The current understanding of topological insulators and their classical wave analogs,such as photonic topological insulators,is mainly based on topological band ***,standard band theory does not apply to amorphous phases of matter,which are formed by non-crystalline lattices with no long-range positional order but only shortrange order,exhibiting unique phenomena such as the glass-to-liquid ***,we experimentally investigate amorphous variants of a Chern number-based photonic topological *** tuning the disorder strength in the lattice,we demonstrate that photonic topological edge states can persist into the amorphous regime prior to the glass-to-liquid *** the transition to a liquid-like lattice configuration,the signatures of topological edge states *** interplay between topology and short-range order in amorphous lattices paves the way for new classes of non-crystalline topological photonic bandgap materials.

Weyl points(WPs), nodal degenerate points in three-dimensional(3 D) momentum space, are said to be‘ideal’ if they are symmetry-related and well-separated, and reside at the same energy and far from nontopological bands. Although type-II WPs have unique spectral characteristics compared with type-I counterparts, ideal type-II WPs have not yet been reported because of a lack of an experimental platform with enough flexibility to produce strongly tilted dispersion bands. Here, we experimentally realize a topological circuit that hosts only topological bands with a minimal number of four ideal type-II WPs. By stacking two-dimensional(2 D) layers of inductor-capacitor(LC) resonator dimers with the broken parity inversion symmetry(P), we achieve a strongly tilted band structure with two group velocities in the same direction, and topological surface states in an incomplete bandgap. Our results establish an ideal system for the further study of Weyl physics and other exotic topological phenomena.

We demonstrate terahertz(THz) frequency laser emission around 3.2 THz from localized modes in one-dimensional disordered grating systems. The disordered structures are patterned on top of the double-metal waveguide of a THz quantum cascade laser. Multiple emission peaks are observed within a frequency range corresponding to the bandgap of a periodic counterpart with no disorder, indicating the presence of mode localization aided by Bragg scattering. Simulations and experimental measurements provide strong evidence for the spatial localization of the THz laser modes.

基于100栋福建合院式民居,结合《鲁班经》《营造法原》等营造做法的解读、比对,从大木构架营造特征的辨析入手,依托建筑类型学、口述史等方法,将传统民居正厅大木构架分成“前廊+厅+后廊”3个组成空间,并提炼出不同型制类型.通过研究类型分布厘清各地区正厅大木构架地域性,结合空间和时间揭示福建地区合院式民居正厅木构架的演变过程.为福建省乃至我国南方传统民居营造特征辨识及其谱系研究提供基础资料.

以马六甲城市文化景观为例,从“宏观—中观—微观”三个层面分析其城市景观的空间特征、选址特征以及建筑特征,借助历史地图、古文献阅读、口述史以及田野调查等方法,在梳理马六甲城市历史文化空间变迁的基础上,通过不同时期欧洲文化背景下的城市景观特点的分层解析,揭示马六甲作为海峡历史城市的独特景观特质,讨论影响不同时期城市景观的影响要素。通过整体、分层的研究路径构建基于多元文化视角下的“自然景观—人文景观—建筑特色”海峡城市景观认知和研究方法,为世界遗产城市的保护和设计更新提供参考,同时也为我国的世界文化遗产城市的景观研究提供借鉴。

芯片仿真器是一种在嵌入式软件开发过程中有效的调试手段,目前很多芯片仿真器缺少在调试过程中对软件程序进行保护。提出一种在调试阶段对软件程序访问权限进行控制的方案,该方案主要包括三步:首先以密文配置文件的形式生成程序的访问权限配置信息,其次将程序数据进行加密处理,最后将密文配置文件及密文程序数据一并下载到芯片仿真器。方案实现了程序访问权限的灵活配置,并采用密文处理方式,防止配置权限及程序数据的非法篡改,提高了调试的安全性。

以微合金钢为原始试样,采用不同热处理制备试验样品,使用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分别观察其显微组织,使用洛氏硬度计和拉伸试验机对其硬度和强度进行研究。结果表明:当微合金钢淬火温度为850℃、回火温度为400℃时,得到的组织为回火屈氏体。此时,微合金钢的强度和塑韧性达到良好的匹配。
