Accurately estimating the State of Health(SOH)of batteries is of great significance for the stable operation and safety of *** article proposes amethod based on the combination of Capacity Incremental Curve Analysis(ICA)andWhale Optimization Algorithm-Radial Basis Function(WOA-RBF)neural network algorithm to address the issues of low accuracy and slow convergence speed in estimating State of Health of ***,preprocess the battery data to obtain the real battery SOH curve and Capacity-Voltage(Q-V)curve,convert the Q-V curve into an IC curve and denoise it,analyze the parameters in the IC curve that may serve as health features;Then,extract the constant current charging time of the battery and the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the two IC peaks as health features,and perform correlation analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient method;Finally,theWOA-RBF algorithmwas used to estimate the battery SOH,and the training results of LSTM,RBF,and PSO-RBF algorithms were *** conclusion was drawn that theWOA-RBF algorithm has high accuracy,fast convergence speed,and the best linearity in estimating *** absolute error of its SOHestimation can be controlled within 1%,and the relative error can be controlled within 2%.

Chronic wounds are wounds that cannot heal properly due to various factors,such as underlying diseases,infection or reinjury,and improper healing of skin wounds and ulcers can cause a serious economic *** studies have shown that extracellular vesicles(EVs)derived from stem/progenitor cells promote wound healing,reduce scar formation and have significant advantages over traditional treatment *** are membranous particles that carry various bioactive molecules from their cellular origins,such as cytokines,nucleic acids,enzymes,lipids and *** can mediate cell-to-cell communication and modulate various physiological processes,such as cell differentiation,angiogenesis,immune response and tissue *** this review,we summarize the recent advances in EV-based wound healing,focusing on the signalling pathways that are regulated by EVs and their *** discuss how EVs derived from different types of stem/progenitor cells can promote wound healing and reduce scar formation by modulating the Wnt/β-catenin,phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin,vascular endothelial growth factor,transforming growth factorβand JAK-STAT ***,we also highlight the challenges and opportunities for engineering or modifying EVs to enhance their efficacy and specificity for wound healing.

This paper proposes a robust iterative learning control method for the refining furnace alloy weighing process to solve the problem of the poor control accuracy and stability caused by the changing of alloy properties and the frequency of the vibration feeder. First, a two dimensional（2D） weighing model was established based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of alloy weighing process. Second, a control scheme is proposed for the 2D model of alloy weighing ***, a robust iterative learning controller is developed and a stability condition of the 2D system is derived through linear matrix inequality（LMI） obtained by a 2D Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method can sufficiently improve the control precision of the alloy weighing process.

Optical Kerr effect, in which input light intensity linearly alters the refractive index, has enabled the generation ofoptical solitons, supercontinuum spectra, and frequency combs, playing vital roles in the on-chip devices, fibercommunications, and quantum manipulations. Especially, terahertz Kerr effect, featuring fascinating prospects in futurehigh-rate computing, artificial intelligence, and cloud-based technologies, encounters a great challenge due to therather low power density and feeble Kerr response. Here, we demonstrate a giant terahertz frequency Kerr nonlinearitymediated by stimulated phonon polaritons. Under the influences of the giant Kerr nonlinearity, the power-dependentrefractive index change would result in a frequency shift in the microcavity, which was experimentally demonstratedvia the measurement of the resonant mode of a chip-scale lithium niobate Fabry-Pérot microcavity. Attributed to theexistence of stimulated phonon polaritons, the nonlinear coefficient extracted from the frequency shifts is orders ofmagnitude larger than that of visible and infrared light, which is also theoretically demonstrated by nonlinear huangequations. This work opens an avenue for many rich and fruitful terahertz Kerr effect based physical, chemical, andbiological systems that have terahertz fingerprints.

Hydrodeoxygenation（HDO） is an effective alternative to produce value-added chemicals and liquid fuels by removing oxygen from lignin-derived compounds. Sulfide catalysts have been proved to have good activity for the HDO and particularly high selectivity to phenolic products. Herein, we presented a novel way to prepare the layered structure sulfide catalysts（MgFeMo-S） derived from MgFe hydrotalcites via the intercalation of Mo in consideration of the memory effect of the calcined hydrotalcite. By varying the Mg/Fe mole ratio, a series of MgFeMo-S catalysts were successfully prepared and characterized by nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer（ICP-OES）. The characterization results indicated that the MgFeMo-S catalyst has retained the unique layered structure, which can facilitate uniform dispersion of the MoS2 species on both the surface and interlayer of the catalysts. For the HDO of eugenol, the Mg1Fe2Mo-S catalysts exhibited the best HDO activity among all the catalysts due to its higher active metal contents and larger pore size. The HDO conversion was 99.6% and the yield of phenolics was 63.7%, under 5 MPa initial H2 pressure（measured at RT） at 300 ℃ for 3 h. More importantly,MoS2 species deposited on the interlayer galleries in the MgFeMo-S catalysts resulted in dramatically superior HDO activity to MoS2/Mg1Fe2-S catalyst. Based on the mechanism investigation for eugenol, the HDO reaction route of eugenol under sulfide catalytic system has been proposed for the first time. Further applicability of the catalyst on HDO of more lignin-derived compounds was operated, which showed good HDO activity and selectivity to produce aromatic products.

To present the clinical characteristics and the misdiagnosis rate of acute coronary syndrome manifested primarily as throat discomfort,we conducted a multicentric and retrospective study in the cardiology and otorhinolaryngology *** of patients with primary complaint of throat discomfort,absence of chest pain at onset,and an ultimate diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome,as well as patients with pharyngitis(as controls)were collected from May 2015 to April *** patients’main manifestations were *** regression results showed that chest tightness,dyspnea,perspiring,and exertional throat symptoms were significantly associated with acute coronary syndrome,with odds ratios of 8.3(95%CI 2.2–31.5),10.9(95%CI 1.8–66.9),25.4(95%CI 3.6–179.9),and 81.2(95%CI 13.0–506.7).A total of 25(56.82%)out of 44 acute coronary syndrome patients,who were first admitted to the otorhinolaryngology department,were misdiagnosed,with a 12%(3/25)mortality *** discomfort can be the principal manifestation of acute coronary *** patients exhibit high misdiagnosis and mortality *** throat symptoms,chest tightness,perspiring,and dyspnea were important indicators of acute coronary syndrome in patients whose main complaint was throat *** awareness of this condition will result in prompt diagnosis and reduce morbidity and mortality.

Air pollution and inhalation exposure to particulate matter of different sizes in rural households using improved stoves in central China

Household air pollution is considered to be among the top environmental risks in *** examine the performance of improved stoves for reduction of indoor particulate matter（PM） emission and exposure in rural households, individual inhalation exposure to size-resolved PM was investigated using personal portable samplers carried by residents using wood gasifier stoves or improved coal stoves in a rural county in Central *** of PM with different sizes in stationary indoor and outdoor air were also monitored at paired sites. The stationary concentrations of size-resolved PM in indoor air were greater than those in outdoor air, especially finer particles PM0.25. The daily averaged exposure concentrations of PM0.25, PM1.0, PM2.5 and total suspended particle for all the surveyed residents were 74.4 ± 41.1, 159.3 ± 74.3, 176.7 ± 78.1 and 217.9 ± 78.1 μg/m3,respectively. Even using the improved stoves, the individual exposure to indoor PM far exceeded the air quality guideline by WHO at 25 μg/m3. Submicron particles PM1.0 were the dominant PM fraction for personal exposure and indoor and outdoor air. Personal exposure exhibited a closer correlation with indoor PM concentrations than that for outdoor concentrations. Both inhalation exposure and indoor air PM concentrations in the rural households with gasifier firewood stoves were evidently lower than the reported results using traditional firewood stoves. However, local governments in the studied rural areas should exercise caution when widely and hastily promoting gasifier firewood stoves in place of improved coal stoves, due to the higher PM levels in indoor and outdoor air and personal inhaled exposure.

DNA molecules were stretched on silanized mica surface with the molecular combing technique, and detected with fluorescence microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Meantime, DNA molecules were stretched with a modified dynamic molecular combing technique and studied with atomic force microscopy. The results indicate that, compared with the dynamic molecular combing technique, the modified dynamic molecular combing technique has advantages of less-sample demand and less contamination to sample; as compared with the molecular combing technique, it has better aligning effect and reproducibility. Combination of this kind of DNA molecular manipulating technique with the single DNA molecule detecting technique by atomic force microscopy and fluorescence microscopy will play an important role in the basic research of molecular dynamics and the application of gene research.

Halobacteria *** 515 was isolated from a salt lake in Tibet. Although proton release-and-uptake across claret membrane is in reverse order compared to bacteri-orhodopsin in purple membrane from Halobacterium Sali-narum, and its efficiency of proton pump is much lower, AFM image shows that the molecules are still arranged in a two-dimensional hexagonal lattice of trimers. Primary structure of C- to G-helix of the archaerhodopsin shows that it has only 56% homology with bacteriorhodopsin. But the interactive amino acid residues at the interface between B-and D-helixes are conserved. These amino acid residues are believed to play a significant role in the stability of protein oligomers.
