来源于长72烃源岩;新安边地区三角洲前缘亚相末端的长72储层中致密油由湖盆烃源岩侧向供烃。(3)研究区致密油富集受烃源岩展布、砂体连通性以及源-储组合共同控制,在长72更富集,在新安边地区分布面积最大,安塞地区无大规模致密油聚集;纵向上和平面上致密油的聚集差异受控于烃源岩厚度和源-储组合关系,下生上储、上下生油而中间储集和砂泥互层时含油性更好;新安边地区三角洲前缘亚相末端的长72致密油聚集规模大于三角洲前缘主体,是由于三角洲前缘末端发育的局部连通砂体阻碍了湖盆烃类物质的侧向运移。(4)研究区致密油为“源控-砂控”成藏模式,远源河道优势砂体尖灭处和近源局部连通的砂体是有利勘探区。

在地下富存裂隙的层状复合岩体中,复杂围压环境和裂隙分布对复合岩体力学性质和损伤破坏具有显著影响。选取由类灰岩和类砂岩组成的含预制单裂隙的复合岩样作为研究对象,通过常规三轴压缩试验,分析不同裂隙位置和围压条件下岩样的力学变形和破坏模式。结果表明:(1)完整复合岩样的强度受砂岩控制,而变形受灰岩限制。(2)随着围压的增加,复合岩样破坏特征由裂隙位置主导转变为由围压主导;复合岩样的体缩受围压的影响,而体胀受裂隙位置的影响。(3)在单轴压缩条件下,裂隙对岩样力学性质的削弱程度最大;当裂隙位于灰岩中时,损伤应力受围压影响最显著,岩样的强度和弹性模量随着裂隙位置的改变(从灰岩、接触面到砂岩)及围压的增加呈现出增加的趋势。(4)灰岩中的裂隙易产生拉伸裂纹,砂岩中的裂隙易产生剪切裂纹;随着围压的增加,复合岩样由拉伸破坏转变为剪切破坏,破坏模式由围压主导。该研究成果对复合岩体工程的安全加固设计具有一定的指导意义。

不锈钢连铸圆坯表面和内部缺陷会遗传到无缝管中,随之出现典型的裂纹、分层和折叠等问题,严重影响管材品质和使用性能。通过对热轧穿孔产品进行跟踪取样分析,揭示了连铸坯与管材之间缺陷的遗传关系,确定深振痕、白亮带和椭圆度与中心缩孔分别是导致不锈钢无缝管表面横裂纹、中间分层和内壁折叠的根本原因,对应提出了优化振动参数与保护渣、降低电磁搅拌功率、改善二冷均匀性与强度的控制策略,连铸工艺调整之后无缝管缺陷基本消除,实现了典型铸轧遗传性缺陷的源头控制。

Light-framed timber structure(LTS)buildings have been highly valued in recent years due to their low-carbon ***,the applicability of the building envelope is closely related to indoor and outdoor *** hot summer and cold winter(HSCW)climate zone in China has high humidity and great temperature variation throughout the year,resulting in distinct outdoor environments in different *** indoor environment is greatly affected by energy-consumption patterns and window-opening habits,which largely depend upon the regulation operations of *** these interrelated factors lead to extremely complex boundary conditions on each side of the building *** the structures of LTS buildings are applicable in this climate zone,therefore,needs to be carefully *** this study,two LTS buildings with different envelopes were established in Haining,China,situated in the HSCW climate zone,and selected as the study *** operation modes were adopted to create a variety of indoor *** each condition,the processes of heat and moisture transfer within the building envelopes and the indoor environment were monitored and *** comparison indicated that the building envelope with high moisture storage and insulation ability maintained a relatively stable indoor environment,especially when the environment changed ***,if the outdoor environment was equable(e.g.,relative humidity within the range of 30%–60%)or intermittent energy consumption modes were adopted,the building envelope with a low thermal inertia index and weak moisture-buffering ability performed better because it enabled a faster response of the indoor environment to air ***,a high risk of moisture accumulation between the thermal insulation layer and other materials with a large water vapour transfer resistance factor was also identified,suggesting a higher requirement for the vapour insulation of the env

Background Oils are important sources of energy in pig *** combination of oils with different degree of saturation contributes to improve the utilization efficiency of the mixed oils and may reduce the cost of oil *** experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of oils with different degree of saturation on the fat digestibility and corresponding additivity and bacterial community in growing *** Eighteen crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)barrows(initial body weight:29.3±2.8 kg)were surgically fitted with a T-cannula in the distal *** experimental diets included a fat-free basal diet and 5 oil-added *** 5 oil-added diets were formulated by adding 6%oil with different ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids(U:S)to the basal *** 5 oils were palm oil(U:S=1.2),canola oil(U:S=12.0),and palm oil and canola oil were mixed in different proportions to prepare a combination of U:S of 2.5,3.5 and 4.5,*** The apparent and standardized ileal digestibility(AID and SID)of fat and fatty acids increased linearly(Plues(P<0.05).The abundance of Romboutsia and Turicibacter in pigs fed diet containing palm oil was greater than that in rapeseed oil treatment group,and the two bacteria were negatively correlated with SID of C16:0,C18:0 and SFA(P<0.05).

目的探讨伴SMARCA4缺失的非小细胞肺癌(SMARCA4-deficient non-small lung cancer,SMARCA4-dNSCLC)的临床病理学特征。方法回顾性分析5例SMARCA4-dNSCLC临床资料,肿瘤组织均进行HE、免疫组化染色及分子检测,分析其临床病理特征并复习相关文献。结果5例均为男性,平均发病年龄66岁。5例均有吸烟病史,3例以咳嗽咳痰、痰中带血为首发症状就诊,1例因肺结核病史伴肢体活动障碍就诊,1例为体检发现肺结节。镜下观察肿瘤细胞分化较差,呈实性巢片状分布,部分呈腺样结构,肿瘤细胞胞质丰富,呈嗜酸性或透明样,核染色质空泡状,核仁可见,核分裂象常见。间质可见炎细胞浸润及片状坏死。免疫组化染色示5/5弥漫表达CK(AE1/AE3)和CK7,5/5 BRG1表达缺失,1/5弥漫表达p40和CK5/6,Ki67增殖指数20%~90%,4例行FISH检测均检出SMARCA4基因缺失。5例患者随访2~15个月,3例死亡,2例存活。结论SMARCA4-dNSCLC具有广泛的形态学特征,恶性程度高,治疗复杂,分子检测BRG1缺失有助于诊断,加深对其的认识能帮助临床正确选择治疗策略并准确评估患者预后。
