Titanium/Gold （Ti/Au） metals have been widely employed as ohmic metal contacts on n+Ga2O3,exhibiting the specific contact resistance （ρc） of 10-5-10-6Ω·cm2[1].But previous studies have revealed the presence of a defective Ga2O3layer and reactive Ti-Ga2O3layer at the annealed Ti/*** an interfacial layer can afect the performance of ohmic contact,which may become more pronounced in power devices subjected to electrical stress and high-frequency ***,there have been no reports on the impact of bias stress effects and dynamic degradation of Ti/Au ohmic contacts on n+Ga2O3.

Stereospecific recognition of chiral molecules plays a crucial role in biological systems. The μ-opioid receptor（MOR） exhibits binding affinity towards（-）-morphine, a well-established gold standard in pain management, while it shows minimal binding affinity for the（+）-morphine enantiomer, resulting in a lack of analgesic activity. Understanding how MOR stereoselectively recognizes morphine enantiomers has remained a puzzle in neuroscience and pharmacology for over half-a-century due to the lack of direct observation techniques. To unravel this mystery, we constructed the binding and unbinding processes of morphine enantiomers with MOR via molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the thermodynamics and kinetics governing MOR's stereoselective recognition of morphine enantiomers. Our findings reveal that the binding of（-）-morphine stabilizes MOR in its activated state, exhibiting a deep energy well and a prolonged residence time. In contrast,（+）-morphine fails to sustain the activation state of ***, the results suggest that specific residues, namely D1142.50and D1473.32, are deprotonated in the active state of MOR bound to（-）-morphine. This work highlights that the selectivity in molecular recognition goes beyond binding affinities, extending into the realm of residence time.

Ytterbium-doped fibers have become the optimum gain media of high-power fiber lasers thanks to a simple energy structure, which strongly reduces the excited state absorption, and a low quantum defect and a high optic–optic conversion efficiency, which means the low thermal load. In this paper, we take a review of the current state of the art in terms of Yb^(3+)doped fibers for high-power fiber lasers, including the development of the fabrication techniques. The research work to overcome the challenges for Yb3+doped fibers, which affect the stability of output power and beam quality, will be demonstrated. Direction of further research is presented and the goal is to look for a fiber design, to boost single fiber output power, stabilize the laser power and support robust single-mode operation.

CO2 emission fluxes of two types of ecosystem, swamp meadow and alpine meadow, in the Fenghuo- shan region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were studied by the static chamber-portable infrared chro- matographic method. The results showed that there was large difference in the CO2 emission fluxes between the two ecosystems and in the same ecosystem of different degradation degrees. CO2 emis- sion flux of the swamp meadow gradually decreased with increasing degradation degree, while that of the alpine meadow gradually increased with increasing degradation degree except in May. The CO2 emission flux of undegraded swamp meadow was 65.1%―80.3% higher than that of undegraded alpine meadow; and the CO2 emission flux of moderately degraded swamp meadow was 22.1%―67.5% higher than that of alpine meadow; but the CO2 emission flux of severely degraded alpine meadow was 14.3%―29.5% higher than that of swamp meadow. The soil moisture content and temperature in the upper 5 cm soil layer and above-ground biomass were significantly correlated with the CO2 emission fluxes and regarded as the main environment factors to control the CO2 emission.

The development of regional integrated electric-thermal energy systems(RIETES) is considered a promising direction for modern energy supply systems. These systems provide a significant potential to enhance the comprehensive utilization and efficient management of energy resources. Therein, the real-time power balance between supply and demand has emerged as one pressing concern for system stability operation. However, current methods focus more on minute-level and hour-level power optimal scheduling methods applied in RIETES. To achieve real-time power balance, this paper proposes one virtual asynchronous machine(VAM) control using heat with large inertia and electricity with fast response speed. First, the coupling timescale model is developed that considers the dynamic response time scales of both electric and thermal energy systems. Second, a real-time power balance strategy based on VAM control can be adopted to the load power variation and enhance the dynamic frequency response. Then, an adaptive inertia control method based on temperature variation is proposed, and the unified expression is further established. In addition, the small-signal stability of the proposed control strategy is validated. Finally, the effectiveness of this control strategy is confirmed through MATLAB/Simulink and HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) experiments.

In this paper,a lattice Boltzmann model with BGK operator(LBGK)for solving time-fractional nonlinear wave equations in Caputo sense is ***,the Caputo fractional derivative is approximated using the fast evolution algorithm based on the sum-of-exponentials *** the target equation is transformed into an approximate form,and for which a LBGK model is *** the Chapman-Enskog analysis,the macroscopic equation can be recovered from the present LBGK *** addition,the proposed model can be extended to solve the time-fractional Klein-Gordon equation and the time-fractional Sine-Gordon ***,several numerical examples are performed to show the accuracy and efficiency of the present LBGK *** the numerical results,the present model has a second-order accuracy in space.

The biodegradation was considered as the prime mechanism of crude oil *** validate the efficacy and survival of the crude oil-degrading strain in a bioremediation process,the enhanced green fluorescent protein gene(egfp)was introduced into Acinetobacter ***8-3 *** this study,an oil-contaminated sediment microcosm was conducted to investigate the temporal dynamics of the physicochemical characterization and microbial community in response to bacterium *** introduced strains were able to survive,flourish and degrade crude oil quickly in the early stage of the ***,the high abundance cannot be maintained due to the ammonium(NH 4^(+)-N)and phosphorus(PO 4^3--P)contents decreased rapidly after 15 days of *** sediment microbial community changed considerably and reached relatively stable after nutrient ***,the addition of crude oil and degrading cells did not show a long-time impact on the original microbial communities,and sufficient nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients ensures the survive and activity of *** studies expand the understanding of the crude oil degradative processes,which will help to develop more rational bioremediation strategies.

Because of the rapid growth of new energy and the accompanying considerable uncertainty in the power market,the demand for flexibility in a power sys-tem has risen *** the meantime,the market structure of auxiliary services has changed,resulting in market participants(MPs)benefiting less than expected from providing flexible *** encourage MPs to provide flexibility,this study proposes a dynamic design framework for an auxiliary service compensation *** evaluate the proposed framework,a case study is conducted,examining a peak-shaving service in Liao-ning province in northeast ***,the operational status and limitations of the typical product,the peak-shaving service,in China’s flexibility auxiliary ser-vices market are ***,taking into consideration the time value of the flexible products provided by the MPs,a dynamic mechanism for hierarchical compensation of flexibility auxiliary service costs is proposed,and a mathematical model aimed at optimizing the MPs’comprehensive income is *** results show that,compared with the existing traditional mechanism,the proposed method can effectively guarantee fair remu-neration for the flexibility provider,while easing the tense supply-demand relationship in the flexibility market.
