With the development of anti-virus technology,malicious documents have gradually become the main pathway of Advanced Persistent Threat(APT)attacks,therefore,the development of effective malicious document classifiers has become particularly ***,detection methods based on document structure and behavioral features encounter challenges in feature engineering,these methods not only have limited accuracy,but also consume large resources,and usually can only detect documents in specific formats,which lacks versatility and *** address such problems,this paper proposes a novel malicious document detection method-visualizing documents as GGE images(Grayscale,Grayscale matrix,Entropy).The GGE method visualizes the original byte sequence of the malicious document as a grayscale image,the information entropy sequence of the document as an entropy image,and at the same time,the grayscale level co-occurrence matrix and the texture and spatial information stored in it are converted into grayscale matrix image,and fuses the three types of images to get the GGE color *** Convolutional Block Attention Module-EfficientNet-B0(CBAM-EfficientNet-B0)model is then used for classification,combining transfer learning and applying the pre-trained model on the ImageNet dataset to the feature extraction process of GGE *** shown in the experimental results,the GGE method has superior performance compared with other methods,which is suitable for detecting malicious documents in different formats,and achieves an accuracy of 99.44%and 97.39%on Portable Document Format(PDF)and office datasets,respectively,and consumes less time during the detection process,which can be effectively applied to the task of detecting malicious documents in real-time.

Numerous genes have been associated with multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella(MMAF),which cause severe asthenozoospermia and lead to male infertility,while the causes of approximately 50%of MMAF cases remain *** reveal the genetic causes of MMAF in an infertile patient,whole-exome sequencing was performed to screen for pathogenic genes,and electron microscope was used to reveal the sperm flagellar ultrastructure.A novel heterozygous missense mutation in the outer dense fiber protein 2(ODF2)gene was detected,which was inherited from the patient’s mother and predicted to be potentially *** electron microscopy revealed that the outer dense fibers were defective in the patient’s sperm tail,which was similar to that of the reported heterozygous Odf2 mutation *** of ODF2 showed severe ODF2 expression defects in the patient’s ***,it was concluded that the heterozygous mutation in ODF2 caused MMAF in this *** evaluate the possibility of assisted reproductive technology(ART)treatment for this patient,intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)was performed,with the help of a hypo-osmotic swelling test and laser-assisted immotile sperm selection(LAISS)for available sperm screening,and artificial oocyte activation with ionomycin was applied to improve the fertilization *** ICSI cycles were performed,and live birth was achieved in the LAISS-applied cycle,suggesting that LAISS would be valuable in ART treatment for MMAF.

Herein,an external crosslinker facilitated the hypercrosslinking of ferrocene and a nitrogen heterocyclic compound(either melamine or imidazole)through a direct Friedel-Crafts reaction,which led to the formation of nitrogen-containing hypercrosslinked fer-rocene polymer precursors(HCP-FCs).Subsequent carbonization of these precursors results in the production of iron-nitrogen-doped por-ous carbon absorbers(Fe-NPCs).The Fe-NPCs demonstrate a porous structure comprising aggregated nanotubes and *** porosity of this structure can be modulated by adjusting the iron and nitrogen contents to optimize impedance *** uniform dis-tribution of Fe-N_(x)C,N dipoles,andα-Fe within the carbon matrix can be ensured by using hypercrosslinked ferrocenes in constructing porous carbon,providing the absorber with numerous polarization sites and a conductive *** electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the specially designed Fe-NPC-M_(2)absorbers is satisfactory,revealing a minimum reflection loss of-55.3 dB at 2.5 mm and an effective absorption bandwidth of 6.00 GHz at 2.0 *** utilizing hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs)as precursors,a novel method for developing highly efficient carbon-based absorbing agents is introduced in this research.

Locations around the equator provide unique habitats for microalgae presumably with exceptional *** develop microalga-derived product systems,we previously created a(sub)tropical microalgal *** this study,two Chlorella strains(MEM176 and MEM193),adaptive to typical tropical climate,were isolated from the *** production performance was evaluated where both strains showed a robust growth in high temperatures and light ***,the strains MEM176 and MEM193 produced 503.6-mg/(L·d)and 411.3-mg/(L·d)biomass,respectively,with high contents of *** commercial and nutritional values were emphasized by amino acid compositions(e.g.,proline,valine,and phenylalanine).Particularly,higher amounts of proline were revealed in MEM176(47.9 mg/g dry biomass(DW))and MEM193(47.9 and 59.2 mg/g DW)than available commercial *** with MEM193,MEM176 produced 129.7%more lipids in which unsaturated fatty acids(particularly linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid)account for 65%of the total ***,it is promising to explore the potential of these Chlorella strains as food additives via outdoor cultivation in tropical area,notably MEM176 that exhibits superiority as sources of essential amino acids and valuable fatty acids.

Carbon dioxide photocatalytic reduction (CO2-PR) is an efficient method for controlling CO2emissions and generating cleaner energy while mitigating global warming. Tungsten oxides (WxOy) have attracted considerable attention for CO2-PR due to their excellent spectral absorbance. However, comprehensive reviews are lacking on the use of WxOyfor CO2-PR. Therefore, this review provides a detailed summary of t research progress made with WxOy-based catalysts in CO2-PR. It also explains the fundamental principles of CO2-PR and evaluates key performance indicators that affect the activity of WxOy-based photocatalysts,including yield, selectivity, stability, and apparent quantum yield. Additionally, this review explores opportunities for synthesizing high-performance WxOy-based photocatalysts and highlights their potential for the green preparation of C1/C2 products through CO2-PR. These innovative strategies aim to address the challenges and pressures associated with energy and environmental issues, particularly by enhancing artificial photosynthesis efficiency.

Human telomeric G-quadruplex plays a crucial role in regulating the genome stability. Despite extensive studies on structures and kinetics of monomeric G-quadruplex, the interaction between G-quadruplexes is still in debate. In this work,we employ magnetic tweezers to investigate the folding and unfolding kinetics of two contiguous G-quadruplexes in 100-mM K~＋buffer. The interaction between G-quadruplexes and the consequent effect on the kinetics of G-quadruplex are revealed. The linker sequence between G-quadruplexes is further found to play an important role in the interaction between two G-quadruplexes. Our results provide a high-resolution insight into kinetics of multimeric G-quadruplexes and genome stability.

Tanreqing Injection Inhibits Activation of NLRP3 Inflammasome in Macrophages Infected with Influenza A Virus by Promoting Mitophagy

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Tanreqing Injection(TRQ) on the activation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3) inflammasome in macrophages infected with influenza A virus and the underlying mechanism based on mitophagy pathway. Methods:The inflammatory model of murine macrophage J774A.1 induced by influenza A virus [strain A/Puerto Rico/8/1934(H1N1), PR8] was constructed and treated by TRQ, while the mitochondria-targeted antioxidant Mito-TEMPO and autophagy specific inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA) were used as controls to intensively study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of TRQ based on mitophagy-mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mt ROS)-NLRP3 inflammasome pathway. The levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 Ⅱ(LC3Ⅱ) and P62 proteins were measured by Western blot. The release of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the mt ROS level was detected by flow cytometry, and the immunofluorescence and co-localization of LC3 and mitochondria were observed under confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results: Similar to the effect of Mito-TEMPO and contrary to the results of 3-MA treatment, TRQ could significantly reduce the expressions of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, and autophagy adaptor P62, promote the expression of autophagy marker LC3Ⅱ, enhance the mitochondrial fluorescence intensity, and inhibit the release of mt ROS and IL-1β(all P<0.01).Moreover, LC3 was co-localized with mitochondria, confirming the type of mitophagy. Conclusion: TRQ could reduce the level of mt ROS by promoting mitophagy in macrophages infected with influenza A virus, thus inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and the release of IL-1β, and attenuating the inflammatory response.
