Efficacy,safety and treatment satisfaction of transition to a regimen of insulin degludec/aspart:A pilot study

BACKGROUND There is a lack of clinical evidence on the efficacy and safety of transitioning from a thrice-daily pre-mixed insulin or basal-prandial regimen to insulin degludec/aspart(IDegAsp)therapy,with insufficient data from the Chinese *** To demonstrate the efficacy,safety,and treatment satisfaction associated with the transition to IDegAsp in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS In this 12-week open-label,non-randomized,single-center,pilot study,patients with T2DM receiving thrice-daily insulin or intensive insulin treatment were transitioned to twice-daily injections of insulin *** doses,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels,fasting blood glucose(FBG),hypoglycemic events,a Diabetes Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire,and other parameters were assessed at baseline and *** This study included 21 participants.A marked enhancement was observed in the FBG level(P=0.02),daily total insulin dose(P=0.03),and overall diabetes treatment satisfaction(P<0.01)in the participants who switched to *** was a decrease in HbA1c levels(7.6±1.1 vs 7.4±0.9,P=0.31)and the frequency of hypoglycemic events of those who switched to IDegAsp decreased,however,there was no statistically significant *** The present findings suggest that treatment with IDegAsp enhances clinical outcomes,particularly FBG levels,daily cumulative insulin dose,and overall satisfaction with diabetes treatment.

研究开心散含药血清对β-淀粉样蛋白片段25~35(Aβ_(25-35))诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞自噬的调节作用。建立25μmol·L^(-1)Aβ_(25-35)损伤SH-SY5Y细胞模型,将不同浓度(5%、8%、10%)开心散含药血清(KXS-MS)加入细胞培养液中共同孵育24 h,采用噻唑兰(MTT)法检测细胞活性,Western blot法检测细胞内自噬相关蛋白微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)Ⅱ、LC3Ⅰ及蛋白激酶B(Akt)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(p-Akt)、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)、磷酸化哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(p-mTOR)的水平。进而将自噬诱导剂雷帕霉素(Rapa)或自噬抑制剂3-甲基腺嘌呤(3-MA)和低浓度KXS-MS联合应用,检测上述自噬相关蛋白表达变化。结果显示,Aβ_(25-35)可以引起SH-SY5Y细胞存活率明显降低,细胞中LC3Ⅱ、LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ水平显著升高,p-Akt、p-mTOR、p-Akt/Akt、p-mTOR/mTOR水平显著下降;与Aβ_(25-35)模型组比较,KXS-MS能明显对抗Aβ_(25-35)诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞损伤,提高细胞存活率;可显著降低LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ水平,提高p-Akt/Akt、p-mTOR/mTOR水平。与低浓度KXS-MS比较,Rapa不影响细胞存活率和p-Akt、p-Akt/Akt水平,可显著升高细胞中LC3Ⅱ、LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ水平,显著降低细胞中p-mTOR、p-mTOR/mTOR水平。3-MA可明显降低细胞存活率和p-Akt、p-Akt/Akt水平,但对细胞中LC3Ⅱ、LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ、p-mTOR、p-mTOR/mTOR水平无明显影响。以上结果表明,KXS-MS可对抗Aβ_(25-35)诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞损伤,可能通过上调Akt/mTOR活性,抑制Aβ_(25-35)诱导的自噬状态,发挥神经细胞保护作用。

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

安科1618是以石优17号为母本、周麦18为父本,经过有性杂交选育而成的半冬性小麦新品种,具有高产、稳产、适应性广和抗病性强等特点。本文总结分析了该品种的选育过程、区域试验全生育期、株高、穗数等农艺性状与产量、特征特性以及高产栽培技术。在2018—2019、2019—2020年皖淮小麦联合体区域试验中,平均产量为8468.4 kg/hm^(2);在2020—2021年生产试验中,平均产量为8501.3 kg/hm^(2),多次试验增产点率均超过60%。其综合农艺性状佳,抗病性较好,品质较优;高产栽培注重均匀拌种、选择适宜播期;合理施肥;田间管理注重查苗补苗、冬季灌溉、病虫草害综合防治以及田间去杂。本研究为该品种在淮河以北及沿淮地区种植推广提供参考。

深基坑拉桩支护结构是由前排桩、后拉桩、冠梁以及连系梁构成的三维空间结构体系。既有工程案例已经表明拉桩支护结构具有较好的抗倾覆、控制水平侧向变形的服役性能,但相应的理论支撑及成体系性研究较少。为深入探究拉桩支护结构体系变形性状、内力演化特征以及工作机制,进行了拉桩支护结构室内缩尺试验。结果表明:前排桩桩身水平侧向位移分布曲线呈上凸状,桩身弯矩分布曲线呈反S状,桩身轴力分布曲线呈梭子状,桩身轴力为压力;后拉桩弯矩分布曲线呈弓状,桩身轴力分布曲线呈勺子状,上部为轴向拉力,下部为轴向压力;冠梁水平侧向位移分布曲线呈短冠梁的正弦函数状,轴力分布曲线呈明显M状,M状曲线的双峰处对应的区域为不带后拉桩的前排桩桩顶冠梁,亦是冠梁薄弱点。拉桩支护结构的空间特点可形成较为稳定的拉压结合的大三角内嵌两个小三角式、三向门式框架结构,随之产生的后拉桩效应与空间变形协调效应分别具有锚拉前排桩、遮蔽土压力的能力和控制支护桩桩顶倾角差异过大与冠梁水平侧向变形差异过大的能力。

为丰富野生葱属(Allium L.)植物耐旱种质资源研究,探究内蒙古常见葱属植物种间耐旱能力差异,明确葱属植物应对干旱环境的生理响应机制,本研究以蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum Regel)、碱韭(Allium polyrhizum *** Regel)、细叶韭(Allium tenuissimum L.)3种葱属植物野生成年植株为研究对象,采用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,设置对照组(0%)和4个不同程度干旱胁迫实验组(15%,30%,45%和60%),分别于第7,14,21,28天测定生理和光合特性等指标。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度增加和胁迫时间延长,3种植物生理指标变化存在差异。在受到胁迫后游离脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)和叶绿素(Chlorophyl,Chl)含量在细叶韭叶内含量最高、丙二醛(Malondialde⁃hyde,MDA)含量在碱韭内含量最高,过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)在碱韭和蒙古韭叶内均具有较高活性。通过主成分分析及隶属函数分析方法综合评价3种葱属植物的耐旱能力,耐旱能力最强的是细叶韭,蒙古韭在15%和30%较低浓度干旱胁迫下抗旱能力强于碱韭,而碱韭在45%和60%较高浓度干旱胁迫下抗旱能力强于蒙古韭。本研究结果可为葱属植物耐旱性育种和栽培提供理论依据。

A Combination Model for Image Denoising

In this paper, we propose an efficient combination model of the second-order ROF model and a simple fourth-order partial differential equation （PDE） for image denoising. The split Bregman method is used to convert the nonlinear combination model into a linear system in the outer iteration, and an algebraic multigrid method is applied to solve the linear system in the inner iteration. Furthermore, Krylov subspace acceleration is adopted to improve convergence in the outer iteration. At the same time, we prove that the model is strictly convex and exists a unique global minimizer. We have also conducted a variety of numerical experiments to analyze the parameter selection criteria and discuss the performance of ~he fourth-order PDE in the combination model. The results show that our model can reduce blocky effects and our algorithm is efficient and robust to solve the proposed model.

The Effects of Natural Capital Protection on Pastoralist's Livelihood and Management Implication in the Source Region of the Yellow River, China

The interaction among different livelihood capitals is a key to generate a deeper understanding of the livelihood *** this paper,we use net income per capita(economic capital),meat and milk production per capita(physical capital),and areas of fenced pasture,livestock shelter,grassland rodent control and planted grassland(physical capital) as proxy indicators of livelihood promotion,livelihood provision,and livelihood protection *** developing a correlation model between pastoralists' livelihood protection and improvement,we found that(1) there is a statistically significant correlation between the pastoralists' livelihood protection and promotion;(2) based on the maximum effect of pastoralists' livelihood promotion and provision,there is a benchmark in the effect of the intervention intensity of livelihood capital(grassland resource protection) on livelihood improvement;(3) on basis of two indicators,*** income per capita and meat production per capita,the reasonable scales of fenced pasture,livestock shelter and planted grassland are less than 843,860 and 46 thousand hectares(hm2) per year *** the marginal effect of livelihood protection,moderately decreased areas of fenced pasture and planted grassland,and increased area of livestock shelter is a critical to ensure pastoralist's livelihood sustainability.

Changes in the food supply capacity of alpine grassland ecosystem:A dialectic synthesis of natural and anthropogenic drivers

Grassland-based animal husbandry and livestock production is the main contributor to livelihood creation for *** using the structural dynamics method,this study quantified the changes in the food supply capacity(FSC)of alpine grassland ecosystem and sensitivity to significant *** findings indicated that:i)Natural factors were the dominated forces affecting FSC,and their contribution was 71.3%.Of these natural elements,the net primary productivity(NPP)and precipitation were the largest contributors,accounting for approximately 35%.The sensitivity index of the FSC to NPP and precipitation during grassland growing season were 4.1 and 1.9 *** the contrary,human factors like warm shed area,density of road,capacity for access to information,contributed to 28.7%of the total ***)More intense snow disaster had a larger negative impact on *** disaster can cause dramatic reduction in FSC,with a loss rate of 27.6%and with none intense disaster more negative impacts,iii)The continuing increase of FSC in the past 30 years from 1984 to 2014 was due to the significant increase of precipitation and NPP in the growing season of alpine ***,successful adaptation to climate change was critical to combat the climatic adversely impact on ***,strengthening information dissemination,road accessibility and knowledge popularization of local residents'disaster reduction should be place high priority for improving FSC。

A classical problem of D. H. Lehmer suggests the study of distributions of elements of Z/pZ of opposite parity to the multiplicative inverse mod p. Zhang initiated this problem and found an asymptotic evaluation of the number of such elements. In this paper, an asymptotic formula for the fourth moment of the error term of Zhang is proved,from which one may see that Zhang’s error term is optimal up to the logarithm *** method also applies to the case of arbitrary positive integral moments.
