Aluminum hydride(AlH_(3))is a covalently bonded trihydride with a high gravimetric(10.1 wt%)and volumetric(148 kg·m^(-3))hydrogen ***_(3)decomposes to Al and H_(2)rapidly at relatively low temperatures,indicating good hydrogen desorption kinetics at ambient ***,AlH_(3)is one of the most prospective candidates for high-capacity hydrogen storage ***,this review briefly summarizes the basic chemical and physical characteristics of AlH_(3).Then,its synthesis,dehydrogenation thermodynamics and kinetics,regeneration and methods for improving reversibility of hydriding are described with the aim of applying this material for hydrogen *** accordance with the fact that AlH_(3)is generally formed by reacting Al with H_(2)at extremely high hydrogen pressure,the high-pressure study of this hydride is discussed in ***,the advantages,weaknesses,critical technical challenges and outlook of this field are discussed.

Lycopodium alkaloids, a unique family of biologically important natural products isolated and characterized from various species of Lycopodium(sensu lato), have attracted extensive attention from chemists and pharmacists in the past three decades. Michael addition-based cyclization has been successfully employed as an elegant and efficient ring-construction protocol of constructing key cyclohexanone intermediates in the total synthesis of Lycopodium alkaloids. This mini-review chooses and summarizes several representative total syntheses of various Lycopodium alkaloids in which intramolecular Michael addition severed as the key methodology.

Electrochemical trepanning(ET)is one of the main methods for processing the blisks in ***,stray corrosion in ET has a very negative impact on the machining quality of the *** paper proposes an innovative ET method with an auxiliary electrode surrounding the inner wall of the cavity above the ***-dimensional electric-field models are established and simulations are carried out with the auxiliary electrode at different positions and different electric *** electric-field simulations show that adding the auxiliary electrode reverses the directions of the current lines in the processed area,thereby protecting *** results show that when the distance from the bottom of the auxiliary electrode to the top of the cathode tool is 3 mm and the potential difference between the auxiliary electrode and the anode workpiece is 5 V,the area corroded by stray current is *** are performed under the parameter values determined by the simulations,and they confirm that this method is effective at reducing stray ***,at a feed rate of 2.5 mm/min,the blade taper angle is decreased from 1.37°to-0.09°,the thickness of the leading and trailing edges is increased from 0.307 mm to 0.704 mm,and the average surface roughness is decreased from S_(a)=8.239μm to S_(a)=7.028μm.

AIM: To investigate the effects of intraocular lens(IOL) implantation on visual field(VF) in patients with glaucoma and comorbid cataracts(G&C) with different disease ***: Totally 56 eyes of 50 patients with primary G&C were included. All patients were divided into three groups based on the severity of the VF defect: the mild, moderate, and severe stage. Phacoemulsification was performed for cataract removal combined with IOL implantation. Visual acuity(VA) and VF tests were performed for all enrolled patients, up to 3 mo after surgery. Changes in VF threshold and global VF index in various groups were also recorded before and after surgery. The mean light sensitivity(MS) values and the changes following surgery(DMS) were compared between the three groups. Advanced Glaucoma Intervention Study(AGIS) scoring was analyzed on all VF results for analysis of changes in VF before and after ***: Following surgery, the MS values of the three groups of G&C increased significantly, while the AGIS scores decreased statistically in all groups. The DMS values for the three zones in moderate and severe stage but not mild stage were statistically different between zones. The DMS value was significantly higher in zone I than those in zone II and III(zone I>zone II>zone III;Pzone II>zone III;Pzone II>zone III;P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The mean VF sensitivity of glaucoma patients increased significantly after cataract removal and IOL implantation. Variations in the severity and distribution of characteristics of VF defects result in differences in postoperative VF improvements after cataract surgery. The magnitude of increase in VF sensitivity is associated with VF defect characteristic in glaucoma.

In this study, 2% Fe and 3% Al co-doped ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized using a hydrothermal method under high magnetic field (HMF). The influences of HMF on the structural, optical, and ferromagnetic properties of Fe and Al co-doped ZnO nanoparticles were characterized and analyzed. The single-phase wurtzite structure of the synthesized samples was confirmed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and Raman spectroscopy analysis. The application of HMF decreases the particle size of the spherical nanocrystal as observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Optical analysis indicated that the absoqjtion edge shifted towards a higher wavelength (red shift). The nanoparticles synthesized under the HMF exhibited high room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) performance because of the high oxygen vacancy (VO) content as revealed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), which was in agreement with the prediction of the bound magnetic polarons theory.

在种族隔离时代的南非,种族主义的价值观教育助长了严重的社会不平等与分裂。政治转型后的南非依托学校相关核心课程,通过向所有课程和校园生活全面渗透等方式,推行以宪法为依据,以民主、责任、尊重等为主要内容的价值观教育,塑造青少年学生既具有共同性又容纳种族差异性的公民身份。在价值观教育的引领下,今日南非总体趋向种族平等团结的愿景,但仍然存在着对这一进程构成挑战的现实问题,如教育内容与方式的不完善、教育资源在不同学校分配的不平衡以及相关课程的教师教学活动的不规范等。

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of stimulating Qihai(CV 6) and bilateral Tianshu(ST 25) with herb-partitioned moxibustion(HPM) in rats with Crohn's disease(CD), and to investigate the possible anti-inflammatory mechanism of ***: Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups(n = 10 rats per group): normal control(NC), model control(MC), mesalamine(MES), and HPM. The CD rat model was established in the MC,MES, and HPM groups by administering a mixture of trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid and alcohol via enema. The HPM group received HPM on Qihai(CV 6)and bilateral Tianshu(ST 25), while the MES group received intragastric mesalamine. Colonic histomorphological scores, and serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin 1β(IL-1β) were assessed to evaluate the effects of HPM on colonic reparation and *** expressions of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4), nuclear factor κB inhibitor α(IκB-α), IκB kinase α/β(IKKα/β), and NF-κB p65 were further analyzed to investigate the regulatory effects of the interventions on the TLR4/NF-κB ***: CD rats showed inflammatory colonic damage and increased serum concentrations of TNF-α and IL-1β. The expressions of TLR4, IKKα/β,and NF-κB p65 in the colons of CD rats were significantly increased compared with the NC group,while the expression of IκBα(a key negative regulator of NF-κB p65) was decreased. HPM significantly mitigated colonic damage and reduced the serum concentrations of TNF-α and IL-1β. HPM downregulated the expressions of TLR4, IKKα/β, and NF-κB p65 in the colon, and upregulated the expression of IκBα. The effects of HPM in CD rats were similar to those of ***: HPM alleviates colonic inflammation in CD rats. This may be achieved through regulation of TLR4, which induces NF-κB signal transduction.

Container-based virtualization techniques are becoming an alternative to traditional virtual machines,due to less overhead and better *** one of the most widely used open-source container orchestration systems,Kubernetes provides a built-in mechanism,that is,horizontal pod autoscaler(HPA),for dynamic resource *** default,scaling pods only based on CPU utilization,a single performance metric,HPA may create more pods than actually *** extensive measurements of a containerized n-tier application benchmark,RUBBoS,we find that excessive pods consume more CPU and memory and even deteriorate response times of applications,due to ***,a Kubernetes service does not balance incoming requests among old pods and new pods created by HPA,due to stateful *** this paper,we propose a bi-metric approach to scaling pods by taking into account both CPU utilization and utilization of a thread pool,which is a kind of important soft resource in Httpd and *** approach collects the utilization of CPU and memory of ***,it makes use of ELBA,a milli-bottleneck detector,to calculate queue lengths of Httpd and Tomcat pods and then evaluate the utilization of their thread *** on the utilization of both CPU and thread pools,our approach could scale up less replicas of Httpd and Tomcat pods,contributing to a reduction of hardware resource *** the same time,our approach leverages preStop hook along with liveness and readiness probes to relieve load imbalance among old Tomcat pods and new *** on the containerized RUBBoS,our experimental results show that the proposed approach could not only reduce the usage of CPU and memory by as much as 14%and 24%when compared with HPA,but also relieve the load imbalance to reduce average response time of requests by as much as 80%.Our approach also demonstrates that it is better to scale pods by multiple metrics rather than a single one.
