随着我国经济的不断提高,国家对电力的需求也在增加。其中,绝缘子广泛应用于高压输电线路中,起到绝缘和支撑作用。长时间暴露在外或长期使用,会导致其污损和劣化,更易发生闪络放电等危险现象。因此,绝缘子故障检测成为电网巡检的重要部分。但寻常的人工检查不仅工作量大、成本高且危险性高,于是,智能无人机检测应运而生。利用无人机进行电力巡检,不仅提高工作效率,也能减少野外工作,降低巡检成本。由于传统图像处理技术对无人机绝缘子特征提取效果不理想、检测方法通用性低,本文提出一种绝缘子识别定位方法。该改正技术基于YOLOv4算法,大大提高了准确度,在不同环境下的绝缘子检测具有良好的性能,并具有一定的通用性。

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)are a class of porous crystalline polymers that have been widely investigated in various fields,including energy storage,photo/electrocatalysis,drug *** covalent-bond interconnection allows COFs extraordinary chemical and thermal stability,and the porous structure ensures a high ion-diffusion *** merits compensate for the drawbacks of organic electrodes that are easy to dissolve and have low charge conductivity,and promote the development of novel electrode materials with excellent performance,environmental friendliness,and low ***,the application of COFs also encountered many problems,such as poor electronic conductivity due to the large band ***,in some three-dimensional(3D)COFs and stacked two-dimensional(2D)COFs,the huge crystal structure,aligned ultralong channels,and numerous crystal defects usually impede ion transport,and the large molecular weights of COFs generally decrease the specific *** issues are urgently needed to be *** in this review,we summarize the latest progress,core challenges and coping strategies concerning with the use of COFs in alkali-metal ion batteries,discuss the impact of material structure on energy storage,and propose strategies for the construction of high-performance COF-based electrodes.

Characteristics of long-distance mobile mRNAs from shoot to root in grafted plant species

Thousands of long-distance mobile mRNAs were identified from different grafting systems,based on high-throughput sequencing ***,the long-distance delivery of RNAs was proved to involve multiple ***,we analyzed the homology,motif,and tRNA-like structure(TLS)of long-distance mobile mRNAs identified by RNA-seq as well as the RNA-binding protein(RBP)in nine grafting combinations including Arabidopsis thaliana,Vitis vinifera,Cucumis sativus,Citrullus lanatus,Nicotiana benthamiana,Malus domestica,Pyrus spp.,Glycine max and Phaseolus *** several mRNAs were found to be shared in herbaceous,woody,and related species,the vast majority of long-distance mobile mRNAs were *** non-specific movement-related motifs were identified,while the TLS was not necessary for mRNA long distance *** addition,we found that RBPs were conserved among herbaceous and woody plants as well as related *** paper reports a further in-depth analysis of the endogenous mechanisms by which the species-specific transportable m RNAs were selected by bioinformatics,in order to provide insights for future research on long-distance mobile mRNAs.

格尔木河流域上游山区沉积物元素的风化迁移规律对察尔汗盐湖中盐类资源的补给具有重要意义。文章结合已有的光释光(OSL)年代学数据,对该流域的上游纳赤台(NCT)和中游小干沟(XGG)剖面进行了主要常微量元素变化规律研究,并对流域内上下游不同类型沉积物的元素特征进行对比分析,得出如下结论:1.末次间冰期以来,格尔木河中游河谷沉积物中主要元素含量较上游西大滩、昆仑河小流域次级盆地中高,表现出较为明显的富集状态。2.流域上游湿冷山前地带河谷沉积物的风化程度明显高于中游干热河谷,表明上游冰川融水和较充沛的降水条件导致充分的水岩反应过程是主导流域风化的主要因素,且物质在流域各个次级盆地间物质输送具有跳跃性、传递性和继承性。3.流域内的风化过程与晚更新世以来的冰期-间冰期气候旋回和季风-西风相互转换密切相关,即暖湿阶段主要受季风控制,以化学风化为主;干冷阶段受西风控制,以物理风化为主。综上,格尔木河流域上游山前地带元素的风化迁移和中游河谷沉积物对元素的继承转移是流域内物质流动的主要形式。

The SWEET(sugar will eventually be exported transporter)family proteins are a recently identiﬁed class of sugar transporters that are essential for various physiological *** the functions of the SWEET proteins have been identiﬁed in a number of species,to date,there have been no reports of the functions of the SWEET genes in woodland strawberries(Fragaria vesca).In this study,we identiﬁed 15 genes that were highly homolo-gous to the *** AtSWEET genes and designated them as FvSWEET1–*** then conducted a structural and evolutionary analysis of these 15 FvSWEET *** phylogenetic analysis enabled us to categor-ize the predicted 15 SWEET proteins into four distinct *** observed slight variations in the exon‒intron structures of these genes,while the motifs and domain structures remained highly ***,the developmental and biological stress expression proﬁles of the 15 FvSWEET genes were extracted and ***,WGCNA coexpression network analysis was run to search for possible interacting genes of FvSWEET *** results showed that the FvSWEET10 genes interacted with 20 other genes,playing roles in response to bacterial and fungal *** outcomes of this study provide insights into the further study of FvSWEET genes and may also aid in the functional characterization of the FvSWEET genes in woodland strawberries.

Susceptibility of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)to cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction asso-ciated with exposure to metals in ambient fine particles(PM2.5,particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter≤2.5µm)remains poorly *** on the COPDB(COPD in Beijing)panel study,we aimed to compare the associations of heart rate(HR,an indicator of cardiovascular autonomic function)and exposure to metals in PM2.5 between 53 patients with COPD and 82 healthy controls by using linear mixed-effects *** all participants,the HR levels were significantly associated with interquartile range increases in the average concentrations of Cr,Zn,and Pb,but the strength of the associations differed by exposure time(from 1.4%for an average 9 days(d)Cr exposure to 3.5%for an average 9 d Zn exposure).HR was positively associated with the average concentrations of PM2.5 and certain metals only in patients with *** between HR and exposure to PM2.5,K,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,and Se in patients with COPD significantly differed from those in health ***,association between HR and Cr exposure was robust in COPD *** conclusion,our findings indicate that COPD could exacerbate difference in HR following exposure to metals in PM2.5.

Epimedin B(EB)is one of the main flavonoid ingredients present in Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,a traditional herb widely used in *** previous study showed that EB was a stronger inducer of melanogenesis and an activator of tyrosinase(TYR).However,the role of EB in melanogenesis and the mechanism underlying the regulation remain ***,as an extension to our previous investigation,we provide comprehensive evidence of EB-induced pigmentation in vivo and in vitro and elucidate the melanogenesis mechanism by assessing its effects on the TYR family of proteins(TYRs)in terms of expression,activity,and *** results showed that EB increased TYRs expression through microphthalmia-associated transcription factor-mediated p-Akt(referred to as protein kinase B(PKB))/glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK3β)/β-catenin,p-p70 S6 kinase cascades,and protein 38(p38)/mitogen-activated protein(MAP)kinase(MAPK)and extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK)/MAPK pathways,after which EB increased the number of melanosomes and promoted their maturation for melanogenesis in melanoma cells and human primary melanocytes/skin ***,EB exerted repigmentation by stimulating TYR activity in hydroquinone-and N-phenylthiourea-induced TYR inhibitive models,including melanoma cells,zebrafish,and ***,EB ameliorated monobenzone-induced depigmentation in vitro and in vivo through the enhancement of TYRs stability by inhibiting TYR misfolding,TYR-related protein 1 formation,and retention in the endoplasmic reticulum and then by downregulating the ubiquitination and proteolysis *** data conclude that EB can target TYRs and alter their expression,activity,and stability,thus stimulating their pigmentation function,which might provide a novel rational strategy for hypopigmentation treatment in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

The long-term reliability of the neural electrode is closely related to its implantation *** orderto realize the quantitative research of the implantation behavior in a low-cost and accurate way,a refined brainmodel containing meninges is ***,the expected simulation material was selected through measuringthe elastic modulus based on the method of atomic force microscope indentation *** a result,the 2%(mass fraction)agarose gel simulated the gray and white matter,the 7:1(volume ratio)polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)sheet simulated the pia mater,and the polyvinyl chloride(PVC)film simulated the dura ***,based on designing a three-layer structure mold,the brain model was prepared by inverted pouring to realizea flat implantation ***,the simulation behavior of the brain model was investigated with the ratbrain as a *** mechanical behavior of implantation,the implantation force experienced two peaks bothin the brain model and the rat brain,maximum values of which were 10.17 mN and 7.69 mN *** implantation force in the brain model will increase the strength requirement for the electrode,but reducethe risk of buckling of that in practical *** humoral dissolution behavior,the dissolution rates ofthe polyethylene glycol(PEG)coating of the electrode in the brain model and rat brain were 7000μm3/s and5600μm3/s,*** faster dissolution rate in the brain model will cause the larger thickness of thecoating design but provide sufficient implantable time in practical *** establishment of the brainmodel and the research of its simulated behavior are beneficial to the size design of the electrode substrate andcoating,and research of the implantation mechanism,and further increase the functional life of the electrode.
