电力系统逐渐发展成为以电力电子为基础的电力系统,各种电能质量问题的存在,推动了有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter,APF)的发展。APF作为综合性电能质量调节器,是一种具备动态谐波抑制和无功补偿功能的新型电力电子装置,其性能优劣与所采用的拓扑结构、电流追踪控制方法等密切相关。为了推广在高压大容量下APF的控制技术,拓宽其应用范围,分类整理了APF拓扑结构,归纳总结了APF的电流跟踪控制技术,将各种控制方法进行了性能对比,并从多个角度阐述了当前所存在的问题,为研究人员提供参考。此外,还简要总结了APF的进一步发展趋势。

The new compound, （H3O）2[Cu3Cl3（H2O）3（NC9H12.5O6）2] 1, has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of hexagonal, space group P6 3/m with a = 10.6975（13）, c = 14.881 （3） A, V = 1474.8（4） A^3, C18H31Cl3Cu3N2O15·2（H3O）, Mr = 850.47, Z = 2, Dx = 1.915 g/cm^3, μ= 2.495 mm^-1, F（000） = 866, R = 0.0517 and wR = 0.0900 for 537 observed reflections （1 〉 2a（Ⅰ））. This compound contains two oxonium ions and one [Cu3Cl3（H2O）3（H0.5ntp）2]^2- anion （ntp = nitrilotripropanoato）, in which two tridentate ntp ligands connected by three copper（Ⅱ） ions enclose a cage-like unit. Each copper（Ⅱ） ion is coordinated by one water molecule, one chloride ligand and two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two ntp ligands assume a slightly distorted square-planar geometry. There are O-H…Cl hydrogen bonding interactions between unligated oxonium ions and ligated chlorine atoms of the units resulting in two-dimensional sheets and wheel-like three-dimensional interpenetrating frameworks.

A new zinc polymer, {Zn（O2CC12H8CO2）（H2O）}, or {Zn（DPHA）（H2O）}n （O2CC12H8CO2, DPHA = 1,1′ -biphenyl-2,2′-dicarboxylate dianion） has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.8418（5）, b = 5.9505（2）, c = 17.2989（5） A, β = 104.020（2）°, V = 1282.52（8） A^3, C14H10O5Zn, Mr= 323.61, Z = 4, Dc = 1.676 g/cm^3,μ = 1.930 mm^-1, F（000） = 656, R = 0.0766 and wR = 0.1871 for 1775 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. It consists of Zn2（DPHA）2（H2O）2 units, which are further extended into a one-dimensional double helical-chain polymer via Zn-O bonding. The hydrogen bonding interactions extend the helical chains into a two-dimensional layer structure.

Association between serum vitamin D and severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis C patients: a systematic meta-analysis

To conduct a systematic review of group studies assessing the association of serum vitamin D status with the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis C patients using meta-analysis. The relevant research literatures were identified by searching PubMed and EMBASE databases prior to October 2013 with no restrictions. We included group studies that reported odds ratio（OR） estimates with 95% confidence intervals（CIs） or a mean with standard deviation（SD） for the association between serum vitamin D status and the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis C patients. Approximately 8321 participants from several countries were included in this analysis. Six studies on serum vitamin D status and the severity of liver fibrosis were included in this meta-analysis. ORs with 95% CIs were extracted from four studies and the pooled ORs were 0.866（95% CI, 0.649 to 1.157）. The means with SDs were extracted from three studies and the pooled means were-0.487（95% CI,-0.659 to-0.315）. There was statistically significant heterogeneity among the mean data extracted studies（P=0.029; I^2=71.8%） but not among the OR data extracted studies（P=0.061; I^2=55.6%）. Finally, results from the mean data extracted studies suggest that lower serum vitamin D is a risk factor for the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis C patients. However, there is no conclusive evidence on this association because of inconsistencies between the OR data extracted studies and the mean data extracted studies.

Radio frequency quadrupoles(RFQs),which are crucial components of proton injectors,significantly affect the performance of proton accelerator *** RFQ with a high frequency of 714 MHz dedicated to compact proton injectors for medi-cal applications is designed in this *** RFQ is designed to accelerate proton beams from 50 keV to 4 MeV within a short length of 2 m and can be matched closely with the downstream drift tube linac to capture more particles through a preliminary *** develop an advanced RFQ,challenging techniques,including fabrication and tuning method,must be evaluated and verified using a *** aluminium prototype is derived from the conceptual design of the RFQ and then redesigned to confirm the radio frequency performance,fabrication procedure,and feasibility of the tuning ***,a new tuning algorithm based on the response matrix and least-squares method is developed,which yields favorable results based on the prototype,i.e.,the errors of the dipole and quadrupole components reduced to a low level after several tuning *** from the conceptual design and techniques obtained from the prototype,the formal mechanical design of the 2-m RFQ is ready for the next manufacturing step.

This paper investigates the sloshing phenomena in a spherical liquid tank using the moving particle semi-implicit(MPS)method,a crucial study in fluid *** from previous research focused on rectangular or LNG tanks,this work explores the unique motion patterns inherent to spherical *** accuracy of our in-house MPS solver MLParticle-SJTU is validated against experimental data and finite volume method(FVM).And the MPS method reveals a closer alignment with experimental outcomes,which suggests that MPS method is particularly effective for modeling complex,non-linear fluid *** the fluid’s response to excitation at its natural frequency is simulated,showcasing vigorous sloshing and rotational *** analyses of the fluid motion are conducted by drawing streamline diagrams,velocity vector diagrams,and vorticity *** fluid’s motion response is explored using both time-domain and frequency-domain curves of the fluid centroid,as well as the sloshing force.

Effects of Triptolide on Histone Acetylation and HDAC8 Expression in Multiple Myeloma in vitro

Objective： Multiple myeloma is a kind of malignant plasma cell disease that originated from B lymphocyte and secrete great amount of monoclonal immunoglobulin. It is still one of the refractory diseases at present. Numerous studies show that there is an intensive relationship between the disequilibrium of histone acetylation and the occurance of multiple myeloma. Here we investigated the effect of triptolide（TPL） on the proliferation, apoptosis, histone H3 and H4 acetylation and expression of histone deacetylase 8 （HDAC8） in vitro, to explore its anti- myeloma mechanism. Methods： The effect of triptolide on the growth of RPMI8226 was studied by 3-（4,5-Dimethyl-2-thiazolyl） -2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium（MTT） assay. Apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining. The protein expressions of acetyl-histone H3 and H4 were determined by Western blot, and the expression of HDAC8 was assessed by RT-PCR, Western blot and confocal microscopy. Results： Triptolide inhibited the proliferation of RPMI8226 and induced apoptosis in a time- and dosedependent manner. The 36h IC50 value was （105.370 ± 0.189）nmol/L. Triptolide increased the acetylation of histone H3 and H4 greatly. Furthermore, triptolide significantly down-regulated the mRNA and protein expression of HDAC8. Conclusion： Triptolide can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of RPMI8226 significantly. Triptolide reduces the expression of HDAC8 in order to increase the histone H3 and H4 acetylation, which is possibly the anti-myeloma mechanism of triptolide.

As a noninvasive technique,ultrasound stimulation is known to modulate neuronal activity both in vitro and in *** latest explanation of this phenomenon is that the acoustic wave can activate the ion channels and further impact the electrophysiological properties of targeted ***,the underlying mechanism of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS)-induced neuro-modulation effects is still ***,we characterize the excitatory effects of LIPUS on spontaneous activity and the intracellular Ca^(2+)homeostasis in cultured hippocampal *** whole-cell patch clamp recording,we found that 15 min of 1-MHz LIPUS boosts the frequency of both spontaneous action potentials and spontaneous excitatory synaptic currents(sEPSCs)and also increases the amplitude of sEPSCs in hippocampal *** phenomenon lasts for>10 min after LIPUS *** with Ca^(2+)imaging,we clarified that LIPUS increases the[Ca^(2+)]cyto level by facilitating L-type Ca^(2+)channels(LTCCs).In addition,due to the[Ca^(2+)]cyto elevation by LIPUS exposure,the Ca^(2+)-dependent CaMKII-CREB pathway can be activated within 30 min to further regulate the gene transcription and protein *** work suggests that LIPUS regulates neuronal activity in a Ca^(2+)-dependent manner via *** may also explain the multi-activation effects of LIPUS beyond *** stimulation potentiates spontaneous neuronal activity by increasing Ca^(2+)influx.
