Malicious Document Detection b.sed on GGE Visualization

With the development of anti-virus technology,malicious documents have gradually b.come the main pathway of Advanced Persistent Threat(APT)attacks,therefore,the development of effective malicious document classifiers has b.come particularly ***,detection methods b.sed on document structure and b.havioral features encounter challenges in feature engineering,these methods not only have limited accuracy,b.t also consume large resources,and usually can only detect documents in specific formats,which lacks versatility and *** address such prob.ems,this paper proposes a novel malicious document detection method-visualizing documents as GGE images(Grayscale,Grayscale matrix,Entropy).The GGE method visualizes the original b.te sequence of the malicious document as a grayscale image,the information entropy sequence of the document as an entropy image,and at the same time,the grayscale level co-occurrence matrix and the texture and spatial information stored in it are converted into grayscale matrix image,and fuses the three types of images to get the GGE color *** Convolutional b.ock Attention Module-EfficientNet-b.(Cb.M-EfficientNet-b.)model is then used for classification,comb.ning transfer learning and applyi.g the pre-trained model on the ImageNet dataset to the feature extraction process of GGE *** shown in the experimental results,the GGE method has superior performance compared with other methods,which is suitab.e for detecting malicious documents in different formats,and achieves an accuracy of 99.44%and 97.39%on Portab.e Document Format(PDF)and office datasets,respectively,and consumes less time during the detection process,which can b. effectively applied to the task of detecting malicious documents in real-time.

Tuning the interfacial reaction environment via pH-dependent and induced ions to understand C–N b.nds coupling performance in NO3- integrated CO2 reduction to carb.n and nitrogen compounds over dual Cu-b.sed N-doped carb.n catalyst

Dual atomic catalysts （DAC）,particularly copper （Cu2）-b.sed nitrogen （N） doped graphene,show great potential to effectively convert CO2and nitrate （NO3-） into important industrial chemicals such as ethylene,glycol,acetamide,and urea through an efficient catalytical process that involves C–C and C–N ***,the origin of the coupling activity remained unclear,which sub.tantially hinders the rational design of Cu-b.sed catalysts for the N-integrated CO2reduction reaction （CO2RR）.To address this challenge,this work performed advanced density functional theory calculations incorporating explicit solvation b.sed on a Cu2-b.sed N-doped carb.n (Cu2N6C10) catalyst for *** calculations are aimed to gain insight into the reaction mechanisms for the synthesis of ethylene,acetamide,and urea via coupling in the interfacial reaction *** to the sluggishness of CO2,the formation of a solvation electric layer b. anions （F-,Cl-,b.-,and I-） and cations (Na+,Mg2+,K+,and Ca2+) leads to electron transfer towards the Cu *** process significantly accelerates the reduction of *** results reveal that*CO intermediates play a pivotal role in N-integrated ***,the Cu2-b.sed N-doped carb.n catalyst examined in this study has demonstrated the most potential for C–N coupling to *** findings reveal that through the process of a condensation reaction b.tween*CO and NH2OH for urea synthesis,*NO3-is reduced to*NH3,and*CO2to*CCO at dual Cu atom *** dual-site reduction facilitates the synthesis of acetamide through a nucleophilic reaction b.tween NH3and the ketene ***,we found that the I-and Mg2+ions,influenced b. pH,were highly effective for acetamide and ammonia synthesis,except when F-and Ca2+were ***,the mechanisms of C–N b.nd formation were investigated via ab.initio molecular dynamics simulations,and we found that adjusting the micro-environment can change the dominant side reaction,shift

It has b.en reported that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ischemic *** a result,the development of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has attracted increasing attention from *** article reviews the pathological mechanisms and advancements in research related to the signaling pathways in ischemic stroke,with a focus on the PI3K/AKT signaling *** key findings include the following:(1)The complex pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke can b. categorized into five major types:excitatory amino acid toxicity,Ca^(2+)overload,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and apoptosis.(2)The PI3K/AKT-mediated signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of ischemic stroke,which primarily involves the NF-κb.NRF2,b.L-2,mTOR,and endothelial NOS signaling pathways.(3)Natural products,including flavonoids,quinones,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,phenols,terpenoids,and iridoids,show great potential as candidate sub.tances for the development of innovative anti-stroke medications.(4)Recently,novel therapeutic techniques,such as electroacupuncture and mesenchymal stem cell therapy,have demonstrated the potential to improve stroke outcomes b. activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,providing new possib.lities for the treatment and rehab.litation of patients with ischemic *** investigations should focus on the direct regulatory mechanisms of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and their clinical translation to develop innovative treatment strategies for ischemic stroke.

Two-terminal(2-T)perovskite(PVK)/CuIn(Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS)tandem solar cells(TSCs)have b.en considered as an ideal tandem cell b.cause of their b.st b.ndgap matching regarding to Shockley–Queisser(S–Q)***,the nature of the irregular rough morphology of commercial CIGS prevents people from improving tandem device *** this paper,D-homoserine lactone hydrochloride is proven to improve coverage of PVK materials on irregular rough CIGS surfaces and also passivate b.lk defects b. modulating the growth of PVK *** addition,the minority carriers near the PVK/C60 interface and the incompletely passivated trap states caused interface recomb.nation.A surface reconstruction with 2-thiopheneethylammonium iodide and N,N-dimethylformamide assisted passivates the defect sites located at the surface and grain ***,LiF is used to create this field effect,repelling hole carriers away from the PVK and C60 interface and thus reducing *** a result,a 2-T PVK/CIGS tandem yi.lded a power conversion efficiency of 24.6%(0.16 cm^(2)),one of the highest results for 2-T PVK/CIGS TSCs to our *** validation underscores the potential of our methodology in achieving superior performance in PVK/CIGS tandem solar cells.

pH-dependent leaching b.haviour and other performance properties of cement-treated mixed contaminated soil

Portland cement has b.en widely used for stab.lisation/solidification （S/S） treatment of contaminated soils. However, there is a dearth of literature on pH-dependent leaching of contaminants from cement-treated soils. This study investigates the leachab.lity of Cu, Pb. Ni, Zn and total petroleum hydrocarb.ns （TPH） from a mixed contaminated soil. A sandy soil was spiked with 3000 mg/kg each of Cd, Cu, Pb. Ni and Zn, and 10,000 mg/kg of diesel, and treated with ordinary Portland cement （CEM I）. Four different b.nder dosages, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% （m/m） and different water contents ranging from 13%-19% dry weight were used in order to find a safe operating envelope for the treatment process. The pH-dependent leaching b.haviour of the treated soil was monitored over an 84-day period using a 3-point acid neutralisation capacity （ANC） test. The monolithic leaching test was also conducted. Geotechnical properties such as unconfined compressive strength （UCS）, hydraulic conductivity and porosity were assessed over time. The treated soils recorded lower leachate concentrations of Ni and Zn compared to the untreated soil at the same pH depending on b.nder dosage. The b.nder had prob.ems with Pb.stab.lisation and TPH leachab.lity was independent of pH and b.nder dosage. The hydraulic conductivity of the mixes was generally of the order, 10-8 m/sec, while the porosity ranged from 26%--44%. The results of selected performance properties are compared with regulatory limits and the range of operating variab.es that lead to acceptab.e performance describ.d.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs) play pivotal roles in the development and progression of various diseases, including malignant tumors. However,the b.ological functions and the underlyi.g mechanisms of many circRNAs remain elusive. In this study, we identified a novel circRNA,circTP63-N, generated through the splicing of exons 2–4 of the TP63 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). circTP63-N was found to b. downregulated in clinical samples of NPC. b.th in vitro and in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated that circTP63-N inhib.ts the proliferation and metastasis of NPC cells. Further investigations revealed that circTP63-N interacted with the HSP90Ab. protein, leading to the recruitment of LATS/YAP1 proteins. This, in turn, induced phosphorylation and ub.quitination-dependent degradation of YAP1, resulting in reduced nuclear translocation of YAP1 and inhib.tion of the transcriptional activation of downstream oncogenic genes, including INHb., MMP3, and CCNE2. Our findings highlight the identification of circTP63-N, a novel circRNA encoded b. an important tumor-relevant gene TP63 and elucidate its molecular mechanism as a tumor suppressor in NPC. These insights offer novel potential molecular markers and therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NPC.

Comparative analysis of empirical and deep learning models for ionospheric sporadic E layer prediction

Sporadic E(Es)layers in the ionosphere are characterized b. intense plasma irregularities in the E region at altitudes of 90-130 *** they can significantly influence radio communications and navigation systems,accurate forecasting of Es layers is crucial for ensuring the precision and dependab.lity of navigation satellite *** this study,we present Es predictions made b. an empirical model and b. a deep learning model,and analyze their differences comprehensively b. comparing the model predictions to satellite RO measurements and ground-b.sed ionosonde *** deep learning model exhib.ted significantly b.tter performance,as indicated b. its high coefficient of correlation(r=0.87)with RO ob.ervations and predictions,than did the empirical model(r=0.53).This study highlights the importance of integrating artificial intelligence technology into ionosphere modelling generally,and into predicting Es layer occurrences and characteristics,in particular.

Accurate knowledge of mesospheric winds and waves is essential for studyi.g the dynamics and climate in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)*** this study,we conduct a comparative analysis of the mesosphere tidal results ob.ained from two adjacent meteor radars at low latitudes in Kunming,China,from Novemb.r 2013 to Decemb.r *** two radars operate at different frequencies of 37.5 MHz and 53.1 MHz,***,overall good agreement is ob.erved b.tween the two radars in terms of horizontal winds and tide *** results show that the dominant tidal waves of the zonal and meridional winds are diurnal and semidiurnal ***,we conduct an exhaustive statistical analysis to compare the tidal amplitudes and vertical wavelengths recorded b. the dual radar systems,which reveals a high degree of alignment in tidal *** investigation includes variances and covariances of tidal amplitudes,which demonstrate remarkab.e consistency across measurements from b.th *** finding highlights clear uniformity in the mesospheric tidal patterns ob.erved at low latitudes b. the two neighb.ring meteor *** of the comparative analysis specifically underscore the significant correlation in vertical wavelength measurements,validating the rob.stness of radar ob.ervations for tidal research.
