为研究断层破碎带宏观力学效应及破裂形态的影响因素,以膨润土-水泥为骨料,配以拌和水,制备基质浆体,与块石混合制备黏性土石混合体,开展尺寸为500 mm×1000 mm的大型三轴压缩试验。研究结果表明,黏性土石混合体试样在各围压下均呈现出应变硬化特征,初始切线模量和峰值强度随着围压增加而逐渐增大。当块石体积含量P_(BV)≥0.4时,块石极易出现破碎现象,导致土石混合体的内摩擦角减小。块石倾角对试样强度的影响与含石量相关,P_(BV)=0.2时,0°倾角试样偏应力最小;P_(BV)=0.6时,60°倾角试样偏应力最小。较高围压条件下,不同倾角的块石旋转、移动呈现差异性,进而出现不同的破裂形态。研究成果揭示了断层破碎带的力学特性及破裂机制,为穿越断层破碎带的隧道稳定性控制提供了理论依据。

The digitization,informatization,and intelligentization of physical systems require strong support from big data ***,due to restrictions on data security and privacy and concerns about the cost of big data collection,transmission,and storage,it is difficult to do data aggregation in real-world power systems,which directly retards the effective implementation of smart grid *** learning,an advanced distributed learning method proposed by Google,seems a promising solution to the above ***,it relies on a server node to complete model aggregation and the framework is limited to scenarios where data are independent and identically ***,we here propose a serverless distributed learning platform based on blockchain to solve the above two *** the proposed platform,the task of machine learning is performed according to smart contracts,and encrypted models are aggregated via a mechanism of knowledge *** this proposed method,a server node is no longer required and the learning ability is no longer limited to independent and identically distributed *** on a public electrical grid dataset will verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

【目的】抗生素抗性细菌(ARB)和抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的传播和扩散已成为全球公共卫生领域的一大挑战,其中因水环境具有流动性和广泛性,成为抗生素耐药性(AMR)传播的重要媒介,因此对其中细菌AMR的检测显得尤为关键。文章旨在探讨水环境中细菌AMR的检测方法,以期为未来的研究方向提供指导。【方法】文章介绍了包括基于传统培养的药敏试验法、基于聚合酶链式反应(PCR)的分子生物学、基于高通量测序的宏基因组学3种检测水环境细菌AMR的主流方法,并阐述了它们的优缺点。还主要介绍了单分子纳米孔测序技术的原理与特点,综述了纳米孔测序技术凭借长读长优势在检测水环境细菌AMR的应用进展及存在的问题。【结果】药敏试验法、分子生物学检测复杂水环境中的ARB均存在一定的局限性,而宏基因组学可检测数百种ARGs,并能直接定位ARGs宿主。这其中使用纳米孔测序技术无需组装、分装便能直接得到ARGs宿主、遗传位置等丰富的抗生素ARGs组信息,但现主要面向生物量大的水环境样本,对饮用水等生物量少的水环境原位分析能力不足。【结论】可使用多种检测方法全面识别水环境中细菌AMR的表型和基因型,需要发展水环境细菌富集和DNA提取技术,这方便使用纳米孔测序对更多种类的环境进行抗生素抗性基因组深度识别。

Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs） show significant promise in treating immune diseases due to their ability to differentiate into various cell types and their immunomodulatory properties. However, the mechanisms by which MSCs regulate CD4+T cells, essential for immune responses, are not yet fully understood. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how MSCs and their secreted extracellular vesicles（EVs） modulate CD4+T cells in immune diseases. We begin by discussing the immunomodulatory properties of MSCs and the factors contributing to their effectiveness. Following this,we explore how MSCs interact with CD4+T cells through various pathways, including the secretion of soluble factors, direct cell-cell contact, and EV-mediated communication. A key focus is on the therapeutic potential of MSC-derived EVs, which are rich in bioactive molecules such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids. These molecules can regulate the phenotype and function of CD4+T cells. The challenges and future perspectives in utilizing MSCs and EVs for immune-disease therapy are also ***, this research aims to enhance our understanding of the mechanisms behind MSC-mediated regulation of CD4+T cells and provide insights into the potential use of MSCs and EVs as therapeutic tools in immune diseases. In summary, understanding how MSCs and their EVs control CD4+T cells can offer valuable perspectives for developing innovative immunotherapeutic approaches. Leveraging the immunomodulatory capacity of MSCs and EVs holds promise for managing immune-related disorders.

Mg–Li alloys are one of the lightest structural materials, but suffer from severe corrosion due to the hyperactivity of Mg and Li. In this work, an electrically conductive and corrosion-resistant chemical conversion coating was fabricated on a duplex Mg–Li alloy LA103Z by two different routes: the first route using a conventional immersion treatment（Im-PCCs）; and the second route using a brushing conversion treatment（Br-PCCs）. Results demonstrate that chemical composition of conversion coatings remained, but surface morphology was altered. The Im-PCC depicts many lamellar CaHPO4when the immersion time was longer than 60 s. The Br-PCC shows no lamellas on surface till a treatment time of 120 s. These lamellar crystals are detrimental to the electrical contact resistance（ECR）, and the ECR for the Br-PCC was one order of magnitude lower than that for the Im-PCCs. Corrosion resistance for Br-PCCs, however, was slightly lower than Im-PCCs.

Background Adequate level of carbohydrates in aquafeeds help to conserve protein and reduce cost. However, studies have indicated that high-carbohydrate(HC) diet disrupt the homeostasis of the gut–liver axis in largemouth bass, resulting in decreased intestinal acetate and butyrate *** Herein, we had concepted a set of feeding experiment to assess the effects of dietary sodium acetate(SA) and sodium butyrate(SB) on liver health and the intestinal microbiota in largemouth bass fed an HC diet. The experimental design comprised 5 isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets, including LC(9% starch), HC(18% starch), HCSA(18% starch;2 g/kg SA), HCSB(18% starch;2 g/kg SB), and HCSASB(18% starch;1 g/kg SA + 1 g/kg SB). Juvenile largemouth bass with an initial body weight of 7.00 ± 0.20 g were fed on these diets for 56 *** We found that dietary SA and SB reduced hepatic triglyceride accumulation by activating autophagy(ATG101, LC3B and TFEB), promoting lipolysis(CPT1α, HSL and AMPKα), and inhibiting adipogenesis(FAS, ACCA, SCD1 and PPARγ). In addition, SA and SB decreased oxidative stress in the liver(CAT, GPX1α and SOD1) by activating the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway. Meanwhile, SA and SB alleviated HC-induced inflammation by downregulating the expression of pro-inflammatory factors(IL-1β, COX2 and Hepcidin1) through the NF-κB pathway. Importantly, SA and SB increased the abundance of bacteria that produced acetic acid and butyrate(Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1). Combined with the KEGG analysis, the results showed that SA and SB enriched carbohydrate metabolism and amino acid metabolism pathways, thereby improving the utilization of carbohydrates.
